- Psychological Support of Students with Special Educational Needs
- Abstract:
- The article examines the dual aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks on human psychological security. On the one hand, AI technologies can serve as a powerful tool for improving mental health by offering personalized solutions and support in crisis situations. On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered. In conclusion, the need to develop comprehensive strategies aimed at minimizing risks and maximizing the resources provided by new technologies to ensure psychological security in modern society is emphasized.

- Abstract:
- This chapter considers relevant issues of risk calculations in the field of technosphere security. An enterprise which deals with the incineration of medical waste was taken as a basis, where for several years of its existence the problem of the disease of the operators of the incinerator installation with rosacea was identified. Hazard groupings by their types were performed, their parameters were determined, their risk levels were determined and a quantitative assessment of occupational risks was carried out according to the risk assessment matrix. As a result, according to the school of the integral indicator, the value of the individual occupational risk of the incinerator plant operators was established, which turned out to be high.

ProceedingPrimary education in the new reality: trends of development, current problems, best practices- Author:

- Psychological security in the digital environment of an educational institution
- Abstract:
- The digitalisation of primary education is generating ethical paradoxes related to the clash between the values inherent in the digital world and the ethical and humanistic principles underlying any educational process. This clash manifests itself in the form of axiological risks, shedding light on the complex ethical landscape of digital education. This article focuses on one such risk - the risk of losing the value of knowledge. It describes the process of mutation of the concept of "knowledge" in modern conditions with reference to the concept of simulacra proposed by the French philosopher Jean Baudrillard.

Paradigms of Risk, Hazards and Danger

- Abstract:
- In his 1962 work The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, Thomas Kuhn defined a paradigm as a set of concepts that form the foundations of a scientific field. He presents revolutions as shifts in existing paradigms, and the phrase "paradigm shift" has since entered the language of science and business. Risk is a concern in both science and business, and this chapter examines paradigms of risk and whether a shift is needed. Despite our avoidance of negative experiences that are often interpreted as the result of hazards, there is no general methodology for managing risk. This statement may seem wrong: after all, safety is a broad field; we analyse hazards and manage risks. But isn't this an illusion, and isn't risk management an attempt to charm reality? Aren't hazards, risk and threat dependent on our perception? Perhaps risk can be viewed through the lens of quantum mechanics, existing in a state of potentiality until our actions and interpretations force events and circumstances into

Introduction of a risk-based approach into the practice of organizations: problems and ways to solve them
Book ChapterLaw and economic development: current issues- Author:
- Aleksandr A. Kiselev
- Work direction:
- Глава 5
- Abstract:
- Currently, domestic organizations, primarily controlling (supervisory) organizations, must, in compliance with the current legislation, switch to a risk-oriented approach in their activities. However, the science of management of organizations could not timely provide scientifically sound proposals for the practical implementation of laws by organizations on the implementation of a risk-based approach in the practice of work. At the same time, it is particularly difficult for practitioners of organizations to assess risks and hazards in order to assign them to certain categories and classes in order to optimize the frequency of inspections and reduce the cost of inspections while increasing their effectiveness.

Possibilities of the environment of the modern school in the prevention of risk behavior in adolescents
Review ArticleDevelopment of education Volume 6 No 3- Author:
- Elena V. Moskvina
- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The purpose of the article was to consider the possibilities of a modern school in the prevention of risky behavior of adolescents. The focus of the research seems relevant due to the fact that the scientific solution meets the urgent needs of the practice of organizing these activities and fills a certain gap in modern research in overcoming risky behaviors of the younger generation. Methods of comparative analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific sources were used in the preparation of the material, theoretical analysis of monographic and dissertation materials, documentation on the problems of research using generalization, comparison, systematization and modeling was carried out. The article considers a possible field of prevention of risky behavior at school, which lies at the intersection of three components of the environment of an educational organization. These include motivational-value (formation of factors that stimulate subjects of prevention to obtain a predictable positive result), social-subjective (formation of factors that contribute to the formation and development of subjectivity of adolescents in academic, extracurricular, extracurricular work, additional education, self-government, amateur activity), actualization – creative (formation of factors of creative realization of a teenager, aimed at on the formation of the ability to constructive risk) components. As a result, the author came to the conclusion that it is possible to achieve the predicted result of prevention of risky behavior of adolescents using the capabilities of a modern school resulting from the creation and replenishment of its components.

The risks of reducing tax revenues in connection with the conduct of SVO
ProceedingSocio-Economic Processes of Modern Society- Authors:

- Социально-экономические процессы в обществе
- Abstract:
- Tax revenues to the budget are a significant part of the income of any state. A decrease in tax revenues can lead to a budget deficit and to a decrease in funding for various government activities and programs. The special military operation was not initially designed for a long time, and therefore its financing and execution resources were limited. In the process of its implementation, it turned out, as expected, Western countries perceived it sharply negatively and began to impose sanctions against Russia, which limited budget revenues, as well as the possibility of financing this operation. Therefore, there is such a problem: on the one hand, to continue the operation, funds are needed that can be received by tax revenues, and on the other hand, the very conduct of such an operation significantly reduces the possibility of tax revenues due to sanctions of Western countries.

- Vladimir N. Kruglov
- Work direction:
- Глава 2
- Abstract:
- The relevance of the material lies in its demand due to changes in the domestic economy under the pressure of various force majeure circumstances (COVID-19, various anti-Russian sanctions from unfriendly countries) and the search for ways out of the current difficult situation. In this way, the author sees the improvement of the project personnel management system to preserve the "human capital" and all its components as one of the target indicators. There is a search for new tools and models for "stitching bottlenecks" in the personnel direction. New vectors of development in the most promising areas are predicted. The methods of empirical research are defined: system analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical methods, observation method and others. One of the main research methods is also the normative method, which allows calculating the main indicators of the use of labor resources in project activities on the basis of appropriate methods.

- Abstract:
- The search for solutions related to the problems of modernization and technological renewal of the national economy and its regional components, the formation of resource potential and the strengthening of the competitive status of the subject (macro, mesolevel), as well as the provision of conditions for economic growth, will not have an effect in the strategic aspect if the level of investment activity in the economy is declining, and the volume of investment in various programs and projects that are significant for the federal center and regions are declining. The paper clarifies the dual nature of the investment paradigm of the development of the region as a system element of the national economic space and as a situational localizer of the investment benchmark for the development of regional economies, which made it possible to reveal the functional relationship between the concepts of «investment climate», «investment attractiveness» and «investment activity» in a single categorical series of investment components of the development of spatially localized economic subsystems.
