    Abstract:
    This monograph addresses the current problem of designing, integrating, and assessing the quality of digital content in the system of secondary vocational education. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework, domestic and foreign experience, as well as an empirical study conducted at the Polytechnic College of Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University, the key contradictions and systemic barriers hindering the effective use of digital educational technologies are identified. The work presents the author's developed network model of trajectory-based design for the digital educational environment. Its fundamental novelty lies in the transition from the paradigm of platform "filling" to the meaningful construction of educational trajectories based on a personalized database of tools and content. The model ensures a holistic approach to integration through four interconnected components: normative-target, content-didactic, technological-organizational, and assessment-

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the mathematical training of students at higher education institutions specializing in sports as a significant pedagogical factor in the development of an individual's professional and intellectual potential in the context of modern society. The role of mathematical disciplines in the development of analytical thinking, research skills and the ability to make informed decisions in the professional activities of physical education and sports specialists is substantiated. It is shown that a practice-oriented model of mathematical training facilitates the integration of pedagogical, scientific, and applied components of education. The chapter's materials can be used in the design of educational programs and the development of professional education theory.

    Abstract:
    This chapter presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the psychological characteristics of students integrating academic and athletic activities in a higher education setting. The relevance of the study stems from the contradiction between the high social demand for well-rounded professionals and the insufficient understanding of the psychological mechanisms of student-athlete development in the university educational environment. The aim of the study is to identify and characterize the psychological determinants, structure, and dynamics of students' personal characteristics in the context of physical education and sports activities and to identify areas for optimizing psychological and pedagogical support for this category of students. The methodological framework is based on a subject-activity approach, the concept of personal potential, and the theory of coping behavior. The study was implemented using a combination of psychodiagnostic methods: the Self-Organization of Activity Questionnaire, the Differential Reflection Diagnostic Method, the Personality Self-Determination Scale, the Coping Strategies Questionnaire, the Keirsey Method, and the «Self-Portrait» projective technique. The sample included 140 students (50 highly skilled athletes and 90 students not involved in professional sports). Statistically significant differences in the structure of students' personal potential were identified depending on their involvement in sports activities. It was shown that athletes demonstrate higher levels of self-organization, self-determination, and a preference for constructive coping strategies. Specific personality profiles of athletes practicing aesthetic sports were identified, characterized by extroversion, perfectionism, workaholism, and demonstrativeness. A theoretical structural and functional model, «Personality Determinants of the Effectiveness of Students' Physical Education and Sports Activities," was developed. Directions for personalizing psychological and pedagogical support are substantiated, differentiated based on students' sports specialization and individual psychological characteristics. The materials in this chapter can be used in the activities of university psychological services and in the training of coaches and teachers.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the urgent problem of forming a healthy lifestyle of students by means of physical culture and sports in a modern university. The theoretical part of the work is based on the analysis of domestic scientific publications of the last five years (2020-2025), which allows us to identify current trends and approaches to the study of this issue. The empirical part is presented by the results of a survey of students of the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, aimed at assessing their level of physical activity, motivation structure and behavioral habits. The study identified key factors contributing to students' involvement in regular sports activities, as well as barriers to leading a healthy lifestyle. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations have been developed to improve the organization of the educational process in physical education, aimed at strengthening the motivational component and the formation of sustainable behavioral patterns of a healthy lifestyle among students.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the issue of modern professional music education related to the consolidation of its primary level. The practical aspects of the implementation of pre-professional programs, including psychological and pedagogical support for a musically gifted child, are highlighted. The system of pre-professional training is considered as an orderly, purposeful, long-term process of upbringing, education, musical and personal development of school-age children, which assumes a certain system of quality monitoring and control. The implementation of pre-professional programs ensures methodological and creative links between the 1st and 2nd stages of musical education, promotes the unity of the professional musical educational space.

    В статье исследуется актуальная проблема совершенствования цифровой компетентности научно-педагогических работников ведомственных вузов ФСИН России в условиях динамичной трансформации образовательной среды. Обосновано преимущества внедрения технологии микрообучения как наиболее адаптивного формата повышения квалификации, учитывающего специфику служебной деятельности сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы, их высокую нагрузку и требования информационной безопасности. В частности, детально раскрывается механизм поэтапного освоения узкоспециализированных ИТ-навыков и предлагаются концептуальные примеры микрокурсов, ориентированных на практические задачи пенитенциарной системы, такие как использование нейросетей для моделирования служебных ситуаций и визуализация ведомственной статистики. Особое внимание уделяется формированию «цифрового иммунитета» педагога, позволяющего эффективно синтезировать традиционные офицерские ценности с передовыми технологическими решениями.

