- Abstract:
- The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined. The assumption was formulated, according to which the formation of research competences of the student's personality has paradigmatic characteristics, because the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by interactivity and integrative.
