    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to some aspects of psychological assistance to students at a medical university. This topic is currently very relevant for a number of reasons that can lead to the need for psychological support and even help for students: from some aspects of the learning process itself at a medical university, which is quite complex, especially due to the introduction of new State training standards, as well as modernization and optimization processes covering the medical environment and the medical education environment in particular; to the complex processes occurring in society, especially against the background of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The purpose of the study was an attempt to analyze the awareness of future doctors about the free psychological help and support existing at the university, as well as to evaluate some aspects of psychological support for medical students. The subjects of the study were 200 students of the Faculty of Medicine of VSMU named after. N.N. Burdenko, divided into 2 groups of 100 people. The 1st group included 100 representatives of the 2nd year of the Faculty of Medicine, while the 2nd group included representatives of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine. The authors developed and implemented a specialized questionnaire covering questions of general awareness of specialized psychological services. Then the subjects were asked to carry out a certain gradation of existing services and distribute them using a ranking method, according to importance, in the opinion of the subjects. Then the respondents were asked to answer the question of whether they had resorted to specialized psychological help and support, and also to assess the importance of it among medical students. This study is of great interest to all those involved in the educational process with students, including those at medical universities.

  • Social Dispatch Assistance with Iron Deficiency Anemia in Students with the Consequences of Early Organic Damage to the Central Nervous System

    The chapter is devoted to determining the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in students with the consequences of early organic damage to the central nervous system. The increased interest in this disease is due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, hypoxia of the brain in IDA affects the cognitive abilities of minors. Secondly, this disease in children with intellectual disabilities provokes diseases of the cardiovascular system in 62.5%, visual impairment in 31.2%, and pathology of the urinary system in 38.7%. Research methods. For the presence or absence of iron deficiency anemia, in the period from 2015 to 2023, medical documents of 653 students from different nosological groups associated with cognitive impairment were examined. The study made it possible to draw the following conclusions: the prevalence of IDA in children with F80 (expressive speech disorder) is 20%, with F83 (mixed specific disorders of psychological development) – 31%, with F70 (mild mental retardation) – 52%, with F71 (moderate mental retardation) – 33%. The total number of minors with a history of iron deficiency anemia is high. More than 40% of all students and pupils with disabilities (HIA) who study according to adapted programs due to intellectual and speech disorders may need social dispatching assistance from specialists of PMPC and school councils. The results of the study may be of interest to a wide range of medical and pedagogical specialists. Doctors are asked a problematic question about why, with moderate mental retardation and more pronounced (significant) cognitive impairments, the prevalence of IDA is significantly lower compared to mild mental retardation. Using specific clinical examples, teachers are described various algorithms of social dispatching assistance to families to prevent possible secondary violations in minors.

    This article considers the issue of supplementing Article 20 of Federal Law No. 324-FZ of November 21, 2011 "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation" with a clause regulating the provision of free legal aid to employers entering into labor relations with persons under the age of 18. The analysis of the current Russian legislation in the field of labor is carried out on the basis of consideration of the legal provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation of 30.12.2001 N 197-FZ, the specifics of labor relations between the employer and minors in the Russian state.     The article focuses on the need for career guidance in rural schools, the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship, the results of the «school cooperation» project in the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that today modern youth does not see the possibility of self-realization and a decent lifestyle in rural areas, in their small homeland. The development and promotion of the «school cooperation» project provides an opportunity for young people, students of rural schools to realize the possibilities of doing business in rural areas (and/or in cities) by engaging in cooperative entrepreneurship. Using the method of descriptive analysis of the data set and numerous surveys of rural schools, district administrations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other regions of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that modern youth does not seek to stay in rural areas. The monitoring made it possible to come to the conclusion that in many regions of the republic there is a personnel shortage of individual specialists. Results. Based on the data obtained, the directions of cooperation and the possibility of implementing the «Accelerator of School Cooperatives» project were proposed, which was highly appreciated by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, corresponds to the goals of national projects and subprojects. Popularization and development of cooperation will make it possible to create a full-cycle cooperation in the future. The materials of the article will be useful to the heads of district administrations, heads of secondary schools for the popularization of cooperative entrepreneurship and the organization of student cooperatives in the regions.

    The article makes an attempt to analyze a new type of social assistance to low-income citizens, low-income families, as well as citizens in a difficult life situation in order to formulate proposals for its improvement. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during the meeting with senators held on 23 September 2020 pointed out that "One of the key factors in war on poverty is the social contract" (https://ria.ru/20200923/bednost-1577654986.html). The social contract is a very effective type of social assistance, as it is aimed to activating the citizens themselves in increasing their level of material security. As a result of the contract, they get the opportunity to find a permanent income, including by opening their own business or running a personal subsidiary farm, solve their difficult life situation, retraining. Despite the positive dynamics of the increase in the number of signed social contracts, the mechanism of these contracts itself needs to be improved. In particular, the author suggests that social protection institutions move to proactive social work with poor citizens, informing them more fully about the features of the social contract. It is also proposed to transfer the distribution of quotas for the conclusion of a social contract in various areas of the activities carried out within its framework to the subjects of the Russian Federation, to revise the terms of the social contract in the direction of «job search».

    The article presents the results of studies on the creation of managerial tools for further use in public sphere. The main idea of a work is to create a transparent system of calculation of funds allocated by the state treasury for needy persons, as state assistance. Implementation of the project includes general study of properties and subtleties of working with big data, knowledge of mathematical logic, algebra and number theory, availability of programming skills. The Python was chosen as the programming language, as it includes a large number of libraries for comfortable work with data, and is visible in use. It should be noted that today the number of families with many children throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 340,377 thousand families, the number of families with a small income of about 391thousand pieces, the number of single parents receiving state benefits aspires to 125 thousand people. The existence of such an acute issue in the area of assistance to those in need encouraged the State to allocate funds to close the problem. The software platform studied in this article serves for visual information of citizens.
