    The ten main research trends in digital education, unveiled at the 2026 World Conference on Digital Education, indicate that the center of gravity of global research is shifting from the application of technology to building mechanisms, developing competencies, and managing risks. In this context, the teacher of computer science is faced with a particularly acute question about professional identity: what is the key value of teaching if artificial intelligence is capable of taking over the task of writing code and working with tools? Based on empirical data from the OECD's Digital Education Review 2026 and progress in the development of national digital educational platforms, the author argues that a computer science teacher should move from the role of a "software coach" to the role of a "human—machine interaction culture educator," and suggests practical learning strategies focused on two Underestimated measurements — the ability to recognize

    The study aims to develop strategies for enhancing the economic security of the regions within the Ural Federal District by identifying current issues and threats. The research employs methods of theoretical analysis regarding regional security aspects and conducts a comprehensive assessment of the current economic stability of the District’s constituent entities amidst sanctions pressure, disrupted trade chains, and geopolitical instability. It is established that, in the context of global instability and external challenges, the state's economic security depends directly on the resilience of its constituent entities. The study reveals that effectively countering risks-ranging from human capital degradation to infrastructure constraints-requires a program-based approach, including the implementation of national projects. Timely diagnosis of regional imbalances and consideration of the specific characteristics of each territory enable the transformation of potential risk zones into drivers of economic growth, thereby safeguarding national sovereignty and the country's integrity.

    This chapter classifies specific technological, operational, and vendor-related risks that arise during the migration to domestic solutions and open-source components. It examines the challenges of ensuring information security (IS) within Russian industrial organizations, given the forced and accelerated import substitution of foreign information security tools. Based on an analysis of the threat landscape, a decision-making matrix has been developed; this matrix enables industrial organizations to prioritize their selection of IS tools while balancing regulatory requirements, business process continuity, and economic efficiency.

    Abstract:
    The article treats an initial public offering not as the conclusion of a company's success story but as the beginning of a far stricter, continuous test of governance quality. Drawing on the Russian IT IPO market in 2023–2026 – primarily the case of Astra Group, alongside comparable post-IPO performance of Diasoft, Arenadata Group, Whoosh, Softline, Positive Technologies and Delimobil – the author shows that the market's repricing of Russian public IT companies is systemic rather than isolated. As a contrasting international case, the article examines SpaceX's record-breaking IPO (June 2026, valuation of roughly $1.75 trillion) as an extreme instance of deliberately disclosed control concentration through a dual-class share structure. Separate attention is given to the additional risk layer created by a controlling shareholder's ownership structure, and to a new factor – the use of artificial intelligence in corporate decision-making. The author offers practical recommendations for the legal and compliance function of companies preparing to go public or already operating as public issuers.

    The chapter examines the impact of risks on the performance efficiency of banking institutions. The nature of banking activities is inherently linked to risk-taking; however, under the conditions of sanction pressure, market volatility, and tightening regulatory requirements, conventional risk management approaches are no longer sufficient to ensure the stability of even major financial institutions. Using the case of Moscow Credit Bank, a systemically important bank, the study investigates how external shocks and internal management decisions transform its risk profile. The research is based on the analysis of the bank's consolidated financial statements for 2023–2025, including the assessment of the dynamics of key financial indicators, the structure of the loan portfolio and loan loss provisions, liquidity ratios, and market multiples. The study identifies critical risk areas and proposes a comprehensive set of measures to mitigate each of them.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

  • Between shame and autonomy: two faces of adolescent vulnerability in the educational environment

    The chapter is devoted to constructing a differentiated analytical model of age-related vulnerability in adolescents within the educational environment for two ontogenetically distinct cohorts: ages 10–13 and 14–18. The author proceeds from the position that a unified interpretation of adolescence is methodologically untenable, since identical behavioral manifestations (irritability, withdrawal, conflict behavior, declining academic performance) may be generated by fundamentally different psychological mechanisms and therefore require differentiated diagnostics. For early adolescence, the concept of «three pillars of stability» is proposed: self-perceived competence, self-regulation, and social status within the peer group, the weakening of which explains typical forms of school maladaptation. For late adolescence, the leading challenge is considered to be the existential task of identity and autonomy formation, intensified by the digital environment of social comparison and cyberbullying. Based on the analysis of Russian and international empirical data (WHO, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, HSE University, VCIOM), a three-level «risk map» of the educational environment has been operationalized, encompassing structural, social, and personal-psychological levels. Current diagnostic practice is also described (ongoing observation, annual screening, in-depth diagnostics), along with the «school ambassador» institution as a mechanism for early identification and referral of adolescents at psychological risk. The study shows that the structural level of the school environment plays a foundational role: the concentration of up to 70% of bullying cases within a limited circle of educational institutions points to the institutional, rather than purely individual-psychological, nature of most risks. The proposed model provides a basis for schools to shift from reactive intervention toward systematic, age-differentiated prevention.

    The chapter examines the legal aspects of using content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial activities. Particular attention is paid to issues of authorship and ownership of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects created with the participation of AI systems, as well as to the legal challenges of commercial exploitation of AI-generated content. The study analyzes risks associated with copyright infringement, trademark violations, protection of confidential information, and trade secret regimes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of human creative contribution as the key criterion for copyright protection of AI-assisted works. The paper also explores contractual mechanisms for risk allocation among business participants and addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools by employees and contractors. The authors conclude that effective and legally secure use of AI-generated content requires not only compliance with intellectual property legislation but also the implementation of internal corporate policies aimed at risk management and protection of business interests.

