    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the current issues related to the protection of copyright and related rights in the digital environment. Based on an analysis of the scientific works by I.A. Kuleshova, Yu.V. Truntsevsky, I.A. Renzhin, D.V. Smolin, M.G. Markov, O.S. Stuchenkova, E.V. Lagoshin, and the materials of the collection edited by A.I. Zemlin, the study examines the transformation of the object of legal protection in the context of the digital objectification of the results of intellectual activity, the specifics of classifying violations on the Internet, the mechanisms of civil and criminal protection, and the role of information intermediaries. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of specific provisions of Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in relation to the digital environment. The need for a comprehensive approach that combines traditional legal tools with technological methods of protection is substantiated.

    В статье содержатся краткие методические рекомендации по организации и проведению игр спортивно-туристической направленности. Они помогут школе воспитать обучающихся в духе любви к Родине и преданности своей стране, вырабатывать у детей положительные качества характера и навыки должного поведения. Не следует упускать из виду богатейшие возможности, таящие в использовании игр, походов, стараясь знакомить с особенностями родного края, окружающей природы, постепенно прививая обучающимся простейшие жизненно необходимые навыки, полезные для обучающихся.
