    Abstract:
    In this paper, a study of the principles of ESG was carried out from the point of view of their implementation in the corporate governance system. To do this, the paper analyzes the ESG criteria by which it is possible to evaluate the company's activities in three areas: environmental, social and corporate governance. In the course of the study, we came to the conclusion about the importance of introducing ESG principles into the corporate governance system, about the active discussion in the scientific community of the issues of their further existence, the introduction of ESG principles into the company's management system from top to bottom, the dependence of the introduction of ESG principles into the corporate governance system on the industry and type activities.

    Рассматриваются социальные и психологические факторы неравенства в области образования в современном мире, хотя в наши дни существует много способов повысить свой социальный уровень. Исследуется явление обесценивания социальной идентичности в рамках местного образовательного контекста и отражение субъективного опыта и восприятия студентов с точки зрения психологических факторов. Авторы приходят к выводу, что нехватка социальной идентичности приводит к снижению успеваемости у всех групп студентов.

    The article deals with the problem of social competition and inequality in education in the modern world, although today there are many ways to improve someone's social level. The article examines the social and psychological barriers to success in education that contribute to inequality in education. The authors conclude that psychological interventions eliminate psychological barriers to academic success that some students face. This plays an important role in reducing inequality in education.
