- This article examines the influence of family relationships on the formation of interpersonal interaction among high school students. The article emphasizes the importance of supporting healthy family relationships for the development of social skills in high school students, which contributes to improving interpersonal interaction with the outside world.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents the data of empirical research about the formation of educational and dominant motivation of elementary school children. The connections between the peculiarities of the motivational sphere and the conditions of its development in elementary school age – the styles of pedagogical leadership of the class and the family parenting styles are considered. The trends in the development of motivation of elementary school children in the system of the additional education are analyzed using a children's music school as a case study. It is shown that the success of a child's education in a children's music school is directly related to the diagnostics of musical abilities (the choice of an educational program); development of musical abilities; the formation of special skills and abilities; personal development (including the formation of a motivational system).

- A modern children's music school provides training for children in two educational programs with different learning objectives. The most effective for the development of a child's musical abilities is considered to be training in pre-professional programs in the field of musical art. These programs involve preparing the most gifted children to continue their musical education. The chapter identifies and analyzes the features of the interaction of participants in the educational process that influence the formation of a psychologically favorable educational environment necessary for the development of musically gifted children: styles of parenting are considered, and practical experience in teaching theoretical disciplines in a children's music school is presented.
