    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется взаимосвязь правовой грамотности студентов и их ценностных ориентаций в условиях цифрового общества. Показано, что цифровая среда изменила способы доступа к правовой информации, однако рост её доступности не приводит автоматически к формированию устойчивой правовой культуры. Семья, образовательная среда и личный опыт продолжают определять смысловые рамки восприятия права. Установлено, что студенты связывают значимость закона с его определённостью, эффективностью применения и соответствием представлениям о справедливости. Выявлено противоречие между признанием обязательности правового порядка и избирательным отношением к исполнению правовых норм в зависимости от их моральной оценки.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема физической подготовки студентов российских вузов, имеющих ограничения к стандартным нагрузкам (от 18 до 27% первокурсников, около трети – по причине патологии позвоночника). Цель – разработка и апробация трёхблочного комплекса лечебно-профилактических упражнений для студентов со сколиозом I степени и хронической болью в пояснице. Программа включала разгрузочный, стабилизирующий и интегративный блоки. Экспериментальная группа показала достоверно более выраженный прирост мышечной выносливости, снижение болевого синдрома и улучшение адаптационного потенциала по сравнению с контрольной (занималась по программе ФГОС). Трёхблочная программа достоверно превосходит стандартную при условии индивидуализации нагрузки и междисциплинарного взаимодействия.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос влияния блогеров и социальных сетей на патриотические установки студентов. Отмечается, что отношение к Родине, истории, армии и гражданскому долгу сегодня формируется не только в аудитории, но и в цифровой среде. Показано, что большинство студентов активно пользуются социальными сетями, получают через них сведения о стране и следят за блогерами общественной тематики. Такие источники могут усиливать интерес к патриотическим темам, но одновременно создают риск поверхностного восприятия и распространения недостоверной информации.

    В статье анализируется влияние медиапространства (блогеров, социальных сетей) на вовлечённость студентов в занятия физической культурой. Выявлены положительные стороны: доступность спортивного контента, повышение осведомлённости о здоровом образе жизни, рост интереса к физическим упражнениям. Раскрыты риски: формирование нереалистичных стандартов тела, искажённое представление о физическом развитии, снижение самооценки, замена реальной двигательной активности виртуальным потреблением контента. Обосновывается, что при грамотном использовании социальные сети могут стать эффективным средством повышения вовлечённости студентов в занятия физической культурой.

Представлено ключевое определение ИИ, его характеристики и этические регуляторы, включая Кодекс этики в сфере ИИ. Особое внимание уделяется проблеме использования ИИ в студенческих работах. В качестве решений предлагается обучение педагогов работе с ИИ, пересмотр оценочных средств в пользу заданий, требующих критического мышления. Формулируются принципы критического отношения обучающихся к ИИ: ответственность за результат остаётся за человеком, а зависимость от технологии несёт когнитивные риски.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of modernizing the physical education system in higher education from the perspective of the lifelong learning concept. Modern socio-economic conditions, characterized by rapidly changing professional requirements and the deteriorating somatic health of young people, necessitate a revision of the traditional paradigm of physical education as a purely disciplinary course limited to the period of study at university. The aim of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and empirically test the effectiveness of a physical education model for students focused on developing health-preserving competencies and motivation for lifelong regular physical activity. Results: after implementing the model, the experimental group showed a significant increase in motivation by 49.4% (p ≤ 0.05), the level of self-monitoring competencies increased by 76.7%, and the frequency of independent exercise increased 4.2fold. The proportion of students intending to continue physical activity after graduation increased from 13% to 58%, and this effect persisted three months after the experiment (52%). The experimental results showed that implementing the author's model, which includes variable modules, self-monitoring elements, and a digital tracking platform, significantly increases the level of motivation for physical exercise and the formation of lifelong self-education competencies in the field of physical culture. It is argued that physical education for students should serve not as an isolated course but as a launching pad for an individual trajectory of physical self-improvement. The lifelong learning concept transforms the goals of physical education – from meeting standards to a culture of health, from compulsory classes to conscious self-organization. The proposed model can be scaled across the higher education system.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

    The chapter notes that the transformation of higher education and the transition to the digital university model highlight the relevance of organizing independent work for students, particularly those in engineering disciplines, when learning a foreign language within the electronic information and educational environment (EIEE). Based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, key factors influencing independent work in a digital environment have been identified. It is established that psychological determinants include academic self-regulation, the motivational-volitional sphere, cognitive styles, language anxiety, and digital competence. Pedagogical determinants encompass modular design and microlearning, pedagogical support (scaffolding), critical integration of artificial intelligence tools, formative assessment, and gamification. A theoretical model for organizing independent work has been developed, comprising motivational-goal, content-operational, communicative-collaborative, and evaluative-reflexive components. The study concludes that the technological infrastructure of the EIEE requires specific pedagogical design and consideration of the psychological characteristics of engineering students. The findings of the study can be applied in the design of educational programs, the development of teaching materials, and the creation of support systems for independent work in digital universities.

