- Abstract:
- The article examines the formation of the professional culture of opera singers in the education system, discusses the main problems and pedagogical strategies. Problems such as the gap between academic training and practical theatrical activities, the predominance of mechanical approaches to performance and the limitations of traditional pedagogical methods are identified. Pedagogical strategies are considered that emphasize the integration of acting, musical and theatrical skills, as well as the cultivation of creative autonomy. Educational performances are considered as the most important platforms for overcoming academic and practical differences and stimulating creative growth. As a result, the development of creative independence becomes a crucial factor in giving opera singers the confidence and resilience necessary for success in the opera industry.

- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the relationship between moral stability and emotional stability, taking into account the philosophical idea of Confucius about the moral education of a noble person. Confucius, as a great teacher of the ancient world, teaches not only to restrain emotions, but to direct their energy to the moral self-improvement of the individual. This article reveals in detail the content of the concept of emotional stability and the role of the teacher's moral stability in maintaining his emotional stability. In this aspect, brief information is given about the relevant personality traits of a noble person (jun zi), in particular, that a noble person moves «up» and not «down». The issue of different approaches to the moral and emotional nature of irritability is discussed. It was revealed that moral irritability serves as a symptom and a prerequisite for the under-mining of moral and, accordingly, emotional stability as components of personal autonomy. As a result, it is shown that high morality has a positive effect on emotional stability.

The formation of personal autonomy in the process of professional self-identification
ProceedingStrategies of Sustainable Development: Social, Law and External-economic Aspects- Author:

- Проблемы социализации и профессионального становления личности
- Abstract:
- The subject of the study is personal autonomy as an indicator of the moral maturity of the individual. It is concluded that there are serious problems in this regard. The underdevelopment of the personal principle makes a person not free, inhibits his creative potential, and an independent life can break an immature personality, in particular, prevent a university graduate from adapting to the labor market. The barriers to self-development of the individual and gaining autonomy of the individual are the pluralization of identity, involvement in the system of rigid social dependencies, the tradition of paternalism, insufficient enculturation and corresponding infantilism, and the increasing virtualization of the individual in the information society.

- Abstract:
- In the work on the Tuvan material, the problem of loneliness is considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the social aspects of social autonomy. The study sets the task of determining the social prerequisites for social autonomy in the context of the role of the family as a small social group and its social function in the formation of the social inclusion of the individual with the subsequent formation of their own social relationships, family guidelines and family constructs. The research task is to determine the specifics, degree and nature of the manifestation of social autonomy in the context of the Tuvan ethnos as an example of a national community that has its own social history, specific traditional values, special national cults of the family, children, specific understanding of the social roles of family members. As a result of the data obtained, statistical estimates were made of the dependence of the main variables that contribute to loneliness or vice versa – reduce its risks. When studying the correlation estimates of the causes of loneliness in the choice of respondents and their answers to the question about the closest social circle, it can be seen that in the absence of their own family, respondents often see the causes of loneliness in the absence of a favorite thing or in the person himself, while the presence of a family forms for the respondents the sphere of employment and encourages them to be as involved as possible in the issues of family and children, thereby leveling all possible causes of feeling of loneliness. The study allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of one's own family and children in the Tuvan ethnic group. The presence of a generic, cultural, historical understanding of the family, children in the lives of the respondents reflects the social orientation and social focus on the presence of this particular social field as defining for the majority of the respondents.

Research ArticleEthnic Culture Volume 4 No 2- Author:

- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- For centuries, many peoples have lived in the Volga region, preserving their cultural traditions and languages. The ten numerous peoples of the region are Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs, Chuvashs, Mordovians, Maris, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Armenians, Azerbaijanis. Ethnic diversity is continued by the Udmurts, Kalmyks, Komi-Permyaks, Jews, Germans, Tajiks, Uzbeks, etc. The purpose of the article is to systematize the history of the formation of public associations of Tajiks, Uzbeks and Kazakhs in the Volga region. Materials from the media were used as sources: federal laws of the Russian Federation on autonomies, information from the official websites of organizations and scientific research on the relationship of peoples. Based on the method of document analysis, it was revealed that in a multinational region, the formation of the unity of peoples is a fundamental task of the authorities. At the same time, it must be admitted that this process is rather complicated and requires the joint efforts of the state and society. To achieve this goal, the state develops legal documents and targeted programs that contribute to the formation of the principles of mutual respect and harmony in society. For example, «Strategy of the state national policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025», «National security strategy of the Russian Federation (2021). It is concluded that it is necessary to continue the work on the development of public associations in order to further strengthen the national unity of Russia, in particular the Volga region. At present, when society often opposes «us» and «them», such organizations are vital.
