    Abstract:
    This chapter conducts an interdisciplinary analysis of the genesis of constitutional anxiety rooted in the prenatal and perinatal experience of an individual. The phenomenon is considered through the prism of psychology, neuroscience, phenomenology, anatomy, neurophysiology, as well as esoteric and religious teachings, which allows us to form a holistic view of the mechanisms of the formation of the «unconscious body template». It is an incorporated emotional-hormonal complex of the mother, perceived by the fetus as its own basic reality. The paper postulates the need for the process of conscious disidentification with these prepersonal patterns as a key condition for the destructuring of pathological anxiety. Within the framework of the phenomenological approach, the process during which the conscious part of the psyche acquires the ability to observe and separate from unconscious bodily sensations, which leads to the cessation of the transmission of anxiety and the transition to a meta-position of understanding what is happening, is described in detail. Typical mistakes of psychotherapeutic practice that prevent effective work with this level of anxiety are analyzed. In conclusion, a specific step-by-step algorithm for psychotherapeutic work with clients is proposed, aimed at achieving a state of disidentification and gaining regulatory control over bodily and emotional states.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels. To provide methodological support for the new paradigm, a synthesis of Husserl's phenomenology, quantum theories of consciousness, and contemporary practices is proposed. The chapter is aimed at forming a comprehensive, scientifically and philosophically grounded view of the future of psychology as a science

    Abstract:
    В работе описывается творчество как процесс, трудный для исследования, а также невозможность представления этапов, проходимых творцами в своей деятельности. Однако если прибегнуть к разделению феномена на разные, хотя и соприкасающиеся области, можно выделить основные положения, облегчающие решение поставленной задачи (Б.А. Лезин; Л.Б. Ермолаева-Томина). Авторами были определены три подхода: биолого-психологический, психологический и психолого-педагогический. Первый стоит у истоков всех известных теорий описания этапов творческого процесса и несет биологическую нагрузку (П.К. Анохин). Второй является по действию механизмов чисто психологическим (Я.А. Пономарев), третий – психолого-педагогический, применяется при воспитании человека-творца (Р.И. Кузьмина).
