    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the importance of incorporating of a foreign culture learning, acquiring cross-cultural communication and cultural awareness skills in a foreign language teaching. The authors point out that teaching culture in foreign language teaching context should include cultural knowledge, cultural values, cultural skills and behavior. The author also emphasize that attitudes to teaching culture in the process of foreign language teaching involve, on the one side, considering teaching culture as teaching the fifth language skill along with speaking, listening, reading and writing, implying teaching cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness or the behavior in certain cultural situations, and on the other side, regarding language as social practice being defined by culture in which culture becomes the core of language teaching with cultural awareness viewed as enabling language proficiency. Cultural awareness is the foundation of communication; it helps to understand cultural values, beliefs, and perceptions of the other culture. Training of both bilingual and bicultural students at higher educational institutions is of primary significance. Intercultural awareness presumes a number of skills, improving students’ native culture and other cultures’ awareness and understanding. The authors come to the conclusion that intercultural awareness skills imply overcoming misinterpretations and accepting differences.

    Abstract:
    The influence of the type of plantings and design features of flower modules on the biological characteristics and decorativeness of the most common annual flower crops is studied. A reliable influence of environmental factors, genotype of the studied plants on the studied characteristics and decorative planting was observed. The growth and development of plants in various types of planting: flower modules, balcony boxes, hanging baskets, raised flower beds framed by retaining walls and open ground flower beds under conditions of private landholding are analyzed. For gardening containers and raised flower beds in private and small gardens, 13 promising annual flower crops are recommended.

The success of physical culture and sports activities of children and adolescents is determined not only by the conditions of the educational and training process, but also by external organizing factors. The article focuses on the most significant areas of activity of physical education teachers the interaction arrangements with parents.

    Abstract:
    The ecology of a new Persian continuum culture, represented in two hypostases-states: the Iranian discourse and the Iranian dispositif is examined in the work. The Iranian discourse is considered on the basis of the introduction to the English translation of «Shahnameh» by Firdausi, composed and published by Arthur George and Edmond Warner in the early twentieth century. The Iranian dispositif is studied on the material of the Iranian media at the beginning of the twenty first century. The methodological basis of the work is the hermeneutical method, the phenomenological approach, and the linguistic topology. The structural units of analysis are linguoecological variables, or existentials, represented by text examples. The analysis makes it possible to draw conclusions about the ontological dimension of the Iranian discourse and the strategic imperative of the Iranian dispositif, determined by the ontological security of the Iranian society and the institutional culture of the Shanghai cooperation organization.

    Abstract:
    The theoretical, methodological and legal problems of the «intangible cultural heritage» as a social phenomenon is considered as well as the foundations of state policy in relation to monuments of cultural and historical heritage are defined. It is noted that the essence of this phenomenon – the preservation of the intangible cultural heritage - should be considered in two aspects: in a narrow and broad sense of this phenomenon. In a narrow sense, the essential characteristic of the institution in question refers to cultural, ethnic, personal identity. In a broad sense, the essence of this social phenomenon implies a number of aspects: ontological, epistemological, functional, philosophical, normative (regulatory), programmed, instrumental (methodical). A well-thought-out socio-cultural policy aimed at reviving and preserving the cultural heritage should be harmoniously implemented at the federal, regional, local (municipal) levels.

    Abstract:
    The long-term strategic program of development of the country until 2030, the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan «stability and security of the country in the new century» defines the scientific support of agricultural production. With the creation of a hardware and software complex designed for photo recognition and classification of artificially grown plants, it is possible to determine the type and physiological state of plants, external and internal factors. It is the most necessary hardware and software complex for solving problems of phenotypic plants and other biological systems. Artificial plants are considered in Northern Kazakhstan. The research is effective and relevant for the development of this programming language. We cannot achieve great results without developing the agricultural sector with the help of digital technologies. For example, developed countries increase economic growth by 80–85% using digital systems. The introduction of IT technologies in production will reduce costs by 20%. Kazakhstan farmers should make extensive use of digital technologies such as GPS systems, mobile applications, high-tech sensors, algorithms, and satellite monitoring.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals some features of the innovative specialization «Ethnophonics». The purpose of the article is to actualize its significance for education and culture in Belarus. Based on the methods of generalizing pedagogical experience, the scientific and methodological activity of the Department of Ethnology and Folklore of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in teaching students authentic folklore was studied and generalized. The research results revealed the actual content of students' professional training and determined the priority pedagogical task – the development of the spiritual values of traditional culture. Conclusion: it is necessary to teach students authentic sound through the disclosure of the semantics of traditional rites and their practical reconstruction.

Internet marketing is considered, on one side, as a condition of actualization cultural heritage and preservation of value attitude to it, and from other side – as a condition of competitiveness cultural institutions on the basis of their reflection in the "digital environment".     Установлено, что при возделывании озимых культур как в одновидовых, так и в смешанных посевах с озимой викой, посеянных в весенние и летние сроки под покров овса с викой, в сумме за два года формируют сбор абсолютно сухой массы 124–159 ц/га, что больше на 16–28% традиционных беспокровных осенних посевов. Полученная масса может быть использована для заготовки силоса, качество которого соответствует I и II классу (ГОСТ 55986–2014), питательность 1 кг составила 0,24–0,32 к. ед. и 2,4–3,2 МДж обменной энергии.

    Features of a health-care establishment corporate culture are described in the article along with the system of complementary pedagogical conditions for the development of corporate culture in such institutions. The article substantiates the necessity of employees' professional community development, advancement of their competence and expansion of the opportunities for self-realization within the process of dealing with professional tasks. The author perceives the involvement of all the employees in the process as well as the increase in the number of initiatives and aspiration for bettering the quality of their work as substantial pedagogical conditions for the formation of a corporate culture.
