Рассматриваются возможности изготовления модели пораженных участков кости человека. Приводятся примеры использования программ Simplify-3D, InVesalius, Blender и DICOM-файлов для перевода снимков МРТ или КТ в 3d-модель.

    Abstract:
    We studied 30 years of experience of traditional medical school, as well as some trends in reforming the methods of teaching natural sciences. The importance of teaching biology to medical students remains undeniable; currently, there are current debates about the methods of teaching theoretical disciplines, including biology. We described various approaches to teaching: a teacher-oriented approach, a student-oriented approach, problem-oriented learning, discipline-based learning, integrated learning. According to the results of the student survey, it was revealed that 93.2% consider the discipline «biology» to be necessary in a medical university, 75% are satisfied with their results in studying the discipline, 82.4% consider a conversation with a teacher to be the preferred format for studying the discipline, 51.1% of respondents prefer an oral survey as an assessment tool, 79.1% of students are satisfied with practical work with a microscope. For optimal work, it is recommended to practice each of these approaches and apply them in everyday teaching activities. An individual approach to students, combined with the use of up-to-date teaching technologies, takes the teaching of fundamental disciplines to a new level, where classical and modern teaching methods are combined.

    В статье рассматривается значение симуляционного обучения в современной системе подготовки медицинских кадров. На примере работы симуляционного центра медицинского университета исследуются ключевые аспекты внедрения и использования симуляционных технологий в образовательном процессе. Анализируются такие параметры, как частота посещений студентами симуляционного центра, его востребованность различными кафедрами, достаточность учебного времени, отводимого на симуляционное обучение, а также субъективная оценка его эффективности участниками образовательного процесса. Результаты исследования демонстрируют существующий разрыв между потенциальными возможностями симуляционного обучения и реальной практикой его применения. Выявлены как безусловные преимущества данного подхода, включая безопасную среду для отработки практических навыков, так и системные проблемы его интеграции в учебный процесс.

    The chapter deals with the problem of developing didactic materials using digital technologies in the context of medical education. The key aspects of using digital tools to create training resources aimed at improving the quality of training specialists in the field of medicine are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the experience of introducing digital didactic materials into the educational process of natural science disciplines. Examples and a brief description of didactic materials developed using digital technologies are considered. The advantages of using digital technologies are discussed, which consist in the adaptation of teachers and students to modern educational technologies, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process, the individualization of learning and the formation of practical skills among students. The issues of methodological support for teachers necessary for the effective use of digital didactic materials are discussed, and the impact of digitalization on traditional forms of education is discussed. The results of research demonstrating the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in medical education are presented. The positive influence of digital tools on the formation of clinical thinking and research skills among medical students was noted.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some economic (financial) aspects related to continuous medical education (CME). This topic is currently very relevant, due to the fact that currently in our country there are a number of consistent changes in the health care system aimed at optimizing and modernizing the above-mentioned system. The purpose of the work was to study some aspects, mainly affecting the financial sphere of CME. The objects of the study were 150 people, practicing doctors of various city hospitals, divided into 3 groups of 50 people, depending on the number of certificates they have (1, 2, 3 and more). The study is based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, including a number of questions about various aspects of CME. In particular, the following were studied: the experience of undergoing advanced training «according to the old» and «according to the new» rules; various aspects of satisfaction with the above systems were assessed; further, all subjects were asked to highlight five, in their opinion, the most important positive and negative aspects of CME, etc. At the same time, one of the most interesting parts of the presented study was the «financial» analysis of training in the CME system, taking into account the cost and aspects of payment for training for doctors of various groups – with one or several certificates. The data obtained allow us to take a new look at some aspects of the CME and determine the vectors of studying this topic, and also allows us to draw the attention of the medical community to a number of financial aspects of extending certificates. All of the above may have a positive effect on the CME system in the future.

