    Abstract:
    In this study, the results of investigating the reactivity of the human cardiovascular system are presented; they were obtained through a series of functional tests followed by mathematical processing of hemodynamic parameters. It has been established that different types of stressors (dynamic load, orthostatic test, cognitive stress) induce qualitatively distinct hemodynamic patterns. It was revealed that dynamic load primarily increases cardiac output, the orthostatic test activates baroreflex compensation, and cognitive stress provokes a pronounced pressor response due to an increase in peripheral vascular resistance. It has been shown that the response to psycho‑emotional stress, characterized by vasoconstriction and delayed recovery, poses the greatest long‑term risk to vascular health. The applicability of the set of functional tests and mathematical analysis of blood pressure indicators for rapid assessment of adaptive capabilities has been demonstrated.
