    Abstract:
    The article examines the phenomenon of the transition of the individual from the completed paradigm of the "Hero's Path", focused on achievement and overcoming, to the paradigm of the "Being of the Creator", where the architecture of consciousness, peace and metacognitive self-regulation become the main value. On the basis of an interdisciplinary analysis, it is proved that the global upheavals of the 20s of the XXI century (pandemic, geopolitical and economic crises) provoked the process of collective individuation, accompanied by cognitive-emotional exhaustion, the phenomenon of "success fatigue" and the need for a new ethic. The emergence of a new social demand for helping practices of an evolutionary, rather than healing, type is substantiated. The concept of the "architect of consciousness" is proposed as a logical continuation of therapy and coaching to work with the request for building a new pyramid of values and neurolinguistic meanings

  • The phenomenon of "twin flames": a psychological analysis of true and false forms of communication

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents a comprehensive psychological analysis of the «twin flames» phenomenon, which has become widespread in popular culture. The study aims to demystify this concept and translate it from an esoteric plane into scientific discourse. Based on a synthesis of attachment theory (J. Bowlby), analytical psychology (C. G. Jung), and the concept of limerence (D. Tennov), a model for differentiating between «true» and «false» forms of connection is proposed. The «false twin flame» is viewed not as a mistaken choice, but as a necessary catalyst that activates unresolved traumas and shadow aspects of the personality. The «true» connection, in turn, is interpreted as the result of successful psychological integration and the formation of a mature attachment. The chapter substantiates a three-center model of therapeutic work (somatic, emotional, and cognitive levels) for transforming destructive patterns activated in such relationships. The research opens up prospects for developing valid therapeutic strategies to help individuals experiencing intense and crisis-ridden interpersonal connections described in terms of «twin flames».

    В статье представлен теоретический анализ экзистенциального кризиса у старших подростков как сложного и многогранного психического явления. Рассмотрены основные причины возникновения кризиса, включая социальные трансформации, личностные особенности и влияние культурных факторов. Особое внимание уделено психическому развитию старших подростков, их рефлексивности, эмоциональной нестабильности и поиску автономии, которые создают условия для возникновения экзистенциальных сомнений и внутренних конфликтов. Подчёркнута необходимость комплексного подхода к поддержке подростков, развитие рефлексии и самоэффективности, создание условий социальной поддержки для повышения психологического благополучия и жизнестойкости молодёжи. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны психологам, педагогам и специалистам, работающим с подростками.