    Abstract:
    This chapter presents the result of the long standing integration of fundamental medical disciplines at one separate department (Department of Fundamental Medicine of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University), which was preceded by four stages. At the first stage, the discipline «Latin language» was integrated into the discipline «Anatomy», at the second stage, the discipline «Anatomy» was integrated into the discipline «Latin language», at the third stage, a joint lecture and methodological materials appeared in the course of each of the above disciplines, at the fourth stage it became possible to create an ideal model for the integration of fundamental medical disciplines. By the authors presents thedetailed explanedmodel, which includes four medical disciplines (anatomy, histology, pharmacology, propaedeutics of internal diseases) and illustrates a holistic view of their relationship. Two deliberately defective models for the integration of these disciplines reflecting variants of a discrete approach to learning are also proposed. The key role of Latin medical terminology in the development of the above disciplines is explained in detail, the differences in the forming and translation of Latin anatomical and histological terms into Russian are shown.The interrelation of anatomy, histology and pharmacology through a definite Latin term is shown. Arguments are given in favor of introducing the developed model into the educational process of medical students receiving higher medical education. The authors not only share their experience of the long standing interaction in teaching Latin and anatomy, Latin and histology, anatomy and histology, but also ask for necessity of cooperation between teachers of fundamental medical disciplines for creating (already at the initial stage of medical education) the holistic professional world outlook for students.

В работе подчеркивается, как ВР трансформирует традиционные подходы к обучению, предоставляя медицинским студентам уникальные возможности для изучения анатомии, развития клинических навыков и практики решения сложных медицинских задач в безопасной симулированной среде. Автор описывает различные аспекты применения ВР в медицинском образовании, включая интерактивное изучение анатомии, тренировку клинических навыков, подготовку к нестандартным клиническим ситуациям, а также влияние на доступность и экономичность обучения. Освещаются также эмоциональные и психологические аспекты обучения, включая развитие коммуникационных навыков и управление стрессом. В заключении статьи подчеркивается важность ВР для будущего медицинского образования и практики, а также потенциал дальнейшего развития и интеграции этих технологий в учебные программы медицинских вузов.

    Статья посвящена анализу наиболее часто встречаемых проблем и сложностей различного характера, связанных с работой в системе НМО, у врачей пенсионного возраста. Данная тематика является весьма актуальной, в виду того, что в настоящее время в нашей стране происходит ряд последовательных изменений в системе медицинского образования, направленных на его модернизацию. Объектами исследования послужило 100 врачей, вышедших на пенсию, разделенных на 2 группы по 50 человек, в зависимости от профиля – терапевтический или хирургический. В исследовании проводили анализ отношения бывших врачей к системе НМО и некоторым ее аспектам, оценивался возможный вклад в будущее медицинского образования. Важной частью исследования стал и анализ основных проблем и сложностей, которые возникали при работе с системой НМО. На заключительном этапе исследования испытуемым предлагалось обозначить основную или основные причины, сподвигнувшие их на заслуженный отдых. Полученные данные позволяют по-новому взглянуть на проблемы, связанные с системой работы НМО.

    Introduction: As a full-fledged Bologna process participant, Kazakhstan is continuously implementing reforms aimed at medical education, impacting country's human capital. The professional capable of a lifelong learning is the main goal of modern education. The central role in reaching this goal is entrusted to the higher education. The relevance of our study lies within the curriculum changes with more hours for students’ independent work, which is the main method of obtaining reliable information and acquiring competence for lifelong learning. The aim of our study was to evaluate the students’ opinion on the self-study system at the Karaganda Medical University, revealing existing difficulties in the students’ acceptance of the Bologna process requirements, identifying methods to increase their involvement in self-education and scientific research. Materials and Methods: an anonymous survey was conducted among the 426 of the 3rd – 7th year and residency students, including 20 questions to identify students’ attitude to the individual work methodology as a factor for the development of skills for lifelong learning. Results and Discussion: the majority of students are voluntarily involved in the independent learning, understand its purpose, and use English-language sources with reliable up-to-date information. Less than half of the students evaluate their skills of information search and presentation as «average» and only about a quarter of them as «high». More than half of the students demonstrate interest in increasing their level of competence with these skills. Conclusions: Our study demonstrated that since the Republic of Kazakhstan accession to the BP the «Karaganda Medical University» successfully integrates new educational requirements into the educational process. Higher education system needs further improvement to better understand the students, remove barriers to progress and preserve students’ motivation to further develop personal potential.

