    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается одарённость как фактор риска школьной травли. На основе данных исследований (НИУ ВШЭ, 2025; «Безопасность 2.0», 2025–2026) показано, что одарённые дети сталкиваются с травлей на 20–30% чаще своих сверстников. Анализируется понятие «одарённость» и её ключевые признаки (перфекционизм, эмоциональная чувствительность, нестандартное мышление). Выделены социально-психологические механизмы травли и три роли одарённого ребёнка (жертва, агрессор, наблюдатель). Обоснована необходимость междисциплинарного подхода и комплексных мер на уровне образовательной организации. Теоретические выводы дополняются кейсами известных одарённых личностей, переживших школьную травлю (Илон Маск, Стив Джобс, Александра Бортич), что позволяет наглядно показать связь одарённости, социальной «инаковости» и повышенного риска виктимизации в школьной среде.

    Abstract:
    A scientific analysis on the problem of children's giftedness is presented in the article. The individual approach is thoroughly characterized as a methodological component of modern humanistic education, based on the laws of human individuality and taking into account unique features of each pupil, their aptitudes and needs. Age and psychological features of gifted first-graders are revealed. The authors give a meaningful description of pedagogical work and problems with gifted first-graders. In the course of the research, the authors carried out a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem. It is concluded that one of the main conditions for the implementation of an individual approach in domestic education is pedagogical activity with gifted children.
