    Автор статьи отмечает, что музыкальная комедия как жанр музыкального театра занимает особое место в культурной жизни России, сочетая в себе элементы музыки, драмы и литературы. Одним из ярких представителей этого жанра является Андрей Эшпай, чье произведение «Нет меня счастливее» стало значимым вкладом в российскую музыкальную культуру. Данное произведение обладает потенциалом существенно обогатить и расширить содержание учебной программы в музыкальных колледжах, способствуя развитию эстетического восприятия и теоретической подготовки студентов, что, в свою очередь, повышает качество музыкального образования и способствует более глубокому пониманию и освоению музыкального искусства.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the main theoretical approaches to the implementation of modern technologies in opera productions. Conclusions are made about the synthetic nature of opera art, which allows searching for and implementing innovative directorial ideas. At the same time, another facet of opera is highlighted – its traditional nature, which does not allow radically transforming the original musical genres. Taking into account this contradiction, the most effective innovative technologies are substantiated, ensuring the spectacle and preservation of the cultural and historical experience of opera art.

The methods and methodical approaches of musical and theatrical activity organization of children which allow to influence pedagogically effectively on development of their creative abilities are offered. Examples of musical and stage works for children, which have a huge developmental potential, are given.
