В свою очередь, эффективное управление трудовыми ресурсами рассматривается как обязательное условие успешного функционирования и развития организации. В статье представлены методы и подходы, способствующие оптимизации процессов управления персоналом. Рассматриваются конкретные мероприятия, которые могут быть реализованы в практической деятельности современных организаций с целью совершенствования функций управления персоналом в логистических организациях.

Описываются основные способы приобретения права собственности, а также рассматриваются особенности вещных прав, возникающих при совместном проживании и владении общедомовым имуществом. Работа акцентирует внимание на правовом статусе апартаментов и жилья экономического класса, подчеркивая необходимость дальнейшего развития законодательства для обеспечения прав собственников и адаптации правовых норм к современным реалиям жилищного рынка.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the issue of using innovative learning technologies, high-tech simulation equipment in the process of training future doctors. These technologies significantly improve the quality of education, contribute to the formation of professional competencies and clinical thinking, and also help to acquire the skills necessary for the activity of a healthcare professional. The purpose of the scientific work is to clarify the attitude of medical students to the use of simulation learning technologies and their readiness to use them in the educational process. To achieve this goal, a two-part questionnaire was conducted. The first part of the questionnaire was aimed at assessing the respondents' attitude to work in a high–tech environment, the second part was aimed at clarifying the attitude of students to various technologies in simulation training centers. The results of the survey showed that the vast majority of medical students are aware of the need to use simulation technologies in the educational process, as they allow them to master therapeutic and diagnostic manipulations without involving patients. There is no doubt that innovative learning technologies are an integral part of the educational process. The results obtained convince us that simulation training centers create the necessary safe environment for both medical students and patients, and also help to accumulate experience that will later be applied by young specialists in their medical practice.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual foundations of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactics. The work presents an analytical description of the technologies of independent work, self-development, self-education in the pedagogical system of the educator of the Chuvash people. Based on the content of federal state educational standards of higher education, the author proves the relevance of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactic system in modern conditions of the implementation of the "Core of Higher Pedagogical Education", their innovative nature, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process in the Simbirsk Chuvash Teachers' School. The work presents the results of the analysis of modern curricula in the direction of training "Psychology and Pedagogy of Preschool Education" for the presentation of a description of technologies and the amount of time for completing assignments for independent work. The study of I.Ya. Yakovlev's didactic system is built taking into account the knowledge, ethnocultural, personological paradigms and on the principles of consistency and competence. The results of the study, obtained on the basis of theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature and normative regulators of education, have a methodological nature, are consonant with the requirements for the results of the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies. The author presented a substantive analysis of the author's and advanced technologies for the 18th century for organizing the classroom and extracurricular work of students: reading, retelling, taking notes on pedagogical literature, research, project, essay-reasoning, developing logic and critical thinking. The described technologies require reconstruction in new socio-cultural conditions, they can be recommended for use in the educational process of a modern university.

    Abstract:
    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

    In the conditions of restrictions caused by market changes, political, economic factors, effective supply chain management becomes a key factor to ensure the stability and competitiveness of the enterprise. On the example of «Business Car Caspiy», an analysis of the economic performance and logistics activities of the company has been carried out. In order to mitigate the impact of constraints, several measures have been proposed, including optimizing the product assortment and introducing a dynamic stock buffer management practice using a new information and accounting system that optimizes relations with suppliers and customers.

Средства индивидуализации помогают потребителям различать как производителей, так и предлагаемые ими товары, услуги и работы. Часто выбор покупателя основывается на доверии к знакомому, известному бренду. Статья посвящена особенностям регистрации некоторых видов товарных знаков, а также специфике правовой защиты конкуренции в предпринимательской деятельности. Сделан вывод, что внедрение нового типа средств индивидуализации предпринимателей и их продукции оказывает положительное влияние на регулирование экономической конкуренции.

    В статье рассматривается феномен частных военных компаний (ЧВК), представляющий собой объект обсуждения исследователями в силу своей контроверсиальности и сложности. Авторами освещены причины востребованности ЧВК, проанализированы их ключевые характеристики и приведена соответствующая правовая оценка. В данной исследовательской работе проанализированы проблемы использования Российской Федерацией частных военных компаний, на примере группы «Вагнера» и ее предшественников, а также причины, по которым Россия привлекает частные военные компании без законодательного урегулирования их существования. Отмечается, что Российская Федерация использует частные военные компании аналогично другим государствам, осуществляя решение задач нестандартными способами в целях обеспечения безопасности своей страны. Предлагаются пути возможного решения правовой неопределенности, сложившейся вокруг «акторов вне суверенитета».

    Мониторинг сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) учащейся молодежи представляет клиническую задачу студенческого здравоохранения РФ в системе профилактики, диагностики и оценки функциональных регуляторных систем базовых показателей центральной гемодинамики для детализации фактора риска развития кардиологических заболеваний. Клиническая мозаика стратификации качества здоровья студентов и деление «суботимального» статуса здоровья на клинически «больных» и «здоровых» условно, а профилактический мониторинг и компьютерный скрининг должен определяться показателем «физиологической» нормы.

  • A study of the attitude of students towards unregistered cohabitation and official marriage

    Abstract:
    In this article, the authors consider the concepts of "unregistered cohabitation" and "official marriage" from the perspective of sociology and psychology. The results of the conducted research on the attitude of students aged 18 to 25 years to unregistered cohabitation and official marriage are of interest. Analyzing the results of the survey, the authors identified peculiarities in the views of young people regarding issues of cohabitation and official registration of marriage, the main reasons for cohabitation and marriage, the preferred age of marriage and other aspects. The results show that for students, the factor of love is important when entering into a marriage union, as well as the conditioning of cohabitation by the desire to check the relationship before the official registration of marriage. However, there is a variety of views on the unregistered union and its role in the relationship, as well as different opinions about the optimal age for marriage.

    Abstract:
    Despite the numerous problems in higher education in preparing professionals in demand in the national economy, currently existing approaches to solving them make them impossible to be successfully resolved. This is confirmed by the fact that there is still no scientifically designed governmental strategy for the development of higher education and a scientifically grounded model of the transition to a new system of higher education when moving away from the Bologna System, understandable to both higher education specialists and the entire Russian society. The analysis of the situation with the training of university graduates as future professionals suggests that all the activities carried out by higher education authorities do not allow providing the national economy with the necessary professionals in the changing conditions of the global economy and new challenges from the United States and Western countries. In these conditions, domestic organizations are experiencing an acute ‘personnel shortage’ for young and creative professionals, despite the increase in financial resources for the development of higher education from the government. There is a need for a radical change in approaches to the development of a governmental strategy for teaching students in domestic universities, since the designated new model does not imply a radical development of higher education as higher professional education.
