    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic is related to the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of “A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment”, “Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship”, and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project “Safe, High-Quality Roads”, completed in 2024, did not fully address the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network. Particular attention is paid to the mutual influence of road development and economic security, which allowed us to identify three types of effects: direct, indirect, and induced. Ensuring economic security is necessary for the continuous formation of resource support for road management, innovative renewal, and the successful digital transformation of the road infrastructure.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to checking the compliance of the main parameters of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the transport sector with the principles of program-target planning and the strategic guidelines of the transport policy of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to assess the content of the state program «Development of the Transport System of the Leningrad Region.” The role of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the structure of program-target planning and the main tools of the unified state policy in the transport sector are presented. An analysis of the main parameters of the state programs of the constituent entities of the Federation that are part of the North-Western Federal District in the transport sector, and an assessment of the content and level of the state program of the Leningrad Region using the SMART methodology, showed that the program's goals are formulated concretely and measurably, but their full achievement has not been realized. Practical recommendations are provided to improve the effectiveness of the state program at the planning stage.

The study clarifies the core essence of a master class through the integration of managerial, external, and internal marketing approaches. It analyzes the specific channels through which interactive formats impact overall business competitiveness, including the formation of a unique value proposition, human resource capacity building, the development of long-term emotional connections with guests, and the accumulation of reputational assets.     The chapter notes that in modern conditions, small business, despite macroeconomic instability, remains a crucial element of the regional economy, creating jobs and entrepreneurial potential. Using the example of Kaluga-based Aton LLC – a leading construction fastener supplier with a 45% market share – the author demonstrates how a well-structured organizational and economic policy enables an enterprise not only to maintain stability during a crisis but also to build a long-term development strategy. The study examines marketing strategy (product range policy, brand management, pricing, sales), financial performance amid currency volatility and inflation, and the competitive environment. Key success factors (diversified product range, direct dealer supplies, quality service) and major risks (currency dependence, high buyer power of retail chains) are identified. The BCG matrix is used to determine promising and unprofitable brands. The research employed systemic, comprehensive, process-based, and situational types of analysis, as well as a multifactorial approach to assessing the enterprise's key positions. It is concluded that Aton LLC maintains its leading position with a stable financial standing.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the legal aspects of using content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial activities. Particular attention is paid to issues of authorship and ownership of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects created with the participation of AI systems, as well as to the legal challenges of commercial exploitation of AI-generated content. The study analyzes risks associated with copyright infringement, trademark violations, protection of confidential information, and trade secret regimes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of human creative contribution as the key criterion for copyright protection of AI-assisted works. The paper also explores contractual mechanisms for risk allocation among business participants and addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools by employees and contractors. The authors conclude that effective and legally secure use of AI-generated content requires not only compliance with intellectual property legislation but also the implementation of internal corporate policies aimed at risk management and protection of business interests.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

  • Using the potential of artificial intelligence in physical education and sports training of university students: experience and opportunities

    The chapter examines the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) and neural network technologies in physical education and sports activities of university students. The relevance of the study stems from the need to optimize the training process, individualize workloads, and increase student motivation for physical education amid funding constraints and time limitations. Based on theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, and sociological survey, it was found that 76.5% of students trust AI, 100% use it in various areas, while 58.8% consider limited AI use in sports acceptable. A comprehensive physical training program using the DeepSeek neural network was developed and tested, including a theoretical block, coordination development, sports training, health-improving activities, and recommendations on nutrition and daily routine. Potential threats posed by the spread of neural network technologies in sports are identified – for athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and physical education teachers. It is concluded that AI solutions should serve as a complement to established physical training practices rather than a replacement for them.