    В условиях реализации требований Федерального закона №273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» и профессиональных стандартов педагога возрастает необходимость интеграции инновационных, личностно ориентированных подходов в образовательный процесс. Одним из таких подходов выступает использование арт-технологий, позволяющих не только снизить уровень языкового стресса, но и активизировать коммуникативные способности студентов при обучении английскому языку. В статье представлены практические модели применения арт-терапевтических методик – от пластилинографии до создания метафорических автопортретов и монотипии – адаптированных к условиям высшего образования и соответствующих принципам инклюзивности, информационной безопасности и возрастной специфики обучающихся.

Значительное внимание уделяется превентивным мерам и специфике психологической работы с молодыми спортсменами.     Abstract:
    В статье представлен анализ использования акробатических поддержек с предметом в групповых упражнениях художественной гимнастики. На основе анализа видеоматериалов Чемпионата мира 2025 и Кубка сильнейших спортсменов России и Беларуси 2025 выявлены частота использования, типы и вариации этих элементов. Проведен анонимный опрос среди спортсменок (n=32) для оценки сложности, предпочтений в предметах и ключевых факторов успеха. Результаты показывают, что акробатические поддержки с предметом являются важной частью современных программ (48,75% упражнений), при этом наиболее распространены разбросы предметов (54%) и поддержки с сотрудничеством (CR – 29%, СС – 25%). Опрос выявил, что гимнастки считают акробатические поддержки сложными элементами (65,6%), предпочитают обруч (75%) и подчеркивают важность чувства партнера (87,5%), синхронизации (100%) и предметной подготовленности (62,5%) для успешного выполнения. Комбинированный подход позволил получить объективную оценку роли и факторов успеха акробатических поддержек с предметом в групповых упражнениях.

    В статье представлен анализ роли инноваций как ключевого фактора повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Рассмотрены понятие и классификация инноваций, механизмы их влияния на производительность, инвестиционную привлекательность и экспортный потенциал страны. Проведен обзор международного и отечественного опыта внедрения инноваций, выявлены внутренние и внешние барьеры, замедляющие инновационное развитие. Обоснована необходимость формирования национальных инновационных систем, включающих государственную поддержку, стимулирование частных инвестиций, развитие человеческого капитала и инфраструктуры для предпринимательства. Сделан вывод о том, что инновации являются стратегическим ресурсом, обеспечивающим устойчивый экономический рост и укрепление позиций страны на глобальной арене.

    В статье представлено исследование влияния демографической ямы на перспективы развития рынка труда в Российской Федерации с особым вниманием к региональным особенностям. Анализируются механизмы воздействия низкой рождаемости, процесса старения населения и миграционных потоков на структуру предложения рабочей силы, дефицит квалифицированных кадров и трансформацию экономической структуры. В качестве примера рассматривается город Краснодар с приведением конкретных демографических показателей. Также обсуждаются потенциальные меры адаптации рынка труда к демографическим изменениям и стратегии повышения уровня рождаемости.

    В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития транспортной инфраструктуры, которая способствует экономическому росту регионов, обеспечивая эффективные грузовые перевозки. Это особенно важно для регионов с развитым промышленным сектором экономики, где требуется транспортировка больших объемов товаров. В данном исследовании внимание фокусируются на динамике состояния дорожного покрытия Свердловской области за последние пять лет, что позволяет выявить основные тенденции, а также предложить некоторые меры по улучшению состояния дорог в регионе. В статье представлены обоснованные выводы и предложения по улучшению транспортной инфраструктуры, что, безусловно, будет способствовать повышению качества жизни населения, экономическому развитию и интеграции регионов.

Однако на сегодняшний день применение медиации в корпоративной сфере сталкивается с рядом проблемных вопросов различного характера. В рамках статьи проанализированы законодательные, практические и иные возможные проблемы, возникающие при разрешении корпоративного спора. Предложены отдельные направления по решению обозначенных проблем.
