The article presents a proven methodology for conducting a lesson with first-grade primary school students on the topic "Money. Coins. Banknotes. Plastic cards." Some recommendations for working with younger students have been developed.

    Abstract:
    In this paper the author has analyzed certain provisions of the main legal acts regulating monetary legal policy and its subjects. The following norms were subjected to legal analysis: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Constitutional Law «On the Government of the Russian Federation», the Federal Law «On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", etc. The legal status of the Bank of Russia as the main subject of Russia's monetary policy was also considered. According to the results of the study, it turned out that the legal regulation of the monetary policy of the Russian Federation contains gaps and collisions that require a thorough revision of legislation in order to eliminate them.

Approaches to assessing the prospects of new financial products have changed, mechanisms have appeared to restrict access to the global financial system not only for the largest banks, but also for entire countries. Taking into account the scale of transformations and the depth of their impact not only on finance, but also on the economy and public relations in general, it is necessary to determine the directions in which financial science could become a benchmark for effective development. The paper substantiates the development of research methods for assessing the scale of money laundering.

The author notes changes and updates of investment directions in the field of education, as well as promising areas of activity in the secondary vocational education of Sevastopol.
