Analysis of the Level of Physical Fitness of Students under the Impact of Distance Learning

- The article deals with the problem of the influence of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. The use of modern information and communication technologies has led to the creation of a new educational environment, which, as part of the training, has provided students with the opportunity to independently acquire knowledge in the context of constantly updated information. The discipline «Physical Education» is one of the main practical classes in the university program, and in order to assess how the new proposed training conditions will affect the quality of physical fitness of students, we will conduct a study within the framework of physical education classes. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students. Objectives of the study: to consider the content of distance learning, to analyze the passing of the standard running 100 m., to conduct an experiment and check the impact of distance learning on the level of physical fitness of students, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The research methods are the generalization of scientific and methodological literature, the method of mathematical statistics, and the pedagogical experiment. Organization and results of the study. The study was conducted with students of the 1st year of full-time study at the Perm State Technical University. As a result of the experiment, it was revealed that during distance learning, the theoretical part of the students mastered better, and in the practical part (running 100 m.), the results deteriorated, since most of the physical culture program was presented in the form of theoretical and methodological-practical sections, and there was no possibility of active and systematic running, mastering technical and tactical training techniques and improving them.

- The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

Acquaintance with Digital Etiquette: Email Correspondence for Distance Learning

- The article is devoted to the analysis of the rules of behaviour of communicants in the process of distance learning. The purpose of the study is to consider the main difficulties that arise when students and teachers communicate in the virtual space, to identify their causes and ways to overcome them. The author focuses on the rules of email etiquette. The data obtained during a survey of students and teachers of the Perm State National Research University is used by the author. The relevance of the topic raised in this article is due to the fact that at present it is an urgent need to teach students and schoolchildren the basics of digital etiquette, namely, polite communication in social networks, compliance with the etiquette of official email correspondence, etc. The methods used for research include analysis, description, observation, comparison. The results of the study showed that in the moving to distance learning, when students ' communication with the teacher becomes mediated, many students experience certain difficulties, because they do not know the rules of behaviour in cyberspace. In this regard, it is concluded that teachers should include the module " Acquaintance with digital etiquette " in the course of training in order to make communication with students more effective and develop the necessary communicative competence.

- The article is devoted to summarize the experience of conducting webinars in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The article considers the aspect of remote interaction with teachers and the transition to information platforms, distance learning. The goal is to determine the role of information technologies in the vocational secondary education in modern conditions. Research methods. The article presents the experience of organizing webinars for teachers of secondary vocational schools. Webinars were held for educational institutions of vocational secondary education. The following methods were used: quantitative and qualitative analysis. Discussion of the results. The analysis of the survey results showed that in the conditions of distance learning, the webinars held aroused interest. The conducted webinars on digital competence of teachers of vocational secondary education allowed to determine the impact of the digital educational space on their professional development and to identify the level of their readiness to participate in didactic communications using digital technologies. The institute sees the task in the organization and common approaches to the creation and implementation of distance learning technologies in the educational process in order to train highly qualified specialists with self-education skills that will allow them to independently develop and improve their competence and maintain professional mobility. In conclusion it is formulated about the organization and conduct of educational webinars for teachers of secondary vocational education in the region.

- This work is devoted to some aspects of the psychological adaptation of students of a medical university to the distance learning process during a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection. The presented research is relevant for several reasons, the leading of which are: the ongoing reform of the education and health care systems in our country – both of which affect students of medical universities and various aspects of their educational activities, including their psychological adaptation to it; as well as the global pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 that emerged in 2020, as a result of which, almost all scientists at various levels around the world were forced to switch to distance learning. The purpose of this work was to identify and analyze some elements of psychological adaptation of students directly to the distance learning process. The objects of the study were 200 men and women, students of the medical faculty. A certain interest in the study is also due to the fact that the same students were involved in it for 2 semesters (spring and autumn) of 2020. In order to track the development of their possible adaptation mechanisms to distance learning, the level of anxiety, both personal and situational, was determined; identified various depressive states; determined the reasons for the main fears and concerns, both directly to the period of an unfavorable epidemiological situation, and to the distance learning process itself. The main points of psychological adaptation were identified, with the identification of factors contributing to them. This work is of certain interest for all higher school teachers involved in the educational process with students, as well as for psychologists and all kinds of researchers dealing with the psychological health of students.

