- Abstract:
- Among the classic works on the philosophy of education, the work of George Herbert Mead occupies a special place. Mead points out that we usually approach education in reverse, focusing, even in the early years, on assessing and ranking children on their individual performance. We also make adult goals central, breaking adult understandings into fragments that children absorb piecemeal, without meaning. Mead suggests that these priorities should be reversed. We should begin with simple social activities, such as play, which involves shared activities or simple division of roles. We should also begin with an emphasis on social-emotional comfort and connection rather than intellectual activity, gradually moving to more autonomous and intellectually oriented activities.

- Abstract:
- This study used heart rate variability to examine the physical and emotional health of employees in prisons and schools. High-stress jobs in prisons may lead to health problems in employees, as shown by heart rate variability studies. Educational professionals are at risk of developing stress-related problems and unhealthy coping mechanisms. The greatest contribution to the disturbance of heart rate regulation revealed based on LF and VLF indices, which show a disturbance of the physical and emotional state. To reduce stress, everyone needs a regulated work schedule, rest, and access to medical and psychological support. Based on the information obtained, a correctional model developed aimed at preventing emotional burnout, maladaptation, and desynchronosis among employees of penitentiary institutions and educational organizations.

- Abstract:
- The period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by significant cognitive and emotional stresses associated with academic requirements, social adaptation and professional self-determination. These factors create prerequisites for the occurrence of stressful situations and the intensification of negative mental states such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity. Under conditions of chronic stress, these conditions can develop into maladaptive behaviors, reducing academic motivation and worsening students' overall mental health. The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence, previously differentiated on the basis of the analysis into three groups (high, medium and low levels), and the severity of negative mental states, including situational and personal anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity, which made it possible to identify the features of their mutual influence in the student sample. The data allow us to conclude that the level of emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the intensity of experiencing negative mental states among students, where a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to a decrease in the severity of all negative states studied, while a low level of emotional intelligence is associated with their intensification. It is concluded that it is necessary to include emotional intelligence development programs in the educational process in order to increase the psychological stability of students and their adaptation to learning conditions.

- Abstract:
- The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

- Abstract:
- Today health & wellness coaching requires new approaches and effective solutions; in order for the client to comply with the instructions and adjust the lifestyle so that it contributes to his recovery, the skill of self-regulation, which is one of the components of emotional intelligence, is necessary. Despite the fact that the ways of regulation and the regulation itself belongs to medicine, the models of self-organization, for example, the experiencing of a body metaphor, is a branch of practical psychology. Therefore we have chosen endocrine disorders to examine as a system-forming unit for the organization of human behavior patterns. That is why, as a sample, we were interested in people with endocrine disorders; the physiology of human activity involves two ways of regulation – neural and humoral ones. The humoral one is determined by the presence or absence of neurotransmitters, which act as hormones and are considered in the endocrine system. According to this, a sample of people with endocrine diseases will have difficulties in self-organization processes. Due to cognitive theory, which studies ways of storing and processing information in the human mind, a metaphor is «the one of the main ways of understanding the world, when we think about one sphere in terms of another, thus classifying reality» [22]. Since the first sphere of human experience is one's own body, there are figurative and schematic concepts in mind that are recognized as some understandable and familiar structures because of previous body experience. And further they are applied to abstract concepts as well. In the process of recognition, in addition to comparison with familiar images, we can also see a comparison with the body, the signal from which can be positive, neutral and negative, which determines the emotional coloring of the resulting image. In this study we will test the effectiveness of working with the body metaphor in health & wellness coaching with people facing endocrine disorders through the development of their emotional intelligence. To take part in the study we invited 60 men and women aged 20 to 35 years upcoming outpatient treatment in the field of endocrine disorders. The respondents have completed our coaching program including the body metaphor method, and the following measurements were taken before and after the program: the test of emotional intelligence (the technique of Nicholas Hall) Author: E.P. Ilyin (2021); Body image questionnaire (OBI). Authors: O.A. Skugarevsky, S.V. Sivukha (2006); Psychological Stress Scale (PSM-25). Adaptation: N.E. Vodopyanov (2009); Emotional Intelligence Test (EmIn-Kr). Authors: D.V. Lusin, A.A. Pankratova, D.S. Kornienko (2022). The results of the study show statistically significant changes according to the Wilcoxon T-test (p < 0.05), which confirms the effectiveness of using methods of body metaphor in the development of emotional intelligence in people with endocrine disorders.

- Abstract:
- The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between parental burnout and the emotional sphere (empathy, emotional states, hostility and aggression) of mothers with infants and young children who meet the norms of age development. The main theoretical approaches to the study of motherhood, the problems and factors of maternal burnout in mothers and the study of the relationship between parental burnout and the emotional sphere of mothers are considered. As part of an empirical study at the ascertaining stage, in which six hundred mothers of infants and young children participated, statistically significant differences were established in groups of infants and young mothers, and correlational analysis was used to establish the relationship between the emotional sphere of mothers and parental burnout. At the formative stage, a self-coaching program was developed and implemented to correct parental burnout through the impact on the emotional sphere of mothers. At the control stage, the effectiveness of the program was confirmed and the hypothesis about the relationship between parental burnout and the emotional sphere (empathy, emotional states, hostility and aggression) of mothers with infants and young children who meet the standards of age development was confirmed. The results obtained can be used to correct parental burnout in mothers with infants and young children.

- Abstract:
- Justification. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present deviant behavior is a phenomenon that negatively affects the development of personality and socialization of children, and also creates difficulties for the pedagogical work of teachers and for the interaction of parents with their children. In order to care for the healthy and harmonious development of adolescents, it is necessary to achieve an understanding of the mechanisms of the formation of behavioral deviations and develop effective methods of prevention. Purpose of the study. Study of emotional states and behavioral characteristics of pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations. Methods. To study the emotional states, behavioral disorders in adolescents, 150 pupils of grades 7, 8 and 9 of secondary comprehensive schools in Tambov were examined. The study was conducted from February to November 2024. The study included testing. Statistical data processing was carried out through a comparative analysis of the input and output testing data using the Wilcoxon T-test. To identify the relationship between negative emotional states and deviant behavior, a correlation analysis of the data obtained in a group of children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation was carried out. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used for the analysis, statistically significant correlation coefficients were taken into account | r | ( 0.5 at the level of p ≤ 0.01. Results. Our studies have revealed that children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation experience discomfort during social adaptation, difficulties in developing behavioral patterns that reflect the system of values and norms of society, and they also have difficulties in interpersonal communication. Such children are characterized by difficulty in building personal boundaries and maintaining independence from the opinions of significant others. A third of the pupils have an increased or high rate of depression. This confirms the need to develop a comprehensive program for the prevention and correction of behavioral deviations in pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations in order to avert crisis situations, depressive states, emotional breakdowns.