    Microfinance institutions are demonstrating a consistently high rate of expansion worldwide. In the Russian Federation, these organizations play a vital role in the financial ecosystem. They provide access to loans for small businesses, and their services are also important for individuals whose income levels do not allow them to qualify for standard banking products. The existing microloan regulation system in Russia requires development, as the microfinance sector is characterized by serious problems, including high interest rates, risky lending terms, and unfair practices by some lenders. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of microloan regulation in Russia. This chapter utilizes research methods such as theoretical source analysis, statistical data, and comparative analysis. Indicators characterizing the performance of microfinance organizations in the Russian Federation for 2021–2025 were analyzed. An analysis of microcredit development in the Russian Federation revealed an increase in the microloan portfolio size, the share of online loans in the microloan portfolio, and the microloan portfolio turnover rate. However, a simultaneous decrease in the median ROE and an increase in the share of outstanding debt (for which the principal is overdue by 90 days or more) were also observed. Further development of microloan regulation in Russia is necessary. Particular attention should be paid to reducing the maximum cost of credit, tightening macroprudential limits, automating the blocking of illegal lenders, and improving the financial literacy of the population.

    В статье автор рассматривает роль брачного договора в контексте недействительности брака с акцентом на последствия, риски и возможности сохранения имущественных прав супругов. Анализирует основания недействительности брачного договора, а также его влияние на имущественные отношения сторон при аннулировании брака. Особое внимание уделяется анализу судебной практики, механизмов защиты интересов супругов и несовершеннолетних детей, а также актуальным проблемам правоприменения в условиях роста фиктивных браков. Применяется сравнительный анализ норм семейного и гражданского законодательства, доктринальных подходов, профильных научных исследований и конкретных судебных решений. Такой подход позволяет выявить системные недостатки правового регулирования, оценить эффективность брачного договора как инструмента автономии воли супругов и предложить практические меры по минимизации споров и имущественных потерь. Предложены рекомендации по составлению и исполнению договора: строгое соблюдение нотариальной формы, привлечение квалифицированных юристов для разработки четких условий, подтверждение добровольности соглашения, учет прав и интересов несовершеннолетних детей, а также применение дополнительных механизмов защиты имущества. Исследование подчеркивает двойственную природу брачного договора как мощного средства индивидуализации имущественных отношений, но одновременно уязвимого при аннулировании брака, что приводит к переходу на стандартный равнодольный раздел имущества. Актуальность темы обусловлена частыми спорами о разделе имущества в судебной практике, необходимостью повышения правовой грамотности сторон и дальнейшего совершенствования института для снижения судебной нагрузки. Полученные выводы способствуют укреплению правовой защиты имущественных интересов супругов, повышая доверие к механизму брачного договора.

    This article explores the "dark side" of digital transformation, examining risks such as cyberthreats, algorithmic bias, and digital dependency. A student survey revealed a critical gap between the sophistication of technological threats and the digital naivety of Generation Z, which poses serious reputational and ethical risks for businesses. It concludes that integrating digital risk management into corporate strategy is essential, including developing transparency and algorithmic literacy. It argues that responsible data and AI governance is becoming a new source of competitive advantage and trust in the digital economy.

    The article analyzes economic risks arising from English-language phishing attacks aimed at financial institutions. Special attention is paid to linguistic manipulation as a key mechanism of social engineering that influences user behavior. The research examines typical linguistic patterns used in phishing messages and evaluates their impact on direct and indirect financial losses. The methodological basis of the study includes analysis of academic literature, industry reports, and concepts from behavioral economics and cognitive psychology. The results indicate that linguistic manipulation significantly increases the effectiveness of phishing attacks by exploiting cognitive biases and reducing critical perception. The conclusions may be applied in the development of risk assessment models and preventive cybersecurity measures in the financial sector.

    The paper examines the pedagogical risks and limitations of using virtual reality technologies in teaching Russian history at the level of secondary vocational education. The methodological framework combines comparative and theoretical–methodological analysis of Russian and international studies on VR technologies with a classification of the risks identified by researchers. On this basis, we distinguish cognitive, value–semantic, and emotional–psychophysiological groups of risks and demonstrate how they manifest themselves in the context of teaching Russian history within the system of secondary vocational education. The study substantiates the need to design VR episodes as integral components of holistic instructional situations that explicitly take these risks and limitations into account.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines key systemic contradictions in the financial support of regional development under contemporary conditions, including the impact of geopolitical changes and sanction pressures on financial flows and instruments. It analyzes the formation, allocation, and effective use of budgetary resources at the regional level amid current economic challenges. Special attention is given to financial regulation mechanisms, risks, and constraints hindering balanced regional development. The chapter proposes ways to improve financial policy to enhance the resilience and balance of regional growth, as well as the integration of innovative financial instruments into regional financial management. A systemic approach is employed, combining material, procedural, and managerial components of financial support. Strategic objectives and mechanisms for their realization are analyzed to increase financial support effectiveness.
