  • A practice-oriented model of training specialists in basic departments for high-tech sectors of the national economy

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена теоретическим основам формирования предпринимательских способностей у обучающихся в условиях интегрированного общего и высшего образования. Рассматриваются понятие предпринимательских способностей, роль школы и вуза в их развитии, особенности интеграции двух уровней образования, а также существующие проблемы и пути их решения. Подчеркивается важность начала развития предпринимательских качеств уже в школьном возрасте и необходимость дальнейшего укрепления связи между средним образованием и высшим уровнем. Приводятся практические рекомендации по улучшению методов и технологий обучения, подчеркиваются перспективные направления сотрудничества государственных органов, образовательных учреждений и бизнеса для устойчивого экономического роста и социального благополучия.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена вопросам научно-методического сопровождения этнокультурного образования в Челябинской области. Рассматриваются особенности организации образовательного процесса, направленного на сохранение и развитие этнических культур различных народов региона. Особое внимание уделяется роли образовательных учреждений и специалистов в формировании межэтнической толерантности и культурных компетенций учащихся. Анализируются современные подходы и методики, применяемые в рамках этнокультурной образовательной политики Челябинской области. Обосновывается необходимость интеграции традиционных форм культурного наследия и инновационных педагогических технологий для повышения эффективности воспитательной деятельности. Подчеркивается важность взаимодействия между образовательными учреждениями, научными организациями и общественными институтами в реализации программы этнокультурного воспитания. Приводятся конкретные примеры успешных практик и проектов, реализованных в регионе, направленные на формирование позитивного отношения молодежи к традициям разных этносов. Кроме того, рассматриваются проблемы, возникающие в процессе внедрения этнокультурных компонентов в образовательные стандарты, предлагаются пути их решения. Предлагаются рекомендации по совершенствованию системы подготовки педагогов, работающих в сфере этнокультурного образования, а также созданию условий для дальнейшего развития регионального опыта в данной области.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the problems of forming a full-fledged set of competencies of engineers, contributing to their professional implementation and ensuring the personnel sovereignty of domestic enterprises. The necessity of participation in the training of engineering personnel of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, especially the high-tech sector, is substantiated. The role of integration of technical universities and enterprises in the process of personnel training to ensure technological and personnel sovereignty of the Russian industry is shown. The personnel sovereignty of the Russian economy is impossible without attracting a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists who have received education in relevant, practice-oriented programs that include not only basic knowledge, skills and training skills, but also "soft" skills that allow you to choose and apply successful behavioral and communication strategies in various production situations. The main factors that need to be guided by when building an effective system for training engineers are identified. Underestimation of these factors, leading to the exclusion of disciplines such as business planning, resource management, and business communications from the educational programs of technical universities, reduces the effectiveness of training graduates who replenish the personnel corps of enterprises, therefore, special attention is paid in the article to the problem of forming a set of competencies of engineers that contribute to their professional implementation and, ultimately, ensuring human resources the sovereignty of the high-tech sector of the economy.
