  • Developing the strength of stabilizer muscles in high school students

    Abstract:
    The article considers the relevant problem of insufficient development of stabilizer muscles in high school students, which reduces the efficiency of performing control standards and overall physical fitness. The author analyzes modern approaches to training this muscle group (unilateral and bilateral exercises, working on unstable surfaces, statodynamic loads). The results of a pedagogical experiment confirming the effectiveness of the developed set of exercises are presented. A strong positive correlation was found between the development of stabilizers and results in basic strength tests (push-ups), as well as a negative correlation indicating compensatory patterns in pull-ups. It is proven that the targeted development of stabilizer muscle strength can significantly improve strength indicators and helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders in high school students.

    This paper substantiates the need to develop and implement an internal standard for preparing due diligence final reports within audit organizations. The study argues that standardized reporting increases the analytical value, comparability, and practical usefulness of due diligence results for investors, creditors, owners, and corporate managers. The proposed approach is especially relevant under contemporary economic challenges, when investment decisions require timely, structured, and risk-sensitive information. The paper systematizes the purpose of the report, its users, structural sections, information sources, formats for presenting risk assessment outcomes, and the procedure for formulating conclusions and recommendations. As a result, an internal reporting standard is presented as an instrument for improving financial transparency, supporting investment attractiveness, strengthening audit-related services, and reducing information asymmetry in the decision-making process.

    Abstract:
    Spatial thinking plays a fundamental role in the cognitive development of preschoolers and the formation of readiness for school. The article discusses the problem of developing spatial thinking in children aged 4-5, and analyzes the theoretical foundations, levels, and components of spatial representations. Special attention is paid to game methods and didactic techniques, as well as an integrative approach in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education. The article substantiates the need for targeted pedagogical work to successfully master mathematics, writing, reading, and other school skills. The article provides recommendations for teachers and parents on organizing a developing spatial environment and using integrative approaches in various types of children's activities.

    This chapter explores the transformation of pedagogical approaches in the context of digital information abundance. The author substantiates the need to shift from the classical educational paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a strategy of developing «cognitive immunity». Drawing on J. Baudrillard's concept of simulacra, D. Kahneman's theory of two systems of thinking, and the methodological standards of R. Paul and L. Elder, the paper proposes a toolkit for «intellectual resistance» to algorithmic distortions. Particular attention is paid to D. Halpern's four-stage model and the implementation of «slow reading» and «zones of intellectual discomfort» practices as ways to overcome fragmentation of consciousness and restore learner agency in the age of hyperreality.

    The chapter is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of a state contract for the provision of medical services in the public procurement system, which is a unique legal phenomenon with a dual nature. The article argues that a state contract for the provision of medical services occupies a borderline position at the intersection of several branches of law: administrative law, which regulates the procedure for concluding a contract, civil law, which defines the content of contractual obligations, medical law, which establishes special requirements for subjects and standards of medical care quality, and budgetary law, which regulates the financial basis for the execution of a contract. The article examines in detail the public law elements of the contract, which manifest themselves at the stage of its conclusion through the mandatory provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ. The article analyzes the special role of medical law through the establishment of mandatory requirements for licensing, material and technical base, and personnel qualifications.

    This chapter provides a detailed review and description of the specifics of teaching reading at the secondary school level, including the types, skills, and abilities necessary for developing successful reading experience in English. Particular attention was paid to the goals of teaching reading, which are aimed not only at developing text perception skills, but also at developing critical thinking and understanding of semantic content in students. The research presents and analyzes a methodological technique – the «Fishbone» technique, purposed at developing reading skills. Its advantages were highlighted, such as structuring information, developing analytical thinking, and improving understanding of text material. It turned out that the use of this technique helps to activate students' cognitive activity and increase their interest in the language being studied. Thus, successful acquisition of reading skills in secondary school requires an integrated approach that combines knowledge of the age characteristics of students, a clear understanding of the learning goals, and the introduction of effective methodological techniques, such as the «Fishbone» technique. This makes the learning process more effective and exciting, creating a solid foundation for further language development.

Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed.   • The regional component of the jargon of street groups of the 1980s and 1990s (based on the speech material of Yoshkar-Ola)

    The work is devoted to the study of the vocabulary of youth groups in Yoshkar-Ola in 1980–1990. The purpose of this article is to characterize the local features of the language of Yoshkar-Ola youth unofficial groups. The research material was the jargon of participants in street gangs in the capital of the Republic of Mari El at the end of the twentieth century. The sources of language material were documentary literature, journalistic articles, dictionaries of substandard vocabulary and recordings of live speech of former group members. During the research, methods of linguistic observation and description, dictionary interpretation, and contextual analysis of lexical units were used. As a result of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that a number of jargons discussed in the article have become part of the unofficial microtoponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola. The likelihood of such lexical units appearing in dictionaries of non-literary vocabulary published by leading publishers is extremely low. The collected material contains information about the etymology of the unofficial toponymy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the communicative preferences of local youth and the linguistic realities of 1980–1990. The sublanguage of hooligan youth is very close in nature to Russian argot. A more detailed study of the jargon of street gang members may help change the uncritical attitude of Russian speakers towards the language of the criminal world.

    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia.     For a long time, higher education in Russia was organized within the framework of the Bologna system «bachelor's-master's». However, the implementation of the FSES HE according to foreign standards did not give the desired effect, since domestic organizations were not interested in graduates of domestic universities, as in professionals. As a result, higher education ceased to exist as a professional education, and society lost the specialists it needed in the person of university graduates who were trained as bachelors. At the same time, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education were constantly «improved», since they did not provide the necessary quality of training for university graduates. However, such a reform, «squeezed» by the framework of the Bologna system, did not take into account the needs of the domestic economy, Russian organizations in the specialists they needed. At the same time, a large number of commercial universities appeared that did not train specialists, but earned money from it. And today, even in many state universities there is a set of students for paid education, as a result of which not all talented young people can enter a university, since there are not enough budget places for them, and those who can pay for education go to paid education. The author emphasizes the need to ensure the technological and economic independence of Russia, which cannot be provided without the appropriate organization of students' education in domestic universities. And this must be done urgently and without «looking back» to foreign «wishes».
