  • The Third All-Russian Congress of Military-Industrial Committees in 1917

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the history of the Third All-Russian Congress of Military-Industrial Committees in May 1917, in the conditions of the ongoing World War I, in a difficult period after the February Revolution of 1917 in Russia. It was in industry that, in the circumstances of wartime, all the organizing threads that ensured the integrity of the national organism and resistance to various destructive phenomena were concentrated. To maintain the normal course of production, assistance was required from all the organized forces of the country that were close to this case. First of all, this was to be expected from the military-industrial organization, which formed a coherent wide network of institutions – local and regional committees, headed by the central one. The research uses the methods of scientific search: concrete historical, problem-chronological, systematization and comparative analysis of the material. It is shown that the III All-Russian Congress of Representatives of the Military-Industrial committees, who for two years were at the head of the military industry, certainly could not pass by the disturbing issues of the moment that required immediate resolution.

    В статье рассмотрена проблема топливного кризиса в Москве летом 1917 года, в условиях продолжавшейся Первой мировой войны, в сложный период после Февральской революции 1917 года в России. В обстоятельствах военного времени, в промышленности концентрировались все организующие нити, обеспечивавшие целостность народного организма, сопротивляемость различным разрушительным явлениям. В стране наблюдалось падение производительности промышленности. Другим важнейшим вопросом в торгово-промышленной политике являлся вопрос о топливе, осложнявшийся расстройством транспорта. Непростая ситуация с топливом к лету 1917 г. сложилась в Москве. В исследовании использованы методы научного поиска: конкретно-исторический, проблемно-хронологический, систематизации и сравнительного анализа материала. Проанализированы многочисленные попытки выхода из кризиса в связи с угрожающим недостатком топлива для Москвы. Показано, что имущественные и классовые противоречия революционного периода многократно усложняли решение обострившихся проблем.

    В статье рассматривается история Атемара, одной из наиболее крупных и сильных крепостей Саранско-Атемарской засечной черты, построенной в правление первых Романовых на территории Мордовии для защиты от набегов крымских и ногайских татар. Подробно исследуются этапы строительства крепости, особенности ее фортификации, на основе археологических и сохранившихся письменных источников реконструируется внешний облик укрепления. Отдельно внимание уделяется гарнизону Атемара, источникам его комплектования, изменению численного состава, а также участию входивших в него служилых людей в Крестьянской войне под предводительством С.Т. Разина.

    The chapter reveals some specific aspects of the study of Ancient Greek heritage by students of Ural State Forestry University (Yekaterinburg) studying in the field of tourism in the course of "Stylistic Concepts in World Art". The authors draw the following conclusion: using the example of mastering and reinterpreting the artistic heritage of Ancient Greece by artists, sculptors, masters of different nations and times, it is possible to successfully form knowledge, abilities and skills, competencies of future tour guides during professional training, because in this way they develop intellect, broaden outlook, develop communication abilities, the ability to prepare material for audio, video and virtual tours.

Тыловой дневник позволил увидеть происходившее, такое грандиозное и страшное событие, глазами участника. Это уникальные воспоминания о тяжелом военном периоде.

    Abstract:
    Turkmenistan during the years of the Great Patriotic war. Relief of the working people of Turkmenistan to front. Turkmenistan supported considerable assistance to the population liberated from the fascist’s occupation. In the first days of the war in Turkmenistan were satisfied applications of three thousand volunteers. Two cavalry divisions and 87 and 88 rifle battalions formed and sent to the front. 78 Turkmen warriors were awarded the rank of the hero of the Soviet Union and 15 soldiers were awarded Order of Fame of the third degree. Methods of the research were the materials of the collection of documents of the Great Patriotic war. Turkmenistan has made worthy contribution to the Victory over fascism as well as other peoples lived in the USSR.

  • World War I Through the Eyes of a Cavalryman: an Overview of the Diary Entries

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the analysis of the field diaries of the participant of the First World War V.D. Efremov (1890–1978), a native of the Chuvash village of Ilyutkino, Staro-Maksimkinskaya volost, Chistopol district, Kazan province. The purpose of the research is to study the document in the context of historical events and introduce them into scientific use. The work is based on the author's field materials. The document is analyzed from a historical perspective. At the same time, in this work, the author turns to ethnographic and literary approaches. V.D. Efremov (1890–1978) – cavalryman of the 5th squadron of the 14th Dragoon Little Russian regiment. His diary entries were made in Russian in 1915 on the territory of Belarus. The value of this document lies in the fact that it represents the records made during the hostilities themselves. There is not so much evidence of this kind in Russian historiography. The records allow us to trace the movement of a soldier for more than six months and his perception of military events. Interesting in the diary is a poetic text in the Chuvash language, the author of which is K.D. Efremov, brother of a soldier. The song is filled with philosophical content and was written in the folklore traditions of the Chuvash people.

  • Diskussionnye aspekty reglamentatsii ugolovnoi otvetstvennosti za reabilitatsiiu natsizma (st. 354.1 UK RF)

    В статье анализируется законодательная техника конструирования нормы об уголовной ответственности за реабилитацию нацизма в отечественном уголовном законе (ст. 354.1 УК РФ). Автором отмечается отсутствие в Уголовном кодексе РФ дефиниции «нацизм». Также автор указывает на нецелесообразность использования термина «реабилитация», предлагая заменить его термином «оправдание». При последующем анализе статьи 354.1 УК РФ автором усматриваются некоторые ошибки законодательной техники, а именно: несоответствие заголовка статьи ее содержанию; наличие двух самостоятельных основных составов в разных частях одной статьи; конкурирование с нормами об ответственности за преступления экстремистской направленности.
