    Abstract:
    A comprehensive study of the main theoretical and practical aspects of the institute of affiliated persons in the Russian legal reality in its systemic correlation forms the subject of this author's work. The article reveals the legislative structure of affiliation, its doctrinal interpretation in the context of various legal segments. The conclusion is substantiated that it is necessary to adopt a single federal law as a kind of author's intention, its final result in the context under study, taking into account all the legal nuances of recognition and activity of affiliated persons in the Russian Federation in order to avoid negative legal consequences of various kinds and properties.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the content of the directions of state policy of the current period of transformation of higher education in relation to the priority branch of development of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).     Abstract:
    In this paper the author has analyzed certain provisions of the main legal acts regulating monetary legal policy and its subjects. The following norms were subjected to legal analysis: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Constitutional Law «On the Government of the Russian Federation», the Federal Law «On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", etc. The legal status of the Bank of Russia as the main subject of Russia's monetary policy was also considered. According to the results of the study, it turned out that the legal regulation of the monetary policy of the Russian Federation contains gaps and collisions that require a thorough revision of legislation in order to eliminate them.

    Abstract:
    Currently, tourism is a backbone of the economy, and together with its associated sectors, it effectively combines many activities for global economic development. According to UNWTO data, tourism forms national competitive advantages and accounts for almost 11% of world GDP, introduces more than 4 trillion dollars into turnover, and for a number of countries, revenues from the tourism industry correspond to the basis in the country's budget. Currently, tourism is developing in the context of a deep crisis associated with the pandemic and the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, as well as with measures of external sanctions pressure caused by global political processes, which led to the need to revise traditional approaches to the leading tourism sectors – inbound and outbound, and in particular, international. International tourism has been largely affected by the coronavirus, as demand for services, the largest sources of foreign exchange earnings, has sharply decreased. The research problems are based on methodological approaches reflecting the issues of active transformation of global processes of world practice in the development of the tourism industry and its most important sectors. Technological and digital transformations are considered as key factors in the development of tourism. Possible trajectories of further tourism development are scientifically justified – transactional and infrastructural.

    В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы влияния цифровой трансформации, цифровой парадигмы образования, цифрового образования на содержательные аспекты дисциплины «Информатика» для студентов вуза. Проблематика исследования связана с выбором дистанционных площадок, онлайн-ресурсов по информатике, цифровых технологий как новых культурных инструментов в современном контексте цифрового образования, которые являются новыми элементами содержания образования и универсальными способами организации учебной деятельности и саморазвития. Выделены следующие методы исследования: обобщение концептуальных положений цифрового образования; анализ дистанционных площадок, онлайн ресурсов по информатике, цифровых технологий; моделирование структуры курса «Информатика» в виде учебных модулей. Результатами исследования являются гранулированные модули с интерактивными заданиями и дистанционными площадками, выделенные в рамках дисциплины «Информатика», которые можно использовать в процессе организации цифрового обучения информатике в школе и в вузе.
