    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies.     The article discusses the issue of introducing virtual laboratories and simulations into the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular, in teaching information technology and computer science. The author does not agree with the approach in which virtual environments are positioned as a direct replacement for traditional physical practices. Instead, the need for a transition to a complementary or hybrid model is justified, where virtual and physical laboratories are used together, reinforcing each other's advantages. The paper analyzes the unique advantages of each format: tactile experience and working with physical limitations in real laboratories, as well as the safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of virtual simulators. It describes a two-stage hybrid learning model that combines theoretical modeling in a virtual environment with subsequent practice on real equipment.     Abstract:
    The article examines the fundamental role of the apparatus of discrete mathematics, in particular set theory and mathematical logic, in the design and development of intelligent educational environments (IEDs). The key tasks of IEDs are analyzed, such as knowledge formalization, adaptive planning of learning trajectories, gap diagnosis and generation of personalized tasks, the solution of which is based on operations on sets, Boolean algebra, logical rules and predicate calculus. It is proved that the use of these formal methods makes it possible to move from intuitive design of educational content to a precise, algorithmically controlled process, which is a critical factor in improving the quality and accessibility of education.     The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies.     Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.
