Исследование акцентирует внимание на принципах и методах фиксации и документирования исторической архитектуры, предметов быта и национального костюма в живописных работах мастера. Применение данных методов повлияло не только на популяризацию памятников допетровского времени, но и на формирование стандартов реставрационной деятельности.

    Abstract:
    The work recreates an existential portrait of V.I. Lenin based on the works of Russian emigrants. The psychological, social, political, religious and philosophical characteristics of V.I. Lenin's personality given by emigrants are studied. The historical context of the formation of Russian emigrants' evaluative views on the activities of V.I. Lenin is considered. The approaches of emigrants to demythologization of the historical image of V.I. Lenin are clarified. In the context of modern psychology, the interpretation of the analysis of the character of V.I. Lenin, carried out by emigrants, is considered. The system of accusations of Leninist Bolshevism by emigrants is reconstructed. The specificity of understanding of V.I. Lenin by emigrants as the main existential enemy of the Russian people and Russian Orthodox civilization is revealed. The continuity and development of the views of emigrants in modern studies of the phenomenology of the personality of V.I. Lenin is shown.

    В статье рассматривается проблема патриотического воспитания и преемственности поколений, которые способствуют активизации созидательных усилий российского общества. 80-летие Великой Победы над фашизмом – великая дата, за которую наша страна заплатила неслыханную цену. Ужасные годы войны коснулись каждого человека нашей страны, особенно велики страдания ленинградцев, переживших 900-дневную блокаду. В этом городе не было и нет семьи, которая бы не потеряла близких и родных в период блокадного геноцида. Истоки героизма ленинградцев, их патриотизм заставляет вновь и вновь обращаться к истории этого времени. Люди этого времени оставляют заметный след в сердцах и душах молодежи нашего времени, формируют ощущение сопричастности и ответственности за будущее России.

  • Short-term effect of the Internet use on memory of adults

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the research is due to the increasing use of the Internet and the lack of reliable information about the Internet exposure on higher mental functions of the users of different age. The aim of the study is to detect the short-term effect of the Internet use on indirect memorization in adults. The study has been conducted in terms of intraindividual quasi-experiment, that assessed the accuracy of memorization in two conditions: traditional reading (a book), web-search (a mobile phone). The pictogram test in the author’s variant was the main tool to assess the memory of adults. The research was held among teachers during classes of training courses (n=50; 12 males, 38 females; average age 44,56±4,11). To implement a scheme of a positionally equalized sequence of sampling, the sample was divided into 2 groups. In the results, one third of the sample showed the same level of accuracy in memorizing words in different conditions. Most of the participants demonstrated positive trends while reading (р≤0,01). While the number of mistakes was three times more for the web-search.

В статье отражены идеи и высказывания советского партийно-государственного руководства страны в обоснование красного террора, указаны сведения об основных актах, регламентировавших деятельность вышеуказанных чрезвычайных судебных органов, описаны особенности «Красного террора» в разрезе территории Сибири. Отмечена актуальность заявленной темы. Показана значимость явления для развития Советского государства. Приведены отдельные воспоминания современников о красном терроре.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the issues of the quality requirements of the content of scientific articles of students of economic universities, represented for participation in scientific conferences, subject to a high percentage of the uniqueness of the text. The idea of this article is to get an answer to the most important question: what can a student write today, only mastering the basics of the profession, studying various courses provided by the curriculum, forming their professional competence, on any chosen topic of research, observing the established standard of uniqueness. On the example of articles on the problems of taxation, accounting, auditing, the impossibility of ensuring the semantic content of the text without the use of a large number of legal sources, and, therefore, the inadmissibility of the installation by universities of any percent of uniqueness, acting as a criterion for the quality of the article. The main task of higher education, according to the author, is to teach the student to determine the topic of interest, highlight unresolved problems in the context of this topic, find and group available in the economic literature approaches to its solution, to analyze existing proposals and recommendations for compliance with current tax, accounting and audit legislation, taking into account the specifics of the object of study.

    The paper considers the issues of part-time students’ self-study and various ways of its organization in the terms of education modernization. The discussion concerns a reasonable application of new technologies together with traditional methods of teaching part-time students a foreign language. The aim of applying new technologies is enhancing the effectiveness of education with competence approach in marine English teaching in order to develop the competence in compliance with federal educational standards of higher education (FGOS VO) and the IMO STCW Convention (1978/95).