    В статье рассматривается проблема организации плавного перехода детей дошкольного возраста с расстройствами аутистического спектра от дошкольного образования к школьному обучению средствами адаптивной физической культуры. Анализируются основные группы факторов, препятствующих успешной адаптации ребёнка к школе: социально коммуникативные, психолого-поведенческие, сенсорные, институционально профессиональные и семейные. Обосновывается роль адаптивной физической культуры как комплексного инструмента, оказывающего системное воздействие на двигательную, познавательную, социально коммуникативную и эмоционально волевую сферы ребёнка.     В статье рассматривается проблема развития силовых способностей у баскетболистов 16–17 лет, когда протекает период перехода из юношеского спорта во взрослый. Представлен разработанный экспериментальный комплекс упражнений, направленный на развитие взрывной силы и силовой выносливости. Приведены результаты педагогического эксперимента, проведённого на базе БК «Ильмер», подтверждающие эффективность предложенного комплекса упражнений. Выявлен достоверный прирост показателей в экспериментальной группе по сравнению с контрольной.

It presents work planning indicators for an open-pit mining site located in the Khasynsky District of the Magadan Region, based on planned and actual blasted rock mass output, and determines the optimal number of quarry trucks for transporting the rock mass to the ore stockpile.

    This study explores the role of innovative sports service formats in expanding the market of sports and physical activity. It shows that digitalization, smart facilities, and phygital solutions enhance accessibility, flexibility, and user engagement. The findings indicate that such formats attract new audiences and transform both demand and supply by enabling new monetization approaches. At the same time, their effectiveness depends on the quality of digital infrastructure and management capabilities. The results suggest that innovative formats represent a key direction for the structural development of the sports market.

    В статье проводится комплексное исследование специфики гражданско-правовой ответственности ОАО «РЖД», обусловленной его уникальным правовым статусом естественного монополиста, совмещающего функции единственного владельца железнодорожной транспортной инфраструктуры и ключевого перевозчика в Российской Федерации. В работе исследуется иерархия и взаимодействие общих положений гражданского законодательства и специальных норм, установленных Уставом железнодорожного транспорта РФ. Особое внимание уделено публичному характеру деятельности ОАО «РЖД», который накладывает дополнительные обязательства при заключении договоров перевозки грузов. В работе детально рассмотрен принцип ограниченной ответственности перевозчика и его обоснованность в современных экономических условиях. Исследуется влияние антимонопольного регулирования на принцип свободы договора, а также специфика вины перевозчика.

    В статье рассматривается содержание условия «Take or pay», еще не нашедшего своего оформления в современном российском законодательстве. Отсутствие однозначного подхода к пониманию правовой природы модели «Take or pay» в научной доктрине и судебной практике демонстрирует острую актуальность исследуемого вопроса. Новизна данного исследования состоит в том, что автором выдвинута идея о квалификации и толковании условий «Take or pay» в конкретном договоре исходя из целей сторон и содержания их волеизъявления. Такой подход позволяет точечно выявить признаки исследуемого понятия, отграничить модель «Take or pay» от других договорных конструкций.

    В статье рассматривается договор строительного подряда как самостоятельная правовая конструкция в системе гражданско-правовых обязательств. Анализ проводится с учётом норм гражданского и градостроительного законодательства, а также данных судебной практики и отраслевой статистики. Раскрываются особенности правовой природы договора, связанные с созданием объекта недвижимости и необходимостью соблюдения технических и нормативных требований. Исследуется специфика распределения рисков между заказчиком и подрядчиком, включая случаи их перераспределения в судебной практике при наличии влияния заказчика на процесс выполнения работ. Отдельное внимание уделено проблемам соблюдения сроков и качества работ, которые формируют значительную долю арбитражных споров в строительной сфере. Рассматриваются особенности участия субподрядных организаций и влияние многоуровневой структуры исполнения на распределение ответственности. Проанализированы финансовые аспекты договорных отношений, включая влияние инфляции и применение механизмов индексации цены. Затронуты вопросы внедрения цифровых технологий в строительство, в том числе использование информационного моделирования, влияющего на содержание договорных условий.
