- The article examines the current problem of professional self-determination of students and the role of higher education institutions, in particular military universities, in the system of career guidance. The article defines the concept of career guidance and describes traditional methods of working with students. The forms and methods of military professional orientation are described in detail. Special emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the joint work of teachers, officers and cadets, which allows for a comprehensive impact on the formation of youth interest in military professions. In conclusion, the practical results of such activities are listed, such as raising awareness of the profession and forming an informed choice in favor of military service.

- Abstract:
- The article examines the importance of differentiated selection of coaching methods depending on the leading deficit of the client’s request. Based on two anonymized cases from individual coaching practice, different types of client tasks are analyzed: professional self-determination and entrepreneurial procrastination. In the first case, the client was in a situation of professional uncertainty and needed to clarify personal orientations, criteria for searching for a new job, and the image of the future professional self. In the second case, the client already had several areas of activity and understood which ideas were of interest, but faced fatigue, procrastination, self-devaluation, and difficulty bringing actions to completion. Based on the analysis, the article proposes an author’s concept of differentiated structuring of a coaching session. According to this concept, the coach first determines what exactly needs to be structured and only then selects the appropriate techniques.

- This article examines the role of a coach-competent mentor in the professional development of helping professionals (coaches, psychologists, and consultants). It presents the mentoring model of the Federation of Professional Coaches and Mentors, which integrates expert, pedagogical, and coaching functions. Based on qualitative observations conducted as part of the "Mentor for a Coach: From Start to Paid Clients" support program, it analyzes how the application of coaching competencies influences the development of a novice expert's professional identity. It concludes that a coach-competent mentor facilitates the transition from a state of uncertainty and a demand for ready-made algorithms to a conscious identity and sustainability in practice.

- The article analyzes evidence-based research on the potential of cognitive-behavioral coaching (CBC) for preventing professional burnout among leaders of educational organizations. Drawing on meta-analyses and empirical studies from 2017–2025, the author identifies key burnout factors for educational administrators, describes CBC mechanisms and techniques, and presents data on the high effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral interventions. The possibility of transferring results obtained from related samples to the educational sphere is discussed. Strategies for implementing CBC in the system of support for educational leaders are proposed. It is noted that the number of direct studies for this professional group is still limited, indicating the need for further controlled research. The materials are intended for psychologists, coaches, heads of educational organizations, and HR specialists.

- The article is devoted to the study of the process of cross-cultural adaptation of educational programs of the vocal profile in the training of Chinese students in Russian pedagogical universities. The multilevel structure of intercultural interaction is considered, including linguistic, methodological, physiological and cultural-aesthetic components. The language barriers of articulation nature, caused by the phonetic features of the Chinese language, are analyzed. The directions of adaptation of the Russian vocal school are characterized, taking into account the specifics of the students’ vocal apparatus. The productivity of the integrative approach, combining the Russian academic tradition and Chinese musical aesthetics, is substantiated.

- Abstract This article examines the potential of the Five-Factor Model of personality (Big Five) as a theoretical and methodological foundation for coaching practice. The dispositional approach to understanding client behavior is discussed, along with its significance for facilitating sustainable professional change. The paper presents a procedural model for integrating the Big Five framework into coaching practice, including stages of assessment, hypothesis formulation, intervention design, and evaluation of change dynamics. Based on the analysis of the authors’ practical coaching experience, it is demonstrated that awareness of an individual’s personality profile contributes to the development of metacognitive awareness, reduces the recurrence of maladaptive behavioral patterns, and supports the formation of more sustainable behavioral strategies. - In the context of the transformation of the modern sociocultural landscape and the reorientation of education from mere knowledge transmission toward the spiritual and moral development of the younger generation, the axiological approach acquires particular significance. This article examines the specific structure of pedagogical values among faculty members at technical colleges. Considering the requirements of the professional standard and the distinctive nature of the professional activities of technical college instructors, the author identifies three interrelated groups of pedagogical values that form the internal structure of the professional value system: values-as-knowledge (integrating technical and psychological-pedagogical components), values-as-means (educational technologies), and values-as-relationships (pedagogical ethics as a regulator of professional conduct). It is argued that for technical college instructors, internalizing these values necessitates a transformation of professional consciousness, as their prior experience – often rooted in industry – was oriented toward objects, algorithms, and immediate results, whereas pedagogical activity demands subjectivity, reflection, a long-term temporal perspective, and ethical reflexivity. The author concludes that the system of pedagogical values of a technical college instructor cannot be reduced to a set of declared norms; rather, it constitutes a dynamic construct formed at the intersection of technical and pedagogical professionalism. Its development requires specific conditions, including systematic methodological support and the creation of an institutional environment conducive to professional reflection.

Acmeological Model of Physical Education in Higher Education

- This article examines the issue of improving the physical education system for university students in the context of developing competitive and well-rounded professionals. The objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop an acmeological model of physical education in higher education, aimed at enabling students to achieve excellence (acme) not only in physical performance but also in personal and professional development. The relevance of this work stems from the need to shift from the traditional, norm-oriented paradigm of physical education to a personal-activity-based, integrative model that ensures students' agency in the process of physical self-improvement. The theoretical analysis and pedagogical modeling utilized systemic, acmeological, and competency-based approaches. The study resulted in a structural and functional model, the core of which is the student as an active agent, purposefully moving toward an individual "acme" through the unity of motivational-value, operational-activity, reflexive-regulatory, and social-adaptive components. The model is structured in stages (adaptive, productive, and reflexive-creative stages) and is implemented through specific pedagogical conditions. It is concluded that the implementation of the acmeological model fosters a sustainable need for students to engage in physical education as an integral part of their future professional activities and personal lifestyle, which ultimately improves their quality of life and professional fulfillment.

Dynamics of Components of Psychological Readiness of Teachers-Psychologists for Professional Activities in the Context of Digitalization of Education

- Digital transformation of education is an integral part of the educational process in modern schools, which determines the active professional position of teachers-psychologists in digital education. The object of scientific research is the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists and the formation of its components in the process of professional activity in the context of digitalization of school education. The article presents an analysis of the results of a study of the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists in 2021 and 2024. This analysis revealed the dynamics of the formation of individual components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists at different stages of digitalization. The study of the components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists used the method of comparative analysis of data from two cross-sectional surveys obtained using standardized and author's methods. The main result of the study is the positive dynamics of the information-cognitive, emotional-volitional, motivational-value, and operational-activity components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists. Significant differences were confirmed by statistical analysis of the obtained data. In conclusion, the article presents the scientific and practical significance of the research, which reflects a conceptual description of the sequence of forming individual components of psychological readiness and recommendations for forming not only informational and emotional, but also motivational and value-based characteristics of professional activity within the framework of advanced training courses.

Based on a theoretical analysis, the main approaches to understanding this phenomenon are systematized and its structural components are identified. The results of an empirical study conducted among students of the "Nursing" specialty revealed both a positive dynamic in the general level of self-organization by the senior year and persistent problems in the sphere of activity regulation and internal motivation. - The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence.
