    The article discusses the features of organizing the training of future journalists at a higher school in a network format. Based on the principles of connectivism, the author describes and models the features of the network format in the structure of professional education for media workers. The integration characteristics of the network format allow it to be included in the system of practice-oriented disciplines and courses, bringing the process of creating media products closer to real practice through interaction in a network format between educational entities.

    В статье раскрывается проблема эффективности «Палочек Кюизенера» как дидактического средства формирования математических представлений у младших школьников. Описана методическая ценность цветных счетных палочек для понимания состава чисел первого десятка, отношений «больше-меньше», арифметических операций и пространственных зависимостей. Приведен подробный конспект урока по теме «Состав чисел из двух меньших» для 1–2 классов с использованием игровых методик. Раскрыты преимущества метода: наглядность абстрактных понятий, развитие логического мышления, мелкой моторики, снижение тревожности перед математикой. Подчеркнута системная роль пособия в реализации ФГОС НОО и личностно-ориентированного обучения.

    В статье представлена разработка и апробация урока математики по теме «Постоянная Капрекара» для учащихся начальной школы. Описан ход занятия: мотивационные задачи, разминка, открытие закономерности через алгоритм вычитания цифр четырёхзначного числа (максимум − минимум), демонстрация свойства числа 6174 (всегда достигается за ≤7 шагов). Приведены приёмы: релаксация, физкультминутка, рефлексия. Цели занятия – знакомство с математическим феноменом, развитие логического мышления, вычислительных навыков, интереса к математике. Подчёркнута ценность метода для наблюдательности, анализа и практического применения знаний.

    Abstract:
    Automated scheduling is an applied task of discrete optimization, where graph models and combinatorial algorithms directly affect the quality of educational solutions. The article considers the schedule as a combinatorial optimization problem: from constructing a conflict graph and reducing it to coloring to hybrid schemes combining mathematical programming (MIP), SAT/SMT approaches and evolutionary methods. Special attention is paid to modern open data and tools: ITC 2019 instances (UniTime) and libraries for real implementations. The results of Russian research demonstrating the effectiveness of SMT solvers for generating the initial schedule and modifications of genetic algorithms for optimizing multi-level programs are presented. Based on the review, a practical "pipeline" of scheduling is proposed: decomposition by components of the conflict graph, obtaining a correct basic solution, and subsequent optimization based on soft constraints.     The chapter proposes a theoretical concept and substantiates the key ideas of integrating ESG principles into the financial mechanism of regional development in order to transition to a sustainable model. Based on an analysis of international practices of green budgeting, the article identifies key ESG risks, assesses their potential impact on the regional budget, and identifies a set of tools for managing public finances and related risks. In the future, it is planned to test the proposed mechanism and evaluate its impact on economic growth at the sub-federal level.

    The chapter examines the pedagogical potential of project-based learning as an effective tool in the modern educational space. Special attention is paid to the integration of the project approach into educational programs at various levels, as well as its role in shaping 21st-century skills necessary for successful socialization and professional activity. The chapter examines examples of successful implementation of project-based learning in schools and universities, as well as methodological recommendations for teachers on the implementation of project technologies in the educational process. The article highlights the importance of project-based learning in the context of the current challenges of education and its ability to adapt to the demands of modern society.     В статье исследуется актуальная проблема совершенствования цифровой компетентности научно-педагогических работников ведомственных вузов ФСИН России в условиях динамичной трансформации образовательной среды. Обосновано преимущества внедрения технологии микрообучения как наиболее адаптивного формата повышения квалификации, учитывающего специфику служебной деятельности сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы, их высокую нагрузку и требования информационной безопасности. В частности, детально раскрывается механизм поэтапного освоения узкоспециализированных ИТ-навыков и предлагаются концептуальные примеры микрокурсов, ориентированных на практические задачи пенитенциарной системы, такие как использование нейросетей для моделирования служебных ситуаций и визуализация ведомственной статистики. Особое внимание уделяется формированию «цифрового иммунитета» педагога, позволяющего эффективно синтезировать традиционные офицерские ценности с передовыми технологическими решениями.

