- В статье отражены результаты анализа наиболее типичных лингвистических трансформаций, задействованных в процессе перевода текстов медицинских инструкции по применению лекарственных препаратов. Исследование проводилось с использованием следующих методов: метод сплошной выборки, переводческий анализ, метод количественных подсчетов. На основе проведенного исследования можно выявить некоторые закономерности применения лексических трансформаций при переводе аннотаций к лекарственным препаратам.

- The article presents the author's view on the organization of extracurricular educational work at the university. The authors believe that the main purpose of this type of activity is the personal and professional development of students, which is achieved through the creation of conditions for their active life, civic self-determination, creative development, professional formation and individual personal self-realization. The important role in the systematization and organization of extracurricular educational work of such methodological documents as Educational work schedules and Work programs of education according to educational programs is noted. The article presents a functional model of the organization of educational work on the example of the Volgograd Institute of Management – a branch of the RANEPA. The IDEF0 notation was used to build the model. As a result of the development of the "As is" model, factors were identified that were not previously taken into account, but have an impact on the process of implementing extracurricular educational work.

Охарактеризованы различия в функционировании цвета в национальных мышлениях, обусловленные как историческими и социально-политическими реалиями, так и смысловыми особенностями.

- В статье рассматривается опыт изучения методологии бизнес-моделирования в аспекте разработки требований к программным системам в рамках учебных дисциплин вуза. Этот опыт позволил авторам сформулировать преимущества использования комбинации нотаций BPMN 2.0 и UML 2.5.1 для разработки требований в проектах автоматизированных систем (АС) на основе исполняемых бизнес-процессов (ИБП). Предлагаемая интеграция нотаций решает вопрос дополнения отсутствующих возможностей нотации BPMN в части спецификации структур данных (статических аспектов) возможностями нотации UML. Одновременное использование двух инструментов позволяет ограничить объем документации и реализовать проект требований на основе модели бизнес-процесса (BPMN) с внедрением в модель описания структур данных процесса (UML). Нотация BPMN – графическая нотация, индустриальный стандарт визуального описания исполняемых моделей процессов является обязательным инструментом, используемым в разработке требований к АС ИБП. С другой стороны, нотация BPMN описывает свои элементы в виде UML-диаграмм классов, что позволяет расширить описание отдельных элементов модели спецификацией статических аспектов (структур данных процесса). Концепция BPMN декларируется как многоуровневая структура с потенциальной возможностью создания уровней совместимости между отдельными слоями. Это положение позволило авторам предложить реализацию уровня совместимости между слоем модели бизнес-процесса и слоем модели данных процесса. Реализация уровня совместимости выполнена на элементах BPMN с описанием их в виде UML-классов.

Ontology as a Term System of BPMN Notation

- Introduction. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is widely used standard for modeling business processes and supported by the Object-Oriented Technology Specification Management Group (OMG). However, the BPMN 2.0 specification is quite lengthy and contains over 500 pages. Item definitions are scattered across different sections of the specification and sometimes conflict. In addition, the structure of elements and their relationships are described in the form of metamodel, but further syntactic rules are defined within the natural language text. The purpose. This article proposes an ontology that formally represents the BPMN specification. The item description is consolidated within the appropriate class, and further explanations are provided in the annotations. The taxonomic structure in an ontology provides navigation through concepts in is-a relationships. Methods. A possible way to organize terminological vocabulary is the construction of ontologies, terminological systems and the creation of terminological data banks. The open source Protégé ontology editor was chosen to form the ontology. The correctness of the resulting terminology is partly ensured by the Reasoner included in Protégé. Results. The ontology of BPMN 2.0 notation can be used in the educational process as reference, as well as to control knowledge. In addition, ontology can be used as tool for solving semantic search problems. A potentially interesting result can also be an automated synthesis procedure based on the proposed ontology of questions for tests in the LMS Moodle system or similar.

Teaching Ways of Emphasizing and Neutralizing of Connotation While Using Lexical Transformations in Translation of Fiction

- The scientific work includes wide theoretical and practical material about the study of necessity to use and teach students-future interpreters how to emphasize and neutralize connotations during fiction translation. Use of fiction as translation teaching aids is substantiated from the point of view of possible worlds theory and mental space of a language. Frequently used lexical, stylistics and combinatory transformations are recognized in translation of connotations from English into Russian on the example of the novel “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” by J.K. Rowling. The scientific work deals with the study of using different transformations due to which there is an effect of emphasizing and neutralizing. Difficulties of connotation translation are observed and ways to overcome the difficulties are given.

- As noted in the explanatory note to the «Information Systems Specialist» professional standard, the success of implementing information systems is largely determined by the accuracy of their adaptation to the business processes of the customer organization. Today, BPMN notation is often used as a tool for extracting requirements for information systems. BPMN provides executable semantics that make it possible not only to draw up a detailed specification of a business process, but also to model it with numerical estimates. The aims of this study are to choose tools for teaching students from the number provided by BPMN notation: descriptive, analytical and executable, which allow to implement the third level of modeling; to define a methodology for teaching business modeling, including the ability to execute business processes in the universal BPMN runtimes and as an add-on on the configuration of the information system. The following methods have been used: comparative analysis and testing of the functionality provided for the development of business processes in the Bizagi and 1C: Enterprise tool environments, including the creation of the data and presentation layers necessary for BPMN execution. As a result, the main stages of business modeling are formulated, a functional comparison of tools for working at the following stages has been carried out: development of a business process model; development of a data layer that supports the execution of the process; mapping data to process tasks – forms of user tasks; programming business rules governing the process; execution of a business process by user-performer. The peculiarity of 1C: Enterprise is that the business process is essentially a superstructure over the layers of data and representations of the finished configuration of a process-oriented information system. The authors believe that both the first and the second approach deserve attention in terms of the educational process at the university for students of 09.03.02 «Information systems and technologies» specialty.

Modified pedagogical technology of academic skills development in students of technical universities in the process of foreign language teaching

- The article is concerned with the problem of academic writing skills’ development in postgraduate students of nonlinguistic technical universities in the process of professionally-oriented language teaching. Results of the research work conducted by the university graduates are traditionally presented in specialized scientific journals, which requirement is to provide every publication with the annotation written in English. As practice shows, most of the students experience various difficulties in writing annotations in English. We identified mistakes that are most frequently committed by undergraduate students and developed a modified teaching technology aimed at their elimination and development of academic writing skills. The elaborated modified teaching technology consists of 6 steps and is employed in the process of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching.