- The relevance of the article is due to the problems that have arisen in the context of the increasing threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) and the transition of universities to distance learning. The article is devoted to the introduction of distance learning technologies at Kemerovo State University and describes the results of research related to the study of students’ attitudes to distance learning at the Institute of history and international relationship. This study was conducted on the basis of a survey of 60 students to identify the effectiveness of distance learning in the subjects "Foreign language" (English), "Practical course of the second foreign language" (German), "The second foreign language" (German). Based on the analysis of students’ responses and the synthesis of domestic and foreign literature, comparative study of the theory and practice of implementing distance learning by the best universities in the world, as well as taking into account personal experience of teaching a foreign language to students of Kemerovo State University, the authors concretize the conceptual apparatus of distance learning, reasonably identify the positive and negative aspects of the new learning system using electronic technologies for the educational process at the university.

- The article presents an analysis of the results of a diagnostic study of students of a pedagogical university under conditions of quarantine measures. The aim of the study was to assess the psychological state of students in the conditions of forced distance learning as well as to evaluate a complex epidemic situation as a stress factor. The study made it possible to describe the personality profiles of students, to characterize the manifestations of protective neurotic reactions as a specific adaptive mechanism, to reveal the level of students' resilience, to determine the level of students' stress in a pandemic. The data obtained make it possible to predict risks and potential difficulties of students' adaptation to academic situations characterized by a high degree of uncertainty, to predict stress resistance as a professional quality of future experts in education.

- This paper examines various aspects of distance learning (DL) for medical students in the spring semester of 2020. Provides general data on the peculiarities of the educational process of medical students, as well as on the experience of introducing an electronic educational environment – «moodle» into it. This environment is constantly being improved and modified. Over the years of use, it has become a kind of assistant for university teachers, complementing the educational process: allowing students to gain knowledge of the subject, remotely monitor the material they have passed, make an appointment for a consultation with a teacher, etc. A real «test» for «moodle» was the transition of students to preschool education, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection. The aim of the work was an attempt to study some aspects of DL in this new and difficult period for the university. The objects of research were 200 students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko: 100 students of the 2nd year of dental and 100 students of the 3rd year of medical faculties, who were divided into 2 subgroups, depending on gender. The study was based on a questionnaire survey of students on a number of aspects of DL. The online activity of students was studied, followed by an assessment of their progress; determined the very attitude of respondents to the moodle system and DL in general; identified the main negative points (according to students) associated with this form of education. Most of the respondents were, on the whole, satisfied with the educational process at the university and the introduction of the electronic educational environment into the complex learning process. However, many recognized the «moodle» as somewhat «not ready» for the full transition to DL. Also, the most frequent reasons for «absence» of classes by students were identified and the most significant negative aspects of DL were identified. Based on the results, the educational process at a number of departments of the university was corrected in a timely manner. The data obtained are of interest to employees of various departments of medical universities.

Experience in the Use of Scripting Languages in Distance Learning: Advantages and Disadvantages

- The article is devoted to the consideration of scripting languages (scripts) used in distance learning. The aim of the research is to assess the satisfaction of distance learning (DL) participants and identify the advantages and disadvantages of the main platforms using scripting languages. Research methods. In the article, based on 3 years of experience in using tools for DL, the positive and negative aspects of the use of various scripting languages (scripts) for organizing distance learning and teleconferences are reviewed. The sample size is represented by a three-year period, during which 5,712 teleconferences were held. The questionnaire responses of 2500 participants were analyzed. The sections of the assessment dealt with the satisfaction of the DL participants and the functionality of the script tools. Results. The majority of participants were satisfied with the use of BigBlue Point, Jitsi, Zoom systems. The interviewees indicated the need for registration (49%) and the mandatory download of the application (42%) as the main shortcomings. It is concluded that absolutely reliable criteria for choosing a platform, which is associated with a large number of specific factors and tasks, have not been identified. It is emphasized that creation of domestic products seems to be a promising area of activity for developers.
