    Abstract:
    This chapter considers relevant issues of risk calculations in the field of technosphere security. An enterprise which deals with the incineration of medical waste was taken as a basis, where for several years of its existence the problem of the disease of the operators of the incinerator installation with rosacea was identified. Hazard groupings by their types were performed, their parameters were determined, their risk levels were determined and a quantitative assessment of occupational risks was carried out according to the risk assessment matrix. As a result, according to the school of the integral indicator, the value of the individual occupational risk of the incinerator plant operators was established, which turned out to be high.

    Abstract:
    The ability of cells to sense and respond to mechanical signals is vital in development functioning of healthy tissue. Many diseases are correlated to either changing mechanical properties of the tissue, or changes in the ability of cells to sense mechanical signals. This ssensing happens in part, at integrin-associated complexes (IACs) that form sites of attachment between the cell and the extracellular matrix (ECM). In this review, we will discuss the complex mechanical signals of the ECM and it's components: how cells sense mechanical stimuli, how mechanical signals are transmitted intracellularly, and what effects those signals have on cell function. Since this is such a voluminous and complex topic, we have focused here on the generalities, rather than details of how a specific cell type responds to mechanical stimulation.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of the full treatment of the subject “Construction of Lyapunov functions” in the “Lyapunov's direct method” section in the courses on system dynamics, differential equations, etc., for students of mathematical and technical specialties. The authors of the article point out that first of all Lyapunov function method is considered the method useful for studying dynamics of concrete technical systems by mathematical methods. Since for practical use of this method it makes sense to construct Lyapunov functions in simplest form, the methodology for constructing Lyapunov functions in positive definite quadratic forms with given properties, certain features of original problems is proposed by the authors.