    Abstract:
    Рассматриваются основные потенции, существующие на текущем этапе существования отечественной системы высшего образования для повышения эффективности обучения студентов элективным курсам по физической культуре. Основное внимание при этом уделяется возможностям цифровой образовательной экосистемы вуза. Базируясь на таких методах исследования, как изучение специальной литературы, педагогическое наблюдение и анкетирование, автор говорит о возможных затруднениях, которые представители современной учащейся молодёжи могут испытывать при интеграции в такую экосистему. Демонстрируется, что при отсутствии однозначно отрицательной оценки студентами её возможностей преимущества цифровой образовательной экосистемы могут и должны получать свою реализацию при освоении элективных курсов по физической культуре. Соответствующая деятельность будет особенно эффективной в случае совершенствования аппаратного, программного обеспечения и расширения «живых» контактов между участниками педагогического процесса.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена изучению некоторых аспектов и выявлению проблем в сфере непрерывного медицинского образования, в том числе и среди врачей ультразвуковой диагностики. Данная тематика в настоящее время является весьма актуальной ввиду того, что в настоящее время в нашей стране продолжаются процессы оптимизации и модернизации как здравоохранения, так и медицинского образования, и, соответственно затрагивают непосредственно практикующих специалистов – врачей, медицинских сестер, фармацевтов и т. д. Объектами исследования послужило 50 врачей больниц города Воронежа и области, которые были разделены на 2 группы по 25 человек в зависимости от их специальности: 1 группа – врачи – терапевты, 2 группа – врачи ультразвуковой диагностики. В основу анонимного и добровольного исследования легла разработанная авторами анкета-опросник, целью которой было получение общих данных о респондентах, изучение отношения их к НМО и некоторым аспектам НМО. Но наиболее важной составляющей частью работы стало определение положительных и отрицательных моментов в НМО, по мнению анкетируемых. Полученные данные представляют определенный интерес не только для организаторов здравоохранения, но и для всех практикующих медицинских специалистов и могут быть использованы для совершенствования и улучшения системы НМО.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются практические вопросы реализации компетентностного и системно-деятельностного подходов при формировании содержания курсов фундаментальных дисциплин (на примере математических дисциплин) в российских военных вузах. На основе анализа традиционных учебных программ конкретизируются принципы профессиональной направленности, интеграции и преемственности. Делается вывод о необходимости перехода от адаптации академических курсов к проектированию содержания на основе выделенных подходов и принципов. Предлагается идея отбора учебного материала, связанного с формированием военно-профессиональных компетенций на основе идеи «обратного хода»: от квалификационных требований к необходимому теоретическому аппарату.

    Проект «Просвещаемся, играя!» направлен на установление партнерских отношений между педагогами и родителями воспитанников. Цель проекта заключается в психолого-педагогическом просвещении родителей путем внедрения интерактивных игровых форматов взаимодействия сотрудников детского сада с семьей, а также в повышении уровня вовлеченности родителей в образовательный процесс ДОО. Через цикл родительских встреч за круглым столом, организованных в игровой форме в виде квиза, осуществляется взаимодействие с родителями, обсуждение актуальных педагогических тем и формирование единого пространства развития ребенка в семье и детском саду.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of key systemic contradictions that hinder the implementation of the principles of lifelong learning in the modern Russian school. The author considers school as a launchpad for developing the "learning to learn" competence, which forms the basis for personal self-development in a rapidly changing world. The focus is on the gap between the declared need to teach how to learn and the real educational practice, which is oriented towards a knowledge-based paradigm and successful completion of final assessments. The article sequentially explores problems such as: the predominance of standardization over personalization, the disconnect between school knowledge and the real world, a punitive assessment system that generates a fear of failure, as well as digital inequality and teacher overload.

    В статье рассматриваются современные вызовы в образовании, акцентирующие внимание на необходимости формирования целостной личности учащегося. Особое внимание уделяется воспитательному потенциалу учебных предметов на примере математики, которая часто воспринимается исключительно как рациональная и нейтральная дисциплина. Автор анализирует скрытые воспитательные ресурсы математического образования, подчеркивая важность интеграции этических, эстетических и социальных аспектов в преподавание математики. В результате проанализированных данных делается вывод о необходимости переосмысления подходов к математическому обучению, чтобы оно стало не только средством освоения алгоритмов и формул, но и пространством для развития личностных качеств и духовных ценностей учащихся.
