    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    Theoretical and practical issues of criminal liability for murder in the Russian Federation are considered in the chapter. Particular attention is paid to the classification of types of murders, their characteristics and the degree of public danger. The problems of toughening punishments, the need to improve legislation and the prospects for developing a system of criminal liability for crimes against life are discussed. The authors analyze the issues of humanization of criminal prosecution, the role of the death penalty, as well as current difficulties in bringing to justice for murders with particular cruelty. Based on the results of the study, key areas for further improvement of criminal legislation in the field of protecting the life and health of citizens are presented.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

    Abstract:
    The position of the strong side of banking organizations in contractual relations with individual clients often leads to various abuses by banks, which violates various rights of citizens. It appears that the revision of certain provisions of laws regulating banking activities, including contractual relations, as well as the use of artificial intelligence algorithms by individuals, may become an effective measure of protection for individual clients in contractual relations with banks.

    Abstract:
    The chapter describes the developed program has been developed that allows you to design single-loop automatic control systems, calculate their reliability, while simultaneously checking the user's knowledge in the field of design and ability to navigate in modern technical automation systems. When developing the program, modern software was used, namely «Visual Studio». While using the program, the user designs single-circuit automatic control systems according to such parameters as: temperature, pressure, level, flow. After designing each of the systems, the program allows the user to calculate its reliability. During the use of the program by the user, at each of its stages, if the user does not have enough knowledge, the program reports this, stops working and sends him to study the theoretical material. After completing the work, the user, through the program, must save to the computer an image with all the results obtained during the execution of the work, on which it will be indicated in the form of a watermark that all the work has been done correctly. The image can be saved to the path specified by the user in the «PNG» format. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or newer operating system, NET.Framework version 4.5 or newer. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 5 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Internet.

    В статье автором исследуется действующий в настоящее время порядок привлечения перевозчика к гражданско-правовой ответственности за нарушения условий договора воздушной перевозки груза. Проводится анализ некоторых противоречий между регулирующими его положениями гражданского и воздушного законодательства. В частности, отмечается, что установленные ст. 126 Воздушного кодекса РФ сроки предъявления претензий перевозчику, являются по сути пресекательными сроками, что серьезно ущемляет права грузоотправителей и грузополучателей по сравнению с положениями действующего гражданского законодательства.

    This paper investigates the possibility for using the proposed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing as well as knitting production and implementation of technology of reused yarn recycling, including using back winding of defective semi-finished products, spooling the thread with its simultaneous steaming and processing with emulsion to improve the properties of reused yarn. The main purpose of this article is to study the physical and mechanical properties of reused yarn in order to obtain high-quality products.