    Статья посвящена изучению некоторых современных проблем непрерывного медицинского образования (НМО). Данная тематика является в настоящее время весьма актуальной ввиду того, что в России все еще продолжается процесс формирования полноценного НМО. Объектами исследования послужили 60 врачей Воронежской областной клинической больницы №1, которые были разделены на 2 группы, в зависимости от профиля своей специальности: терапия и хирургия. В дальнейшем все они были подразделены на три подгруппы в зависимости от возраста: 1 подгруппа – 25–35 лет; 2 подгруппа 36–50 лет; 3 подгруппа – 51 год и старше. В основу исследования легло анонимное анкетирование, целью которого было определение общего отношения практикующих медиков к НМО и изучение основных проблем НМО, по их мнению. Так, к примеру, при обработке результатов было выявлено, что ведущей проблемой стала высокая стоимость обучения медицинских специалистов. Остальные проблемы видоизменялись и были несколько специфичны для каждой возрастной группы. Полученные данные могут лечь в основу более масштабного исследования.

    High educational level is, to some extent, a guarantee of qualitative performance of one’s professional capacity. Professionalism of medical care workers drastically defines the quality of medical service. One of the factors of successful educational process is the level of student’s motivation which is connected to their future career orientation. The following work offers the results of the research conducted among 1–4-year students – bachelors of nursing (overall 200 people were examined which makes up to 92.5% of all students). Research base: Faculty of Higher Nursing Education, Pavlov St. Petersburg State Medical University. The program included questioning and testing of the students. The motivational test by F. Herzberg was used, and the test by E. Shein “Anchors of a career” (adapted by V.A. Chiker and V.E. Vinogradova). The general and differentiated by courses preferred motivational attitudes of students and their career orientations, as well as correlations between them, were determined. It was found that, in general, the leading motives are: financial motivation; responsibility; interest in the content of the work, although the ratio varies depending on the year of the students. There are practically no reliable significant correlations between motives. The main career orientations are stability and service. The severity of different orientations and the correlations between them differ among students of different year. The correlations between motives and orientations are rather weak.

    Данная статья посвящена исследованию уровня удовлетворенности дистанционным обучением студентов медицинских вузов. При переходе на дистанционное обучение в медицинском образовании осуществлены значительные изменения, требующие объективной оценки. Удовлетворенность учащихся результатами обучения является одним из интегральных показателей его качества. Цель исследования – анализ динамики степени удовлетворенности студентов медицинского вуза качеством образовательного процесса при очной и дистанционной формах обучения. Материалы и методы. Исследование основано на данных Медицинского университета г. Семей (Республика Казахстан). Включены 450 студентов 4–6 курсов всех факультетов. Переход на дистанционный формат обучения был осуществлен в 2020 г., анкетирование проводилось в октябре-декабре 2020 г. Использована оригинальная анкета, включающая 20 вопросов в разделах адекватности технических условий для обучения, методических подходов и уровня готовности преподавательского состава, личностного отношения студентов-медиков к дистанционному образованию и общей оценки удовлетворенности. Результаты. В разделе адекватности технических условий преобладали высокие оценки. В разделе методических подходов и уровня готовности преподавательского состава средний уровень оценки оказался более низким (24,8±0,9 балла из 35, 70,9%). Средний балл раздела личностного отношения составил 14,8±0,5 из 20 возможных (74,0%). Показатель по разделу общей оценки удовлетворенности составил 20,2±0,7 балла из 25 возможных (80,8%). Наиболее частым замечанием оказалось отсутствие клинической практики и возможности отработки практических навыков даже на тренажерах.

    Abstract:
    Legislative and organizational provision of mass diseases prevention in the Russian Federation is analysed in the article. The qualitative model of this work has been developed based on the theory of functional systems. Recommendations for improvement of the higher medical education are given.
