Автор постарался дать общее представление о месте и роли данного производства в химической отрасли России до 1917 г., уточнив, что одной из основ подобных успехов в развитии производства, достигнутых в условиях свободной конкуренции и свободного труда, была продуманная и адекватная социальная политика.

    В работе предпринята попытка обобщить имеющиеся данные о производственной инфраструктуре Нижегородского маслобойного и «техно-химического» завода, принадлежавшего З.М. Персицу. Кратко обозначено значение этого предприятия для экономики дореволюционной России. Сделан закономерный вывод о том, что подобная производственная сфера не могла развиваться в условиях рыночной экономики и свободного труда без наличия сбалансированной социальной политики, подразумевавшей создание определённой социально-бытовой инфраструктуры.

    Статья посвящена исследованию роли закаливания в системе физического совершенствования человека. Закаливание рассматривается как важный компонент укрепления здоровья, повышения устойчивости организма к неблагоприятным факторам окружающей среды и улучшения общей физической подготовки. В работе описаны основные методы закаливания (водные, воздушные, солнечные процедуры), их влияние на иммунную систему и адаптивные способности человека. Особое внимание уделено научным аспектам применения закаливающих процедур в комплексной программе физического воспитания и профилактики заболеваний. Закаливание представляется как действенный инструмент повышения выносливости, улучшения терморегуляции и общего физического состояния, способствующий гармоничному развитию организма и его адаптации к физическим нагрузкам.

    В работе предпринята попытка проанализировать некоторые исторические исследования, посвящённые истории возникновения и развития Нижегородского маслобойного и «техно-химического» завода, принадлежавшего З.М. Персицу (до 1911–1912 гг.). Автором произведён краткий критический анализ предыдущих исследований, посвящённых истории указанного предприятия. Выявлены значительные упущения, и установлено отсутствие методологических основ при проведении подобных изысканий. Что, по нашему мнению, не способствует формированию объективных представлений о месте и роли указанного предприятия даже в региональном масштабе.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of the attitude of citizens towards the use of an exceptional measure of punishment in the territory of the state – the death penalty. The analysis is carried out in relation to citizens of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, formerly 2 communist countries. The practice of applying the death penalty in Russia, studying the reasons for its abolition and subsequent return to force in the Russian Federation, as well as the practice of its public application in the PRC at the present time. The arguments and reasons for the possible lifting of the moratorium on the use of the death penalty in the Russian Federation and the study of the opinion of citizens on the return of the death penalty to particularly cruel and inhuman criminals are highlighted. Purpose: to conduct a retrospective study of state coercion on the territory of Russia in the form of the application of capital punishment – the death penalty, its methods and types of reasons for its application and abolition, the consequences of these decisions. Methods: systematic approach, historical and logical methods, analysis and synthesis, deduction, induction. Results. The analysis of the use of the death penalty in various historical periods of Russia and the study of similar topics, using the example of the PRC, allows us to consider the question of the return of the death penalty as an effective punishment in the Russian state. Conclusions. The theoretical validity of the return to the actual effect of a measure of state coercion in the form of the death penalty. Statements and discussion in the State Duma of the Russian Federation by top officials of the state on lifting the moratorium, a positive attitude and desire to return the death penalty, its application to particularly inhumane criminals against the background of historical and modern events. That is why there is a need for a detailed and qualitative study and discussion of the issue of lifting the moratorium and returning the death penalty as an institution of capital punishment.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed. The conditions for the further development of the designer in the professional field on the basis of fundamental knowledge are formulated.

They were formed in connection with the process of formation and strengthening of statehood. This led to the formation of Russia as a civilizational state. This quality captures the current state of Russian statehood, which, unlike a national state or a nation-state, accommodates an entire civilization that arose as a result of the unity of people who are different in their ethnic, confessional, cultural affiliation, but united on the basis of common spiritual and moral values.

    The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

    В статье представлены данные проведенного исследования особенностей агрессивного поведения младших школьников и возможностей его регулирования целенаправленными коррекционными мероприятиями. Исследование было проведено на базе МБОУ СОШ 34 г. Махачкалы Республики Дагестан. Данные, полученные при проведении эксперимента, и проведенная обработка данных с использованием коэффициента ранговой корреляции Спирмена позволили говорить о том, что проведенный тренинг, направленный на нивелирование агрессивных реакций младших школьников, имеет высокую результативность. При этом, чем младше дети, тем выше результативность целенаправленных мероприятий.

  • The study of the relationship between the motives of learning with self-regulation and student academic performance

    The study is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the motives of learning, measured by two methods based on different theoretical approaches, with the main regulatory processes (planning, modeling, programming, evaluation of results) and regulatory and personal properties (flexibility, independence), as well as with students' self-reports on academic performance. The study used the following methods: «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Style of self-regulation of behavior – SSP-98» (Morosanova, 2000) and self-report of students on their academic performance over the past semesters. The study was conducted using an online survey in a Google form on a sample of 82 university students aged 18–29 years. Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis (with Varimax rotation) were used in data processing. The results of the study: multiple significant correlations of learning motives, measured by two different methods «Diagnostics of student learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation», with scales of the SSP-98 methodology were obtained; significant positive correlations of learning motives with self-report on academic performance allow us to analyze the types of students' activities that include learning activities, that requires the use of already developed educational technologies and the development of new ones in the educational process at the university.
