    Abstract:
    This article examines the pressing issue of ensuring personal data security online. It analyzes the main types of threats users face, including malicious activity, risks associated with company operations, and the human factor. Particular attention is paid to the legal aspects of information security in the Russian Federation and internationally. The paper proposes a set of practical measures and recommendations aimed at minimizing the risks of leakage and unauthorized use of personal information. The article emphasizes the importance of developing a conscious approach to digital hygiene as an integral component of modern education.

    Abstract:
    A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated. On this basis, a multi-level model for limiting the blocks of the identity crisis is developed, including the development of metacognitive skills ("digital surveillance"), the practice of conscious consumption of content, methods of narrative implemen

    Abstract:
    В статье обосновывается необходимость постоянного проведения просветительских мероприятий для школьников и студентов младших курсов образовательных организаций, целью которых выступает формирование показателей цифровой гигиены в условиях развития устойчивой субъективной позиции подростов и молодежи. Одним из возможных вариантов организации и проведении специальных занятий с обучающимися можно демонстрировать опыт курсантов ведомственного вуза ФСИН России, которые при реализации социального проекта «Школа правопорядка» целенаправленно разработали комплекс мероприятий, направленных на информирование подростков и молодежи о правилах безопасного пользования интернетом, средствах защиты граждан от доступа к информации, наносящей вред их здоровью, нравственному и духовному развитию.

  • The impact of social media-driven perfectionism on high school students’ psychological well-being and academic motivation

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется влияние социально-сетевого перфекционизма на психологическое благополучие и учебную мотивацию старшеклассников 15–18 лет в период подготовки к ЕГЭ и профессионального самоопределения 2024–2025 гг. Обобщены данные 48 современных отечественных и зарубежных исследований и результаты онлайн-опроса более 700 учащихся 9–11 классов из разных регионов России. Выявлены основные цифровые триггеры перфекционизма, описаны его негативные последствия (эмоциональное выгорание, синдром самозванца, снижение внутренней мотивации, отказ от амбициозных целей). Предложена трехуровневая модель профилактики для школ, семей и самих подростков.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема использования современных фитнес-браслетов и трекеров для мониторинга физического и психоэмоционального состояния детей. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом популярности данных технологий среди родителей и необходимостью их психолого-педагогического осмысления. Целью работы является анализ двойственного влияния носимых устройств на развитие и благополучие ребенка. В результате анализа выделен педагогический потенциал трекеров (повышение безопасности, геймификация физической активности, формирование основ ЗОЖ) и систематизированы психологические риски, связанные с их применением (рост тревожности у детей и родителей, риск гиперопеки, нарушение приватности, формирование зависимости от внешнего контроля). Новизна заключается в рассмотрении трекера не как технического средства, а как фактора, трансформирующего детско-родительские отношения. В заключении предложены рекомендации по минимизации рисков и осознанному использованию технологий в интересах ребенка.

В работе рассматриваются причины возникновения информационной перегрузки и предлагаются практические рекомендации по её предотвращению. Особое внимание уделено важности планирования рабочего времени, ограничению использования социальных сетей и применению специальных приложений для управления информацией. Подчеркивается необходимость регулярного отдыха и восстановления сил для повышения продуктивности и сохранения здоровья педагогов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.

    Abstract:
    The modern education system contributes to the creation of a special educational environment, a specially modeled place and conditions conducive to determining the optimal trajectory of personal development and maturation. Today's schools are free to choose the means and forms, directions and approaches of development, the school has become client-oriented: the school is a resource center, with its own strategy, subject-based learning from the first grade, the development and implementation of author's programs, etc. The introduction of Federal State Educational Standards of the third generation actualizes the importance of scientific rethinking of approaches to modeling the educational environment in the process of learning and socialization. The article presents the results of studying the psychological well-being of the school community. Technologies have been analyzed and developed to create a favorable psychological climate. The basic principle of these technologies is defined – the constant reflection of participants and the development of their interaction, which allows members of the educational community to realize how their actions are perceived by others and what consequences they may have. An important aspect is the construction of elements of interaction between participants in the educational process, including the use of the digital educational environment as an effective way of virtual communication. The key role in this context is played by the psychological factor and «Digital hygiene», which sets a radically new trend in safe work with information and digital assets in conditions of mega-intensive information flows.
