    В статье представлен пример сценария вводного урока по истории для 7-го класса, составленный в соответствии с требованиями федеральной рабочей программы основного общего образования (ФРП ООП) 2025 года. Урок оформлен как диалог учителя и учеников, с указанием заданий, домашнего задания для учеников с ОВЗ. Занятие ориентировано на формирование предметных результатов (знание ключевых событий и понятий), метапредметных умений (работа с источниками, работа в команде) и личностных результатов (гражданская позиция).

В статье предпринята попытка восполнить существующий пробел в изучении причин, вынуждающих жителей сокращающихся городов оставаться в них – это так называемые «причины оседлости» – обстоятельства, удерживающие жителей от переезда в другой город/страну при наличии устойчивых миграционных показаний.

    Автор обращается к проблеме алкогольной зависимости, подчеркивая ее нарастающий характер с каждым годом и влияние семьи как первоисточника данной болезни. Обращено внимание на семью как первичный институт социализации ребенка, который определяет его развитие и условия социализации. Рассмотрен пример одной семьи, где некоторые члены семьи с алкогольной зависимостью для лучшего понимания наследственных факторов этой проблемы. Статья вызывает на обсуждение влияние семейной среды на возникновение алкогольной зависимости у детей и подчеркивает важность роли семьи в формировании проблемы зависимости от алкоголя.

    В работе рассматривается такой вид проектной деятельности обучающихся, как создание оригинального, полезного видеоролика о русском языке. Для этого анализируется потенциальная целевая аудитория коротких видео, рассматриваются наиболее популярные вопросы интернет-пользователей о русском языке, обсуждается актуальная тематика для написания сценариев, предлагаются конкретные интернет-площадки для продвижения созданных роликов. Для иллюстрации предложенных идей авторы статьи используют количественно-статистический метод. Поскольку визуальный ряд в настоящее время очень важен для восприятия любой информации, нетривиальный видеоролик о правилах русского языка может стать важным средством популяризации грамотной, корректной устной и письменной речи среди школьников.

    Abstract:
    Strategic management of spatial development of the agricultural sphere is organized as a single integrated system in which its constituent elements are aimed at contributing to the overall result. In the new economic conditions, the decisions announced in the «Strategy for the Development of agro-industrial and fisheries complexes of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030» dated April 12, 2020 №. 993-р, in the State programs «Integrated development of rural territories», «Effective involvement in the turnover of agricultural land and the development of the reclamation complex of the Russian Federation», «The state programs for the development of agriculture», «The Development of the fisheries complex», «The Federal Scientific and Technical Program for the Development of Agriculture for 2017–2030», etc. should systematically identify development opportunities on the one hand, and influence the entrepreneurial initiative on the other hand, and, therefore, require systematic monitoring and elimination of parallelism in management decisions. Under the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia, agriculture remains the leading industry in the country's economic system. In the new economic conditions, the management of spatial development of agriculture is in urgent need of scientifically based planning and forecasting of economic resources, including managerial personnel. The development and substantiation of an up-to-date resource forecasting methodology corresponding to modern conditions of agricultural development is the most important task of managing the spatial development of the industry. In addition, the key role of the digital economy and digitalization in the management of the agar sector in modern conditions serve as a tool for the transition of the industry to a new technological level, since, on the one hand, they were previously unused sources of achieving economic growth of agricultural industries, efficiency and efficiency of management processes, and, on the other, they become a powerful incentive innovative spatial development of rural areas of the country, especially geostrategically important macro-regions. The study presents an analysis of a significant amount of factual data, on the basis of which meaningful conclusions are made: it is established that strategic scenario planning and forecasting of spatial development processes of individual branches of agriculture belong to the methods of public administration and are necessary economic tools during the crisis; the current methodology of forecasting human resources in the field of management is substantiated, which corresponds to the modern conditions of development of individual macro-regions, and is also the most important state task in the strategic management of agriculture; an economic model is constructed that allows assessing the need for managerial personnel in the medium term, taking into account the influence of external economic factors; the use of digital technologies in agricultural organizations, costs are analyzed on scientific research in the field of science «agriculture», the level of innovation activity, the costs of organizations for innovation activities, as well as the volume of innovative products on the example of individual subjects of the Federation.

    Abstract:
    Developments in the field of smart education – trend in the world educational space. Smart education is the result of the evolution of the application of information and communication technologies (the first personal computers), e-learning (personal computers for working in the Internet), m-learning (laptops) and u-learning (smartphones) in education. Key elements to support smart education: mobile computing, smart electronic textbooks, and cloud computing. The model, architecture and scenario of context-dependent system-assistant for smart education, able to analyze the individual characteristics of the student, the environment, adapt their work when conditions change are presented in the article. The novelty of the approach lies in the formalization of the context model so that the context-dependent system-assistant «computes on the fly» a specific scenario taking into account the individual characteristics of users and the current educational situation. When building a content management system, it is proposed to use a model based on biologically plausible machines. Context-dependent smart system should be able to personalize the best learning style, help to choose the optimal educational trajectory. For this purpose the device of Bayesian networks and biologically plausible methods are used. Prospective developments aimed at expanding the research base of smart education are the creation of adaptive systems that support an individual approach to learning, content management systems that provide for the possibility of contextual use of educational resources repositories and provide mobility and deep personalization of educational services. In Russia, nowadays there are the necessary prerequisites for the successful implementation of the smart education system: the focus in training are educational, social, civil, professional competencies, forms and methods for the individualization of the educational trajectory change, focus on open world intellectual resources, the emphasis is shifted to self-control and self-assessment of students, to assessment the education quality by employers, professional communities.