  • Using the potential of artificial intelligence in physical education and sports training of university students: experience and opportunities

    The chapter examines the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) and neural network technologies in physical education and sports activities of university students. The relevance of the study stems from the need to optimize the training process, individualize workloads, and increase student motivation for physical education amid funding constraints and time limitations. Based on theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, and sociological survey, it was found that 76.5% of students trust AI, 100% use it in various areas, while 58.8% consider limited AI use in sports acceptable. A comprehensive physical training program using the DeepSeek neural network was developed and tested, including a theoretical block, coordination development, sports training, health-improving activities, and recommendations on nutrition and daily routine. Potential threats posed by the spread of neural network technologies in sports are identified – for athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and physical education teachers. It is concluded that AI solutions should serve as a complement to established physical training practices rather than a replacement for them.

    Взаимодействие между организацией, осуществляющей подготовку педагогов дошкольного образования, и дошкольными образовательными организациями является важным условием повышения качества подготовки студентов в ориентации на развитие личностных качеств и профессиональных компетенций. В статье анализируются теоретические основания, современное состояние и меры по совершенствованию взаимодействия педагогического вуза с детскими садами в процессе подготовки студентов направления дошкольного образования. Исследование основано на анализе документов, обобщении практического опыта и опросе 120 респондентов, включая преподавателей, педагогов-наставников дошкольных организаций и студентов. Результаты показывают, что взаимодействие способствует формированию профессиональной позиции, умений наблюдать за детьми, педагогически общаться, проектировать и организовывать образовательную деятельность. Вместе с тем выявлены ограничения, связанные с нерегулярностью взаимодействия, недостаточной согласованностью критериев оценки, слабой обратной связью после практики и недостаточно раскрытой ролью педагогов-наставников. Предложены меры, направленные на укрепление механизма сотрудничества, обновление практической подготовки, унификацию оценки и усиление роли дошкольных организаций в подготовке будущих педагогов.

На основе анализа современных отечественных и зарубежных исследований обосновывается необходимость формирования у студентов эффективных копинг-стратегий для совладания с технострессом, цифровой перегрузкой и эмоциональным выгоранием. Особое внимание уделяется феномену цифровой эмоциональной регуляции – использованию цифровых технологий для управления эмоциональным состоянием, а также роли образовательных учреждений в формировании цифровой устойчивости студентов. На основе систематизации научных данных предлагается комплексная модель стратегий преодоления стресса, включающая личностные, поведенческие и институциональные уровни.

    В условиях цифровизации образования и интенсификации экранной нагрузки становится актуальной проблема зрительного утомления учащейся молодёжи. В связи с этим проведено изучение частоты и интенсивности проявления основных симптомов зрительного утомления у студентов, и на основе этих симптомов рассчитан индекс зрительного дискомфорта. Установлено, что наиболее распространённым симптомом у юношей является покраснение глаз, в то время как у девушек с одинаковой частотой проявляются слезотечение и покраснение глаз. Выявлено, что большинство симптомов имеют более высокую интенсивность у девушек. Доля лиц с выраженными признаками зрительного переутомления также оказалась выше среди девушек.

    This article reviews recent evidence on how artificial intelligence (AI) affects English language learning among university students. Based on systematic reviews, meta-analyses, empirical studies, and UNESCO guidance, the paper shows that AI can support vocabulary, writing, reading, speaking practice, and self-regulated learning. At the same time, it can weaken learning when students rely on it uncritically or use it without ethical boundaries. The article argues that AI is most effective as a supplementary tool within teacher-guided instruction and proposes conditions for responsible classroom integration.

    Статья посвящена взаимосвязи физической активности студентов и их успеваемостью в вузе. Анализируется, как регулярные занятия, утренняя зарядка, ходьба и активные перерывы влияют на когнитивные способности: концентрацию, память, скорость мышления и стрессоустойчивость. Отмечается, что физическая нагрузка улучшает кровоснабжение мозга, повышает выносливость к длительным умственным нагрузкам, нормализует сон и формирует самодисциплину.
