    Abstract:
    В статье автор рассматривает текст сказки как своеобразный лингвокультурный феномен, способствующий не только эффективному формированию лексического запаса, но усвоению этнокультурных и общечеловеческих ценностей, проецирование их на реальную действительность. Автор использовал общенаучные и специфические методы: изучение литературы, сравнительный анализ, обобщение материала и практическое использование текстов русских народных сказок на занятиях по русскому языку и литературе. Результатом является повышение мотивации к изучению русского языка (особенно в том случае, когда он не является родным), повышается интерес к изучению русской культуры как части мировой культуры в целом.

    Abstract:
    В статье предпринята попытка раскрыть деятельность краеведческих организаций 1930-х годов – Центрального бюро краеведения при Наркомпросе Чувашской АССР (1931–1934) и Общества изучения Чувашской АССР (1934–1937) и их роли в сохранении и развитии этнокультуры народа в период индустриализации страны, коллективизации сельского хозяйства, коренных культурных преобразований, развернувшихся в годы предвоенных пятилеток. Опираясь в основном на архивные материалы и незначительное количество имеющихся публикаций на эту тему, используя сравнительно-исторический метод и хронологический подход, автор на конкретных примерах показывает, как даже в условиях становления тоталитаризма и потери многих известных краеведов эти организации, особенное школьные, внесли определенный вклад как в экономику, так и в этнокультуру чувашского народа, способствуя укреплению его национальной идентичности.

    В статье методами сравнительно-исторического, историко-генетического и историко-системного анализа и синтеза исследованы процесс становления инновационной системы интегрированного непрерывного образования, разработанной и внедренной академиком Российской академии образования профессором Л.П. Кураковым и перспективы этой системы в условиях трансформации образовательного пространства нашей страны. Система непрерывного интегрированного образования, успешно внедренная в Чувашии и апробированная в ряде других, в том числе национальных, регионов России, дает дополнительную возможность получения полноценного высшего профессионального образования и дальнейшей карьеры жителям не только университетских мегаполисов, но и малых городов и сел и одновременно способствует развитию этнокультур и усвоению этнопедагогических ценностей.

  • Local history organizations in the study and preservation of the native language and ethnoculture of the Chuvash in the 1920s

    Abstract:
    The establishment of the Soviet power on the territory of the Russian empire led to a new system of values, activation of the population in all fields of the social life. In the sphere of museum building in the 1920s a noticeable role was played by such public scientific and educational associations as the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary (1921-1931) and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow (1927-1931). The main aim of the article is to reveal the history of the formation and work of these organizations. The material is presented chronologically. Having established close contacts with scientific institutions throughout Russia and with famous scientists, the local history organizations with a wide network of branches and cells promoted an in-depth study and development of the economy and culture of the Chuvash region and the spiritual culture of the Chuvash, half of whose population lived outside the territory of the autonomy. The special attention these societies paid to the development of the native language and culture of the Chuvash people that allowed the Chuvash people to realize their national identity. During the first decade of the Chuvash Soviet autonomy some successes in the formation of local lore as a science were achieved. On the territory of Chuvashia local history institutions and organizations made a significant contribution to the study of nature, economy, productive forces of the region, as well as the spiritual life of the people. In this period it was the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow that promoted the preservation and development of the Chuvash language.

  • The Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic as the Custodian of the Writing and Ethnic Culture

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the history of the creation and main functions of the Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic (in 2000–2012 – the State Press Archive), which in 2013 became part of the National Library of the Chuvash Republic. The purpose of the article is to reveal the significance of the Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic as the main center for collecting and storing printed materials about Chuvashia and the Chuvash people, regardless of the place of publication. On the basis of the chronological method, the role of printed materials in the Chuvash language in the preservation of the ethnic culture of the titular people has been studied. It was revealed that the Book Chambers as institutions with a special legal regime existed in 5 points of the Russian Federation: in Moscow, in the republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Karelia. Their funds were used in scientific and publishing developments, preparation of materials for publication and for reprints. At present, the main activities of the Department of the Book Chamber are the acquisition, accounting and preservation of the fund of printed documents; state registration of printed documents in the Chuvash Republic, preparation of state bibliographic and statistical information; information and bibliographic services for users; methodological support of editorial and publishing activities of the mass media, publishing and printing enterprises of the republic; creation of a bibliographic database of articles «Chuvashik»; preparation and publication of the state bibliographic index «Chronicle of the press of the Chuvash Republic».

    Любовь к родному краю играет значительную роль в становлении личности, поэтому необходимо приобщать молодое поколение к национальной культуре. Эта необходимость вытекает из многонациональной сущности России. Ее можно проследить в народной мудрости: наше сегодня, как никогда наше прошлое, творит традиции будущего. В данной статье авторы исследуют использование цифровых технологий в образовательном процессе с целью изучения этнических особенностей Чувашии. В условиях пандемии и дистанционного обучения использование ИКТ помогает разнообразить формы работы с учениками и активизировать их внимание. Современный ученик гораздо интереснее воспринимает информацию именно в такой форме, для него она – привычное средство для восприятия информации.

  • Ethnic Specificity of Cultural Codes

    Abstract:
    The author compares and analyzes some definitions of the concept of cultural code offered by Russian and foreign linguists and semiologists. Aspects of this concept are singled out and described. Regulatory, semiotic and retransmitting functions of cultural codes are briefly characterized. The relationship between the concepts of cultural code and picture of the world is revealed. The author’s interpretation of the concept of cultural code is given, the ethnic specificity of cultural codes is revealed, its factors are described, participation of cultural codes in forming ethnic mentality is demonstrated. The author shows discrepancies in understanding reality due to the difference in the cultural codes used and points out that the role of cultural code can be performed by any perceptible area of reality: landscapes, natural phenomena, fauna, flora, artifacts (household utensils, tools, weapons, garments of clothes, dwelling places etc.) and actions with the listed items. All this is regarded in the article as semiotic means of thinking and communication. Methods. The analysis of cultural codes was carried out by using the methods of cross-cultural analysis and interlingual comparison on the material of English and Russian metaphoric set phrases. Conclusion. The conclusion is made concerning the influence of cultural codes on the choice of the path of historic development and, ultimately, on the fates of nations.
