  • ECONOMIC AND LEGAL ANALYSIS AS A TOOL FOR ASSESSING THE RELIABILITY OF BUSINESS ENTITIES

    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    The article describes the problem of improving the quality of managerial decision-making when using information and predictive systems in response to floods. The article uses system and model research methods. As a result, it was proposed to expand predictive models by the modern method of interpretation of SHAP and to include consideration of its results in the process of making managerial decisions when responding to floods.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the problems of formation and subsequent management of economic security of the subjects of the agricultural sector of the economy (on the example of the existing agricultural enterprise LLP «ABC»). The study was conducted using analytical, statistical, graphical methods, as well as the method of situational analysis. The result of the study was the development and updating of a step-by-step model of formation and management of the system of economic security of agricultural producers. The application of this model will allow, firstly, to identify the main threats that damage the efficiency of economic entities; secondly, to take timely measures to neutralize threats.
