    In this article, the author analyzes the institution of banking licensing in the Russian Federation. The paper examines the licensing procedure of credit institutions, as well as its impact on the banking system of the Russian Federation. In addition, various types of credit institutions and their importance for the financial market are described. The thesis is emphasized that the Central Bank's choice of a specific vector for the development of the banking market should not hinder the entry of new entities into the market and the development of healthy competition.

After all, business analysis and optimization of the transport and logistics model is a critical issue that determines not only the success of the company, but also its long-term perspective on the market. In this study, the author set a goal to form, based on the studied theoretical sources and business analysis of the enterprise, recommendations for optimizing the transport and logistics model for AGROTORG LLC. A business analysis of the transport and logistics model of AGROTORG LLC was carried out, and measures were proposed to optimize the transport and logistics model. The object of the study is AGROTORG LLC. The subject of the study is the optimization of the transport and logistics model of the analyzed enterprise.

    Для современной логистики недостаточно просто доставить груз из пункта А в пункт Б и выдать его получателю соответствии с договором – часто необходимо организовать мультимодальную перевозку, обеспечив выбор оптимального маршрута и бесшовную передачу груза с одного вида транспорта на другой. Кроме того, во время перевозки должно быть обеспечено оказание всех сопутствующих услуг: отслеживание, бронирование грузовых мест, консолидация, хранение, погрузо-разгрузочные работы. Статья посвящена вопросам транспортного экспедирования. В частности, ответственности экспедитора за соблюдение сроков доставки и специфике контроля за действиями третьих лиц. Освещены некоторые проблемы, связанные с нечеткостью правовой базы.

The article explores the experiences of domestic companies that have used this technology and the benefits they have gained from its implementation. It also examines examples of RFID use abroad, which could serve as a guide for further adoption of digital technologies in Russia.

    Одним из перспективных направлений совершенствования существующей системы магистерской подготовки является внедрение технологии проектного обучения, в основе которой лежит идея активного вовлечения обучающихся в процесс коллективной разработки актуальных ИТ-проектов. В контуре проектного обучения формирование ключевых профессиональных компетенций участников проектной команды осуществляется поэтапно через выделение, формализацию и совместное решение цепочки информационно-связанных проектных задач. Одной из таких задач является экспертная оценка факторов проектного риска. Показаны особенности реализации указанной задачи на основе методики нечеткого когнитивного анализа. С использованием диаграммы последовательности языка UML определено ролевое участие членов проектной команды в совместном решении задачи когнитивного факторного анализа. Сформулированы рекомендации, направленные на корректировку методической системы обучения.

Рассмотрены цели и задачи проекта, включая автоматизацию планирования, согласования, учета и анализа командировочных мероприятий для повышения эффективности и прозрачности процесса. Предложенная система основана на интеграции современных информационных технологий и предоставляет функциональные возможности для автоматической обработки заявок, координации между подразделениями, учета расходов и формирования аналитической отчетности. Основные преимущества системы включают сокращение временных и трудовых затрат на обработку командировочных заявок, повышение точности учета и контроля, а также улучшение взаимодействия между сотрудниками и отделами. Внедрение автоматизированного подхода позволяет минимизировать ошибки, ускорить принятие решений, снизить административную нагрузку и повысить общую производительность труда.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the issue of using innovative learning technologies, high-tech simulation equipment in the process of training future doctors. These technologies significantly improve the quality of education, contribute to the formation of professional competencies and clinical thinking, and also help to acquire the skills necessary for the activity of a healthcare professional. The purpose of the scientific work is to clarify the attitude of medical students to the use of simulation learning technologies and their readiness to use them in the educational process. To achieve this goal, a two-part questionnaire was conducted. The first part of the questionnaire was aimed at assessing the respondents' attitude to work in a high–tech environment, the second part was aimed at clarifying the attitude of students to various technologies in simulation training centers. The results of the survey showed that the vast majority of medical students are aware of the need to use simulation technologies in the educational process, as they allow them to master therapeutic and diagnostic manipulations without involving patients. There is no doubt that innovative learning technologies are an integral part of the educational process. The results obtained convince us that simulation training centers create the necessary safe environment for both medical students and patients, and also help to accumulate experience that will later be applied by young specialists in their medical practice.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual foundations of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactics. The work presents an analytical description of the technologies of independent work, self-development, self-education in the pedagogical system of the educator of the Chuvash people. Based on the content of federal state educational standards of higher education, the author proves the relevance of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactic system in modern conditions of the implementation of the "Core of Higher Pedagogical Education", their innovative nature, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process in the Simbirsk Chuvash Teachers' School. The work presents the results of the analysis of modern curricula in the direction of training "Psychology and Pedagogy of Preschool Education" for the presentation of a description of technologies and the amount of time for completing assignments for independent work. The study of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactic system is built taking into account the knowledge, ethnocultural, personological paradigms and on the principles of consistency and competence. The results of the study, obtained on the basis of theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature and normative regulators of education, have a methodological nature, are consonant with the requirements for the results of the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies. The author presented a substantive analysis of the author's and advanced technologies for the 18th century for organizing the classroom and extracurricular work of students: reading, retelling, taking notes on pedagogical literature, research, project, essay-reasoning, developing logic and critical thinking. The described technologies require reconstruction in new socio-cultural conditions, they can be recommended for use in the educational process of a modern university.

    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.
