    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена теме исследования пациентов с афазией после перенесенного инсульта и роли изобразительной деятельности в их реабилитации. Рассматриваются механизмы нейропластичности, лежащие в основе растормаживания речевых функций через активацию ассоциативных связей между визуальными образами и вербальными структурами. На примере клинических случаев демонстрируется эффективность методов арт-терапии в сочетании с традиционными логопедическими практиками. Особое внимание уделяется коррекционным техникам, направленным на преодоление коммуникативных барьеров, снижение эмоционального напряжения и стимуляцию компенсаторных возможностей мозга.

    В статье рассматривается понятие динамической афазии, освещаются эффективные методы восстановительного обучения при динамической афазии. Акцентируется внимание на том, что при динамической афазии основной задачей коррекционно-воспитательной работы является преодоление инертности речи. Авторы приходят к следующим выводам: комбинируя различные методы при динамической афазии, можно улучшить и восстановить у пациента навыки общения. Статья может быть интересна и полезна специалистам учителям-логопедам, дефектологам, а также студентам направления подготовки «Специальное (дефектологическое) образование».

    Aphasia is not a mental disorder and a violation of the intellect. A person with aphasia has difficulty speaking and understanding speech. It is the speech disorder that prevents him from communicating the way he used to. Will speech return? It depends on many factors: the location and extent of brain damage, the initial severity of disorders, the age of the person, etc. A very important role here is played by classes with specialists and human motivation. You can contact your doctor / neurologist to get a referral to special classes with a speech therapist for speech rehabilitation and a neuropsychologist / neurodefectologist for memory, attention, etc.
