    The monograph presents materials on the following topics: the experimental formation of algorithms of professional activity of a military specialist in a foreign language environment; features of the implementation of educational functions in classical and distance learning methods; communicative competence of future bachelors of cultural science and subject-language integrated learning (on the example of the disciplines "Art History" and "English language"); foreign language as a component of professional training of ship radio engineer; analysis of the paradigm of cognitive linguistics; the use of thematic corpuses of texts when translating specialized discourse; expressiveness in the scientific and technical text; representation of linguistic personality in the field of maritime professional activity.     Abstract:
    The article deals with the state of both the general and the special methods of the Russian (native) language. From the standpoint of current requirements, the state of the methodology of teaching Russian language in typhoid pedagogy is analyzed, in particular, the work of such typhoid pedagogues as M.I. Zemtsovoy, V.A. Mylnikova, N.S. Kostyuchek, I.L. Morgaylik, as well as I.P. Chigrinova. The work identifies the range of problems to be solved. As an answer to one of such questions, a route for linguistic competence formation in blind adolescents in the process of learning Russian is proposed, aimed at the development of functional literacy and the implementation of correctional and developmental activities.

    The analysis of social and cultural reality shows that the increase in the education quality is one of actual problems of modern society. Foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is a part of their professional competence and it is understood as a complex of cultural and professional competences necessary to solve professional tasks with a functional level of a foreign language. The forming of a foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is exercised due to implementation of the following pedagogical conditions: working out teaching and learning aids, creating and supporting motivation to the professional foreign language study, analysis of learning outcomes.

    Abstract:
    This article investigates the problem of formation of communicative competence of the teacher-psychologists. We have carried out a theoretical analysis of academic, methodological and teaching literature on the formation of a teacher-psychologist communicative competence. A model of formation of communicative competence of teacher-psychologists have been elaborated and put into practice. The model of formation of communicative competence of teacher-psychologists is recommended for use when elaborating educational standards and programs in higher education.
