  • The impact of the integration of ICT and education on the innovation activity of organizations

    Abstract:
    This chapter the integration of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector and the educational environment as a key driver of increased innovation activity in the modern economy. It explores the mechanisms, forms, and tools of this interaction, including joint educational programs for the development of a new type of workforce, the creation of R&D centers and technology parks for technology transfer, and the impact of project-based learning on the transformation of companies' business models. The paper analyzes the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of this integration. Special attention is paid to systemic barriers: the gap between theory and practice, bureaucratic obstacles, and differences in corporate culture. In conclusion, the article formulates conclusions about the need to build a unified ecosystem to ensure sustainable economic growth through the commercialization of scientific developments and the development of human capital.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена анализу условий инициализации интеллектуального потенциала студентов и подходов к управлению изменениями. Предметом изучения являются основные организационные приёмы роста творческой активности студентов и модели осуществления перемен в образовательном учреждении. Автором поставлена цель провести факторный анализ управления изменениями, определить возможности положительной динамики роста творческого, интеллектуального багажа студентов и организационного роста образовательной среды. В статье рассмотрены модели дидактического управления, определены критерии оценки степени проблемности роста творческой активности студенческого коллектива. Автор делает выводы о том, что для устойчивого роста творческой активности необходима реализация инновационных изменений в инструментарии стратегического управления обучением, к которому относятся структурные и активизирующие факторы, воздействующие на приёмы и средства дидактики.

    In modern conditions, the role of intellectual capital increases. Personal and collective intelligence become the determining factors of strategic development of the educational organization. This, in turn, requires strategic development of intellectual capital. The work deals with the components and content of the process of such development. The concept of educational intellectual capital is given and it is shown that the strategic development of educational intellectual capital should provide the necessary compliance and understanding of the external environment. Types of educational institutions are selected, different in strategic orientation for the development of their educational and intellectual capital.

Новизна модели заключается в том, что в ней выделены четыре взаимодействующих между собой уровня: организационная структура, сотовые образования, ролевая структура и структура информационной системы. Модель управления предложена по формам самообучающейся организации.
