    Abstract:
    The main problems of forecasting in the subsurface use system are considered, and basic forecasting methods, including those used in practice, are reflected. The main task of forecasting in the mining industry is aimed not only at obtaining maximum profit at minimum costs, but also at forming the foundations for sustainable development of the mining industry. The paper reflects the main distinctive features of the forecasting system in the field of subsurface use and highlights the properties of the dynamics of the subsurface use system that must be taken into account when forecasting.

    Abstract:
    Исследованы теоретические аспекты устойчивого развития социально-экономических систем и современные концепции устойчивого развития территорий. Проведен анализ трансформационных изменений общества на современном этапе и дана оценка их влияния на социально-экономическое развитие региональных систем. Исследованы основные свойства региональных социально-экономических систем в условиях трансформации современной экономической структуры и регионализации экономических отношений в системе стратегического управления национальным хозяйством. Определены основные направления формирования концепции устойчивого развития экономики с учетом экологического фактора. Рассмотрен мировой опыт разработки индикаторов устойчивого развития социально-экономических систем. Определены основные проблемы обеспечения устойчивости развития регионов России.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам развития новых тенденций в экологическом образовании в начальной школе в соответствии с международной концепцией устойчивого развития, их учету в деятельности общеобразовательных учреждений в нашей стране. Автор исходит из того, что экологическое образование в интересах устойчивого развития является не отдельным учебным предметом, а системообразующей основой для всего общего образования, ориентированной на цели устойчивого развития (ЮНЕСКО), экологизацию всех видов деятельности обучающихся и образовательной организации. Преемственность в преподавании предметов при реализации экологического образования как на уровне содержания, так и в методиках и технологиях обучения представляется автору особенно важной, и он на примере курса «Светская этика» в 4-м классе общеобразовательной школы в рамках предметной области «Духовно-нравственная культура народов РФ» показывает, как она может быть эффективна в формировании общей экологической культуры обучающихся. Выводы и результаты статьи могут быть полезны практикующим педагогам, преподающим в начальной школе, ученым, разрабатывающим стратегию и тактику экологического образования в рамках концепции устойчивого развития.

  • Ethnic Tourism as a Factor of Sustainable Development of Russian Regions: Cultural and Educational Aspect

    Abstract:
    Ethnic tourism is an important cultural and educational direction in the field of knowledge of traditions and everyday life of an ethnic group. The subject of the research is ethnic tourism. The research is aimed at solving the scientific problem of substantiating and developing modern forms of internal ethnotourism in a multicultural region. The purpose of the work is to determine the features and prospects of ethnic tourism in the sustainable development of territories. Methods: comparative and geographical, statistical methods, SWOT-analysis, field research. It was revealed that Russia, being a multi-ethnic state, has significant prerequisites for the development of ethnic tourism and contributes to the inclusion of the original culture of peoples in the world heritage. Important centers of ethnotourism in the regions of Russia are ethnographic museums, open-air museums, and ethnographic villages, the concentration of which can be observed in Western Siberia and the Ural-Volga region. One of the promising areas for the development of ethnic tourism is the Orenburg region, which has a number of competitive advantages (the presence of various forms of folk art, including the holding of popular mass national holidays; the production of exclusive goods and services that are products of folk crafts; the presence of a greater number and variety of types of cultural heritage objects). The article concludes that the development of ethnic tourism cultivates respect for the traditional culture of various peoples of Russia.

    Today transit to «green» and «digital» economy, to sustainable social-economic development is complex theoretical and practical problem. It is demand to research and develop approaches to structure-technological transformation and modernization of economy and society, mechanisms and instruments of safety transit to the new model of economy. In the research the authors made own interpretation of «digitalization economy», «ecologization economy», indicates factors of digitalization influence on ecologization of economy, present own classification of transit to «green» economy instruments in the digitalization context and the model for integrated assessment of the sustainable environmental-economic development, included the digital competence index.

    The study of existent spatial structures and processes evoked by them is accompanied with the study of structure features of a territory where they function and develop. The framework approach applied in studying and constructing a spatial territory structure can be considered as a way of nature use management and as a strategy of territorial planning of a cultural landscape in an old cultured region, which let to support a balance between conservation and use of natural resources. Sustainable development of a territory depends on the knowledge sufficiency of natural, social and economical processes in the region.
