    Abstract:
    The article provides an analysis of the development of mentoring technology as a tool for training and adapting personnel for the civil service of the Russian Federation. The authors examine the historical development of mentoring technology in Russia, from local practices in the internal affairs bodies of the Soviet period to the current state. The article also provides a description of the development of legal and methodological support for mentoring. The authors analyze the prospects for using mentoring experience to improve the system of training students and certain categories of citizens (such as veterans) for work in public authorities.

    Abstract:
    In this article, the authors consider the process of service and physical training of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes introduced by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation No. 44 dated February 2, 2024, "On Approval of the Procedure for Organizing Training for замещения должностей в органах внутренних дел Российской Федерации". The article provides examples of conducting practical training sessions using simulation of operational activities, instructor-training sessions, and the use of distance learning methods.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in improving the efficiency of business processes. In the context of rapid technological progress, companies are faced with the need to adapt to new realities, and AI is becoming a key tool for achieving competitive advantages. The main areas of AI application are analyzed, including automation of routine tasks, improvement of customer service, forecasting consumer behavior and optimization of resource management. Special attention is paid to examples of successful AI implementation in various industries such as finance, retail and manufacturing. The challenges and risks associated with the integration of AI into business, including issues of ethics and data protection, are also discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of a strategic approach to the introduction of AI technologies, as well as the need to train personnel to work with new tools.     Abstract:
    The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.
