    Для территории Омской области приводится 2 вида рода Nitraria L.: Nitraria schoberi L. и N. sibirica Pall. По результатам проведенных исследований приведены сведения по распространению в регионе, экологическим особенностям местообитаний и численности. Выполнена оценка угроз исчезновения, основными лимитирующими факторами для Nitraria schoberi и N. sibirica в регионе являются весенние палы и пожары, рекреационная нагрузка, выпас сельскохозяйственных животных.

Кратко рассматриваются работы ученых, проводивших мониторинг и анализ антропогенной нагрузки, и представлен обзор современных исследований, проводимых на растительный комплекс.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты изучения хоминга у прудовых ночниц при искусственном расселении в период размножения в летний сезон 2023 г. на побережье Старомайнского залива Куйбышевского водохранилища реки Волга. Доля возвратов помеченных прудовых ночниц составила 13,7% от общего количества помеченных особей. Возвраты зафиксированы со всех направлений выпуска, на расстоянии от 1,5 до 5,5 км.

    Abstract:
    На территории Саратовской области проведены исследования пространственного распределения членистоногих в норах трех колоний береговой ласточки Riparia riparia (Linnaeus, 1758). Выявлено 62 таксона (966 экз.) из 50 семейств 16 отрядов, 4 классов. По степени связи с нидоценозами в сборах присутствуют облигатные (Ixodes lividus, Androlaelaps casalis, Infurcitinea rumelicella, Ceratophyllus styx, Haploglossa nidicola и Euspilotus perrisi) и факультативные нидиколы (Saprinus rugifer и Anthrenus flavidus). Всего для внутренней части нор отмечено 26 видов (236 экз.), для наружной – 62 (730), 19 видов являются общими.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problem of assessing and increasing the region's attractiveness to ensure the country's development in modern conditions. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, despite significant investment in many components of the socio-economic regional system, the level of population density in the territories of agricultural area of specialisation remains low. One of the reasons is the insufficient attractiveness of the region. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept of " region's attractiveness", to identify and selectively assess the factors that determine it. The peculiarity of the methodology is the use of comparative analysis. Based on the materials of the Oryol Oblast, we have analysed the indicators of the main attractors in the block "attractiveness for the population". It was revealed that a relatively low level of population density is explained by low indicators of attractiveness. At the same time, the presence of favourable factors should be noted.

    Abstract:
    The objective of the chapter is to elaborate suggestions for improving the mechanisms of building harmonious interfaith relations in the Arkhangelsk region. On the basis of statistical data and normative legal acts the current state of intergroup interaction is analysed and the regional policy guidelines for religious associations are identified. The authors confirm the predominantly peaceful nature of interactions in the multi-religious community. The need for more intensive actions on the part of both the authorities and the clergy to achieve the common objective of developing allied relations between confessions is emphasised. The experience of the implementation of measures for state regulation of interfaith relations in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The suggestions for the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The article studies the current state and key problems of development of procure-ment activities in the consumer cooperation system of the Yaroslavl region. The analysis revealed the concentration of the regional cooperation system on the retail trade sector and a relatively low level of development of systemically important for regional markets areas – agricultural cooperation, cooperation in the sphere of public services. The formed set of problems should be considered as a combination of national and regional problems. The priority directions of development of the consumer cooperation system in the region are: promoting the development of co-operative relations in agriculture, local production, building the infrastructure of interregional relations; popularization of the infrastructure of assistance to improve the experience of entrepreneurs.

    В предметной области «Технология» кейс-метод применяется для обучения школьников различным аспектам конструкторско-технологической деятельности, включая проектирование, разработку, управление и инновации. Чаще всего кейсами являются реальные проекты или проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются специалисты в технологической сфере. При использовании кейс-метода, обучающимся предлагается провести анализ проблемы, исследовать пути ее решения, предлагать решения на основе полученных знаний и опыта, а также выявлять факторы успеха или неудачи. Кроме того, кейс-метод позволяет школьникам развить критическое мышление, аналитические и коммуникативные навыки, а также способность принимать решения в условиях неопределенности и нестандартных ситуациях.

    The article examines a little-studied phenomenon in Russian history as the experience of local government reforms in the Samara region in 1993-1996. The study showed that the administration of the period under study solved problems related to the stabilization of the economy and society. The author concluded that the administration of the Samara region failed to completely resolve the food issue, however, the necessary steps were taken in the field of health and education. The conclusions of the articles are innovative in the inclusion of new regions of the country, because They can be used as a theoretical basis for local political regions.

    Abstract:
    The establishment of the Soviet power on the territory of the Russian empire led to a new system of values, activation of the population in all fields of the social life. In the sphere of museum building in the 1920s a noticeable role was played by such public scientific and educational associations as the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary (1921-1931) and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow (1927-1931). The main aim of the article is to reveal the history of the formation and work of these organizations. The material is presented chronologically. Having established close contacts with scientific institutions throughout Russia and with famous scientists, the local history organizations with a wide network of branches and cells promoted an in-depth study and development of the economy and culture of the Chuvash region and the spiritual culture of the Chuvash, half of whose population lived outside the territory of the autonomy. The special attention these societies paid to the development of the native language and culture of the Chuvash people that allowed the Chuvash people to realize their national identity. During the first decade of the Chuvash Soviet autonomy some successes in the formation of local lore as a science were achieved. On the territory of Chuvashia local history institutions and organizations made a significant contribution to the study of nature, economy, productive forces of the region, as well as the spiritual life of the people. In this period it was the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow that promoted the preservation and development of the Chuvash language.

    В статье рассматривается подход к разработке совокупности заданий, направленных на эффективное формирование у младших школьников знаний о животных Красной книги Тульской области. На основании диагностического исследования был сделан вывод о том, что что младшие школьники обладают поверхностными знаниями о том, что такое Красная книга, но совершенно незнакомы с Красной книгой Тульской области и животными, которые в нее занесены. Кроме того, описан состав знаний, на основании которого разработаны задания и приведены их примеры.

    Для территории Омской области указано 11 автохтонных видов рода Allium L., еще 4 вида культивируются и изредка дичают. Для 8 видов (Allium ramosum, A. flavescens, A. microdictyon, A. pallasii, A. praescissum, A. clathratum, A. nutans и A. strictum), охраняемых в Омской области, проведена оценка состояния ценопопуляций, обоснованы предложения по изменению регионального природоохранного статуса. Региональный статус Allium lineare, A. senescens не может быть оценен из-за отсутствия фактических данных. Для всех видов рода выполнена оценка угроз исчезновения в регионе.
