The piece discusses key advantages—including broader professional connections and systemic cooperation—and leverages contemporary research and Russian educational case studies to underscore its relevance in meeting current educational demands.

    Abstract:
    Авторы статьи отмечают, что актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой динамикой развития дополнительного образования детей и необходимостью профессионального роста педагогических кадров в условиях модернизации системы по Концепции до 2030 г. Методическое сопровождение представляет собой целенаправленный процесс, связывающий теорию и практику, с функциями: диагностико-аналитической (изучение потребностей), моделирующей (разработка моделей), организационно-педагогической (координация), контрольно-коррекционной (оценка и корректировка) и научно-экспериментальной (внедрение инноваций). В городском округе «Город Йошкар-Ола» (2019–2024 гг.) в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» реализована Целевая модель через Муниципальный опорный центр ДОД (МОЦ ДОД): персонифицированный учет, независимая оценка качества, создание «Точек роста», «Кванториумов», «IT-куба», новые формы (заочные школы, дистанционные программы). Проведен Фестиваль «Радуга творческих идей». Цель — анализ содержания, функций и механизмов сопровождения; методология — анализ литературы и обобщение опыта. Результаты: систематизация подходов для повышения качества дополнительного образования, применимых в других учреждениях.

    The Commonwealth of Teachers of the XXI century is a scientific, educational and socio-pedagogical association of employees of general, professional and additional education, whose activities are aimed at discussing and researching complex problems in the field of the latest achievements of world and domestic science, topical issues of teaching methods of individual subjects and disciplines at school and university, the implementation of modern pedagogical ideas through the exchange of specific results of educational and educational practice. The Community of Teachers of the XXI century is a creative scientific and educational platform for everyone who works in the Russian education system.
