- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to the study of some aspects related to psychological and pedagogical support of medical students using the example of the Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko (VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko). This topic is becoming increasingly relevant every year due to the ever-increasing stress factors, including those leading to the development of depressive states and even suicide attempts, which is especially relevant among young people. The objects of the study were 200 students, men and women, of the medical faculty of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko. All of them were divided into 2 groups depending on the course of study: group 1 included 100 1st year students, the second – 100 6th year students. The study is based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, including both general questions about gender, age, and special ones concerning awareness of some aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for students, as well as finding out the general attitude to psychological and pedagogical support and directly to the psychological service. The need for psychological assistance from school years to university years was studied, and cases of visiting specialists of this kind were analyzed. In addition, the number of students exposed to stress in life, school, and university was studied. Interesting features of the study were the analysis of the strongest stress factors for students of both groups, as well as the analysis of positive aspects, according to students, of psychological and pedagogical support for students. The data obtained in the chapter are of particular interest not only for psychological services and psychologists directly, but also for higher education teachers involved in the educational process with students and medical residents.

- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to some aspects of studying the construction of new ecosystems and, in particular, medical ecosystems. This topic is very relevant, in view of the fact that currently all over the world and in the Russian Federation there is a process of transition to a new model of the existence of individual systems and industries, which are beginning to include full-fledged ecosystems. Medicine was no exception. All over the world, including in our country, medical ecosystems are beginning to form, the goal of which should be to improve the quality of medical care provided, as well as improve the quality of medicine in general. The purpose of this scientific work was an attempt to analyze the awareness of medical students and doctors about medical ecosystems, as well as to identify the main problems, including those of an economic nature, that arise during the creation and construction of new medical ecosystems, according to the subjects of the study. The subjects of the study were 200 people: 100 6th year students of the Faculty of Medicine of Voronezh State Medical University. N.N. Burdenko; 100 people became representatives of practical healthcare – doctors of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1. The study was based on a questionnaire developed by the authors, containing several blocks of questions relating to the gender and age of respondents, their awareness of existing ecosystems and medical ecosystems, in particular; about their attitude to the above systems and about the opportunity to become part of such a medical ecosystem. But, directly, the most important part of the presented research was the study of existing problems that arise, according to the respondents, during the formation and formation of various ecosystems, including medical ones. As well as a more detailed study of various economic problems and their ranking. The data obtained allow us to take a fresh look at the problems of building ecosystems, including medical ones, and are also of interest to representatives of many specialties and professions – for economists, for lawyers, for doctors, for higher education teachers involved, for example, in the process training medical students, etc.

- Abstract:
- The chapter is devoted to the study of the role of educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems in the development of «soft skills», according to students, doctors and teachers of a medical university. The topic is very relevant in view of the fact that in recent years there has been an active development of educational ecosystems. And, despite the fact that approaches to the educational process and many requirements for specialists change from time to time, the concept of «flexible skills» remains very relevant, including for educators and medicine, and even more so for doctors involved in the training of young professionals. The objects of the study were 150 people, men and women, divided into 3 groups of 50 subjects, depending on belonging to a particular community. Group 1 included 50 medical students enrolled in the 4th year of the medical faculty of VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The second group included 50 practicing physicians of the VRCH №1 of various specialties (both surgical and therapeutic). Group 3 included employees of various departments from among the teaching staff of the VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The basis of the study was an anonymous questionnaire developed by the authors, which includes both some personal questions – age and work experience, and specifically aimed at determining the level of awareness of the respondents about educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems, about the level of knowledge about «soft skills», with ranking from more significant to less significant for their practical activities, as well as including issues of satisfaction with the current education system and opportunities for improved mastery of «soft skills» through educational ecosystems. The data obtained can significantly help in understanding the importance of modern educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems for better and faster mastering of soft skills.

- Abstract:
- The purpose of the work is to describe the method of the linguoculturological field (LCF), the features of its application in RFL classes and to demonstrate its capabilities in the aspect of professionalization. The theoretical substantiation of the method is given, the principles of LCF formation in the didactic aspect are formulated and models of three linguistic and cultural fields are presented. The following research methods were used in the work: the method of controlled selection, conceptual analysis, synthesis, field modeling. The authors noted the need for the formation of non-philological specialties among foreign students along with the professional competence of linguistic and cultural competence. This approach can greatly facilitate the process of entry of foreign students into the field of professional language, and also gives them the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian culture at the same time. The latter, in turn, will contribute to the formation of communicative competence, which is necessary for successful study in Russia. It is possible to achieve the simultaneous development of these three competencies by applying the LCF method. As a result, a key concept corresponding to their professionalization develops in the minds of students. For medical students it is a "Russian doctor", for military school students it is a "Russian warrior", for music students it is a "Russian musician". The article traces the connection of linguoculturology, linguistics and professional language. The concept of the linguoculturological field, its structure and units (linguoculturemes) is given. These units are, among other things, vocabulary located at the junction of the mentioned disciplines. Three linguistic and cultural fields have been formed, each of which contains 5 lists of linguistic units: 1) frequently used words; 2) sample contexts; 3) prominent figures in the field; 4) fiction and non-fiction texts; 5) quotes and sayings. These units generally cover the center, periphery and cultural component of each simulated field. It is proposed to organize RCT training, moving from the center to the periphery of the field according to educational centers united by the corresponding cultural theme. Brief recommendations on the implementation of the training center in the thematic plan are also given.

Research ArticleDevelopment of education No 1 (7)- Author:

- Education System in Russia
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the consideration of the continuing medical education (CME), which is a supplementary vocational education carried out through the implementation of qualification and further post-graduate training programs. The basic principles of the CME development in the Russian Federation are defined in the article. Among them: continuity in post-graduate training; harmonization with international standards; partnership of the state and professional organizations; comprehensive training of medical workers, that is convenient for them; the use of innovative technologies; quality control and independence, the motivation of employees to improve their skills. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, comparison and observation. The author of the article outlines that the current regulatory framework for the CME development is the federal laws in the field of healthcare. The results of the study. The majority of doctors accepted a new model as a principal one and registered at the CME website for training. It is concluded that the fundamental difference between the new educational model and the traditional one is that in the СME system an individual 5-year cycle educational plan is drawn up, including 250 credits (hours) of educational activity, which are evenly divided into 50 credits (hours) annually. It is also stated that during the process of implementing the model, certain problems arose: a significant increase in the number of students per year, the increase in the number of organizations accredited for training since it is difficult to control it at the first stage. The СME model needs to be improved and developed, relying on all the best achievements and developments of the traditional system of post-graduate training of doctors.
