Показано, как цифровые технологии помогают учащимся продолжать обучение даже в условиях серьезных социальных потрясений. В то же время показывается неоднозначность цифровизации как вектора развития образования: новые технологии не только не способствуют разрешению старых проблем отрасли, но и провоцируют появление новых вызовов в этой сфере.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some aspects of the attitude of medical students to the stage of distance and «traditional» – full-time education. The relevance of the study is given by the fact that at present in Russia and around the world the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 has not yet ended, despite a significant decline in the past few months. The objects of the study were 400 people – men and women studying at the Voronezh State Medical University. N.N. Burdenko, divided into 2 groups of 200 people. Group 1 included 200 students, men and women of the 4th year of the medical faculty of VSMU. N.N. Burdenko, who, in fact, spent more than half of their total education at the university in distance learning (continuing partly from spring 2020 to spring 2022). Group 2 consisted of 200 people, men and women, 6 courses of the medical faculty of VSMU. N.N. Burdenko, who, in fact, spent more than half of their total education at the university in the «traditional» – full-time study mode (despite some periods of distance learning due to COVID-19). The study was based on an anonymous questionnaire specially developed by the authors, aimed at studying the gender and age composition of respondents, determining their academic performance, identifying a general attitude to the period of distance and traditional education, with an assessment of the effectiveness of each period (on a 10-point scale). Then, in the questionnaire, the subjects were asked to determine the positive and negative aspects of each stage of education (full-time or distance), as well as to «determine» the transition from distance to full-time learning again and to speak about a possible desire to return the distance learning period to a permanent basis in a comprehensive learning process in medical school. The data obtained are of particular interest not only for scientists and researchers involved in pedagogy and psychology, but also for all higher education teachers involved in the educational process in medical universities.

    После окончания периода активного воздействия пандемии COVID-19, которая оказала серьезное влияние на деловую активность международной бизнес-среды, 2021 год был отмечен началом поэтапного восстановления рынка. Однако сложности в глобальных цепочках поставок, например, в автомобильной промышленности, привели к более низким результативным показателям во второй половине 2021 года. Автомобильные рынки, в частности, зафиксировали слабую динамику роста к концу года после сильного роста в первые шесть месяцев. Меры по закрытию, особенно в начале 2021 года, также ограничили предпринимательскую деятельность различных секторах экономики.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of some psychosocial and psychoemotional aspects of medical students and their parents and relatives living together. The work is relevant, as the pandemic of the new coronovirus infection COVID-19 is currently ongoing in Russia and in the world. The study is also interesting in that despite a number of works by various authors – scientists and teachers of higher education studying aspects of the psychoemotional state of students, very few works are devoted to their relationship and the dynamics of these relationships with their loved ones – parents and relatives, especially against the backdrop of a pandemic of a new viral infection., which was the aim of this study. The objects of the study were 359 people. The 1st and 2nd groups included 100 students, men and women, of the medical faculty of VSMU. N.N. Burdenko (5 course); Group 3 consisted of 159 people, men and women, who were related to representatives of group 2 and lived together with them. The study was based on an anonymous questionnaire specially developed by the authors, aimed at studying the gender and age composition of the respondents, identifying the main psychosocial and psychoemotional interactions of the objects of study, including determining the conditions of their residence and determining the circle of persons living with them; determining the main aspects of their interpersonal relationships, including their «warmth» and the frequency of quarrels and omissions; determination of susceptibility to stress in the objects of study, the severity of anxiety in certain periods of life and the possible presence of true depressive or depressive-like states in them.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of psychological adaptation of patients to a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, with chronic diseases of a therapeutic and surgical profile during the ongoing pandemic. The subject of the presented work is very relevant in view of the fact that the incidence of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 is currently continuing throughout the world. For now, scientists, doctors, and researchers can only hope for a speedy end to the pandemic. Nevertheless, some authors are already talking about the imminent start of the sixth «wave» of the protracted illness. It is known that for better treatment, patients do not need only medical or surgical therapy – they often also need psychological help and support. An attempt to analyze the psychological adaptation of patients in a pandemic was the goal of the presented work. The objects of the study were 200 patients of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital №1, divided into 2 groups, depending on the profile: therapeutic and surgical. Subsequently, there was a division into subgroups, depending on whether the patient «transferred» a new virus or not, according to the respondent himself. A special questionnaire developed by the authors included questions about gender, age, COVID-19 disease, and the presence of chronic diseases requiring hospitalization was studied. A feature of the study was the determination of IgG to COVID-19 in patients. Subsequently, the general attitude of respondents to COVID-19 was studied, the level of fear was determined at different «waves» of the pandemic, and an attempt was made to identify depressive states in the subjects. The data obtained are of great interest not only to psychologists and psychotherapists, but also to practicing doctors of various profiles.

    Abstract:
    Identifying immunogenic targets of SARS-CoV-2 is essential to develop novel treatments. The authors of the article studied humoral immune responses to spike (S) and nucleocapsid (N) SARS-CoV-2 proteins in serum from convalescent COVID-19 patients from Tatarstan, Russia. Multiple SARS-CoV-2 peptides were identified as reacting with convalescent COVID-19 serum. In addition, age and gender associated differences in the reactivity to S and N protein peptides were identified. Changing pattern of immunogenic peptide reactivity in COVID-19 serum based on age and gender was demonstrated. These data highlight how humoral immune responses to some of these peptides could contribute to SARS-CoV-2 pathogenesis.

На основе статистических данных Центрального Банка РФ по рынку ипотечного кредитования в программе MS Excel был произведен прогноз развития средневзвешенной процентной ставки по ипотеке, выданным в течение месяцев.
