  • Potential of Internet Resources in Foreign Language Education

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to foreign language education which is more effective if a student becomes the subject of his own learning process. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) contain an enormous potential for increasing the share of independent work in the educational process. ICT is everything that helps and allows you to collect, process, store and transmit information in an electronic form. Today, the traditional carrier of the electronic information is increasingly being superseded by cloud services, allowing you to create a virtual workspace. The purpose of the research is to study the educational potential of the modern Internet space, review the main educational online resources on the Internet in English, which can be used, both for teaching and self-learning a foreign language. In the process of the research, both empirical research methods (studying various sources of information, including the Internet, observation, interviews) and theoretical ones (analysis, synthesis, classification of the information received, the descriptive method) were used. The result of our study is a review of the main online services that can be used in a foreign language education. Digital tools for the formation of language skills (lexical, grammatical, pronunciation) and the development of speech skills in all types of speech activity (listening, speaking, reading, writing) are considered. It is concluded that in the modern Internet space there are huge educational resources in English for teachers and students that allow them to promote foreign language education. These resources are an important tool in the educational process and allow you to increase the level of students’ independence.

    Abstract:
    Today transit to «green» and «digital» economy, to sustainable social-economic development is complex theoretical and practical problem. It is demand to research and develop approaches to structure-technological transformation and modernization of economy and society, mechanisms and instruments of safety transit to the new model of economy. In the research the authors made own interpretation of «digitalization economy», «ecologization economy», indicates factors of digitalization influence on ecologization of economy, present own classification of transit to «green» economy instruments in the digitalization context and the model for integrated assessment of the sustainable environmental-economic development, included the digital competence index.

    Abstract: the article discusses the need for the introduction of financial planning as the main management tool in a competitive and unstable environment. Several definitions of the term "budgeting" from different points of view are given. The goals and functions through which the economic content of budgeting is revealed are considered. The current budgeting model, its advantages and disadvantages are also described. The key problems of traditional budgeting are identified, new tools and methods for its replacement are proposed. Each proposed method, its features and principles are described in more detail. In conclusion, the article describes the positive impact of new budgeting tools as a method of financial planning.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются направления совершенствования налоговых мер поддержки семей с детьми. Дается анализ существующих налоговых мер поддержки семей с детьми в Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделяется стандартным налоговым и социальным налоговым вычетам. Также отмечается, что налоговые инструменты ограниченно применяются в области социальной поддержки как на региональном, так и на местном уровне, что расценивается как существенная недооценка использования данного инструмента. В статье предлагается комплекс мероприятий по налоговой поддержке семей с детьми, что выглядит достаточно актуально в свете выступления 20 февраля 2019 года Владимира Путина с ежегодным Посланием Федеральному Собранию.

На сегодняшний день наиболее распространённые варианты банковский кредит и факторинг. В статье рассмотрены основные вопросы эффективности и экономичности использования данных инструментов. На основе их сравнения, а также анализа рынка факторинговых услуг сделаны выводы о перспективности развития факторинга в России.

    В статье раскрываются противоречия между требованиями оценочных процедур, проверяющих качество школьного образования, и специальными образовательными условиями, обеспечивающими качество инклюзивного образования. Обосновывается специфика методологии оценки и формирования качества образования в условиях реализации инклюзии. Актуализируется необходимость выполнения научных исследований в данной области для управления качеством инклюзивного образования, в том числе разработки критериев, инструментария и процедур оценки качества инклюзивного образования.
