- In this article, the authors have revealed the methodology of teaching physical exercises, examined the conditions for their successful application, and identified the features that determine the use of a particular teaching method. The authors define teaching methods as the ways in which a teacher works with students to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and acquire professional qualities. These methods are formed as methodological systems, where the system-forming factor manifests itself as learning goals and objectives, and the teaching methods serve as the link between the teacher and the student.
