- Развитие информационных и коммуникационных технологий приводит к качественным изменениям общества и экономики: формируется информационное общество и цифровая экономика. Для управления бизнесом в этих условиях требуются кадры, обладающие не только информационными компетенциями, но и обновленными специальными знаниями, спрос на которые в значительной степени определяет развитие бизнес-образования. В работе показаны результаты исследования, доказывающие востребованность ряда ключевых компетенций преподавателя в системе бизнес-образования в условиях цифровой экономики. Учитывая специфику аудитории программ бизнес-образования (взрослая, информационно-активная, деловая аудитория, которая осознанно и с интересом пришла обучаться новым навыкам и компетенциям), преподаватель должен обладать рядом бизнес-характеристик, чтобы эффективно проводить обучение и обеспечивать профессиональное развитие слушателей в условиях информатизации и технологических изменений среды.

The Need for Higher Education for Entrepreneurship: Analysis of a Sociological Study (Opinion of Entrepreneurs)

- Abstract:
- The article actualizes the role of higher education in obtaining business skills. The purpose of the study is the analysis of the needs of higher education for entrepreneurship and the formation of entrepreneurial competence as an actual problem of higher professional education that meets the challenges of modern society and the formation of a layer of entrepreneurs. The following hypotheses were examined: dissatisfaction of entrepreneurs with higher education; limited formation of entrepreneurial competence in the conditions of higher education; the needs of second and third higher education, additional courses and trainings for business development identified in the course of business activity. A set of General scientific and sociological (theoretical and applied) research methods that complement each other are used. The first ones include methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and comparison, which allowed us to consider the cause-and-effect relationships between the studied phenomena and the logic of their development. The second category includes methods of structural-functional and system analysis, as well as the focus-chat method used for conducting applied research. Based on the sociological research, the problems of forming entrepreneurial competence and effective application of higher education in the field of small and medium-sized businesses are analyzed. The sample included 25 entrepreneurs of medium and small businesses. Research results. These hypotheses were partially confirmed. Entrepreneurs are generally satisfied with their higher education as a basic one. The study confirmed the absence of a system in the formation of entrepreneurial competence in higher education. The study provides an opportunity to develop recommendations for the formation of entrepreneurial competencies in higher school programs.

- Abstract:
- Difficulties and problems of business education are theoretically considered in the article. The advantages of traditional Western business education and the problems of young managers that are not ready for business activity in the environment of developing markets are highlighted. Methods of research. The author has examined the conditions of business education in Russia, its content and approaches to teaching. In the course of research, the author provides the idea that the solution to the problem of business education is based on innovation of the curriculum, implementation of interactive methods of teaching and creating the atmosphere of cross-cultural communication in the groups of MSc. students. Results of research. It is defined that setting up an innovative MSc. Program completely taught in English to multinational groups of students created cross-cultural environment in class. The curriculum has comprised the components of Russian and Western business school tracks. It is defined that the implementation of innovative methodological approaches to teaching based on modeling of manager’s professional activity is an indispensable educational means of creating the skills demanded. The author demonstrates the advantages of Markstrat simulation game in teaching marketing. It is proved that innovative business simulation helps to create the situation of authentic communication in the classroom, boosts teambuilding and provides practice of decision-making techniques. The author proves that the hypothesis of the article is correct and the way to solve the problem of business education is found.

- В статье актуализируется необходимость формирования системы непрерывного бизнес-образования в российском обществе. Рассматриваются различные подходы к определению и формированию предпринимательских компетенций, особенности сложившейся системы бизнес-образования, риски и тенденции ее развития. Делается вывод о возможности консолидации имеющегося опыта обучения предпринимательству на различных уровнях образования в единую пролонгированную систему бизнес-образования.
